Parking was also incredibly convenient; no need to hunt for a spot, you just park right downstairs, which is hassle-free and secure. The environment is really comfortable, clean, and tidy; the hygiene is impeccable, and the bedding feels fresh, making for a very pleasant stay. The owner is also incredibly warm and friendly, chatting with us like a friend and even proactively recommending great local spots. The whole experience was top-notch! But here’s the thing — when hospitality is this generous, the light comes from the people. I ate every meal at their café not out of laziness, but loyalty. Why brave the Arctic for repetitive food when home-style comfort is already waiting with a bowl and a smile? Youran lives up to its name: unforced, gentle, human. It felt less like a hotel and more like visiting relatives who keep refilling your bowl because you look “too thin.” This became the perfect launchpad for my Harbin expedition, three nights of settling in, warming up, and learning that charm travels better than luxury. Now, the honest bone (every good dog buries one): I’d give this a 4.1 stars if decimals existed. Since they don’t, here’s a conditional 5-star — contingent on tighter cleanliness under beds, chairs, and in the toilet. "Juguang Hotel was absolutely fantastic! It was incredibly clean, spotless even. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it convenient to get everywhere. The owners and their family were so warm and hospitable, and the service was thoughtful, with timely and efficient pick-up/drop-off service. They even upgraded my room upon arrival, which I really appreciated. Mohe has many great attractions, and Juguang Hotel is definitely a big highlight among them! Highly recommend! Five-star rating!"

"Five-star reviews, I'm staying longer. The staff are very dedicated and helpful. Even when the train was out of service, they helped check tickets. All the staff were so helpful, I'm very grateful! "Easy to n from Mohe Rail stn. Cab to hotel in town n vice versa, Rmb 10/- each way. Food wise many family run eating houses. Shopping plentiful, esp dried goods n fruits in season. Hotel was ok. Staff friendly, helpful n accomodating to our requests. We were given a plate of cut frozen pear as welcome. Only BIG dissappointment was the TV. Its was really stressful trying to get the TV to ”work”. Had to use 2 different TV remotes. Sometime both work sometimes both doesn't. Even the Boss had trouble getting it to work. He needs to resolve this issue, fast. Overall I give hotel a 9/10."

I requested a late checkout until 3 PM, and the manager graciously approved it. They also upgraded my room, and the breakfast was excellent. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied."

"I used to live in the high walls of the city. I can finally experience a different environment here. In addition to the warm, spacious and clean room, there is also the bed I am most willing to live in (the fire is really not used to sleeping), the night in the yard is full of stars and you can see the Milky Way 🌌. There is a snowman at the door of the hotel and two big red lanterns at night. There is a special atmosphere and feeling. Farewell to the hustle and bustle of the city and experience the quiet night sky. It is really pleasant! Warm room comfortable sofa drink a little wine to see the starry sky, warm and quiet! A word is worthwhile, pressure is too high, come back to his house for a few days to empty yourself!"

"I stayed one night at this hotel in Mohe city, and it offered great value for money. It's not far from the train station, and you can contact the owner for a free pick-up, which is very convenient. The room was also quite clean and tidy, and I could see the snow view outside just by opening the window."
