The environment is really comfortable, clean, and tidy; the hygiene is impeccable, and the bedding feels fresh, making for a very pleasant stay. The owner is also incredibly warm and friendly, chatting with us like a friend and even proactively recommending great local spots. The whole experience was top-notch! "The location is excellent; the memorial hall, Songyuan Park, and morning market are right next door, and the library is just a short walk away. Mohe isn't very big; you can drive around the hotel several times and see everything. The hotel seems to be one of the newer ones in the area. The facilities are good, but one room didn't have body lotion, and the other didn't have bottled water, making the service seem a bit rushed. They did provide complimentary frozen pear juice, birch soda, and fruit, which my child enjoyed. The room had an air purifier, so I didn't smell anything, but the hallway had a strong odor."

Why brave the Arctic for repetitive food when home-style comfort is already waiting with a bowl and a smile? Youran lives up to its name: unforced, gentle, human. It felt less like a hotel and more like visiting relatives who keep refilling your bowl because you look “too thin.” This became the perfect launchpad for my Harbin expedition, three nights of settling in, warming up, and learning that charm travels better than luxury. Now, the honest bone (every good dog buries one): I’d give this a 4.1 stars if decimals existed. Since they don’t, here’s a conditional 5-star — contingent on tighter cleanliness under beds, chairs, and in the toilet. The owners and their family were so warm and hospitable, and the service was thoughtful, with timely and efficient pick-up/drop-off service. They even upgraded my room upon arrival, which I really appreciated. Mohe has many great attractions, and Juguang Hotel is definitely a big highlight among them! Highly recommend! Five-star rating!"
