Guests who book through eLong are not unknowledgeable; eLong is already considered the newest, best, and largest hotel in the city. If you aim to be number one, please consider equipping a small number of rooms with humidifiers. The combination of underfloor heating and air conditioning really dries people out! Please, hotel manager, relay this genuine customer need to the investors. I even made my own humidifier in the room! It's not pretty, but it helps a little."

"First of all, a huge thank you to the owner for saving us a room. I wanted to stay on the first floor, but it showed as unavailable on Ctrip. I tried messaging the owner through the backend, and they arranged a first-floor room for us, so we didn't have to carry our small dog up the stairs. Also, the shower is a wet/dry separation, and you can charge your car right outside the door. Although the room was a bit small, the owner said we could arrange it ourselves. There's a restaurant right across the street and a supermarket nearby, and it's very close to the market. A very convenient hotel overall."

"This booking was super, super, super, beyond all expectations! I'd call it the absolute best hotel in Mohe! The first floor has the guesthouse's own restaurant, and the food was unexpectedly delicious! We ate there for three days straight! We had planned to eat out, but the landlady's cooking was so good that we didn't want to go anywhere else! The room was clean, with 24-hour hot water – it's a water heater, but the water gets incredibly hot. The underfloor heating in the room was super warm, so much so that you might even need to wear a short-sleeved shirt! The owners are really lovely people! And they even gave us frozen persimmons and frozen pears! As a Chinese saying goes, 'Chinese people don't trick Chinese people!' This really is an amazing guesthouse!!! Plus, the location is super convenient, basically right in the center of Beiji Village, very close to all the attractions, just a few minutes' drive away. I'll share a few photos of the guesthouse's food – it was so good it made me want to spin around and crawl on the floor!"

The biggest surprise was being able to do laundry, which is super practical for anyone on a longer road trip – it solved a major headache. Parking was also incredibly convenient; no need to hunt for a spot, you just park right downstairs, which is hassle-free and secure. The environment is really comfortable, clean, and tidy; the hygiene is impeccable, and the bedding feels fresh, making for a very pleasant stay. The owner is also incredibly warm and friendly, chatting with us like a friend and even proactively recommending great local spots. The whole experience was top-notch! "An excellent two-night stay at this hotel. The room was clean, modern and well-heated for the winter. It was a welcoming place to return to after a long day. However the location is slightly away from the center and bus stop (I am sure you can ask them to pick you up for free). But if you don’t mind walking like I do, you will appreciate this place for its general space and vicinity. The reception is happy to provide you with a thermos and the pitcher for you to 泼水成冰。 there is no need to pay for this beautiful experience. I did it 7 times on my own 🤣."

"Although it was -40 degrees Celsius, the guesthouse was so warm and cozy. We even had to sleep with the windows open at night. There were free water-splashing ice machines to play with outside, and fireworks too. The owner was incredibly helpful, constantly assisting us with finding shared rides and group tours. They were so hospitable; they even gave us two bottles of water when we left, which touched me deeply. Although I won't be coming back to Mohe (too cold), I'll definitely recommend it to my friends!"

"This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my ten-day trip to Northeast China! Mohe was my last night on the trip, and I had been quite disappointed by previous hotels, so staying here really cheered me up. The owner was super nice, even helped with my luggage, and clearly pays great attention to details and creating a good atmosphere. The room had an instant hot water dispenser with adjustable temperature, a humidifier, and a truly beautiful view. Besides regular towels, disposable ones were also provided. Mohe was right outside the window. The price was also much better than other guesthouses I'd seen, even those with potentially nicer decor. And the toiletries were L'Occitane – that was a pleasant surprise I definitely didn't expect! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mohe in winter."

YyehowerI only saw the aurora because I booked this hotel! When I looked up from the bridge leading to the hotel, everything around me was a bit bright. At first, I thought it was light pollution, but then I noticed several taxi drivers getting out to film it. It wasn't until many locals came over to look and take pictures that we realized it was the aurora. If I had stayed at a different hotel, I probably wouldn't have seen it. The room was large, and the bathroom was nice. The wooden decorations looked a bit old-fashioned in photos, but they weren't at all. There was also a cat and a dog. The owner didn't actively solicit good reviews; this is entirely a subjective assessment.

MM521753****The hotel is just two blocks from the northernmost post office. There's a snow view from the window, and it's dark enough to stargaze from the room at night. The facilities are new, with underfloor heating and a heated toilet seat, making it very comfortable. The only downside is the lack of bathroom hooks. The owners and their family are incredibly kind; they helped plan our itinerary, gave recommendations, and their service was exceptionally friendly. There are many attractions nearby, and there are also plenty of car rental and shared ride services available for booking, making it convenient to get to different places. The only regret is that we didn't see the Northern Lights this time.

AAnonymous UserAt 8:30 in the morning, I arrived at the Arctic Village. The landlord’s eldest sister and brother-in-law drove out to pick us up. It rained a bit cold that day. The heating in the room was hot and the room was very clean. We had to go to Longjiang First Bay early the next morning. The eldest sister prepared breakfast at 6:30! Really very very good!

There's a vegetable garden in the middle of the farmyard, and you can order vegetables from the garden for the owner's wife to cook. I especially loved her chili scrambled eggs. The room was very clean, and the laundry dried quickly after hanging in the yard. It's not far from Qixing Square, and the dog, Xiaohu, is very well behaved. Highly recommended.

Mmaomao2001002This hotel is a haven for motorcycle travelers, and I could tell the owner would be enthusiastic, which he was! The guesthouse is about 300 meters from the northernmost post office, the bus station, and the village center. The room was very clean, and the young owner was incredibly welcoming. Our train arrived in Mohe after 6 AM, and we were in Beiji Village by 8:30 AM. The owner promptly arranged our room and even specifically provided us with two breakfasts. Plus, the restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the small pickled vegetables were delicious. I'm very satisfied and will definitely recommend it to friends.

__WeChat269233****When traveling solo, where you stay is absolutely crucial. The hotel owners were a very kind couple who picked me up from the station and took me to my accommodation. Since I couldn't find a shared ride, the owners proactively helped me arrange one at market price. They explained how to explore the scenic area to me. Since I was going to Beihong Village by myself the next day, they even told me where and how to buy tickets, making everything crystal clear for me – so considerate! They charge for splashing water to freeze things, but knowing I hadn't gotten a turn, the owners thoughtfully arranged for me to do so 10 minutes before I left the next morning, and even recorded a video for me – so kind! The owners even built a snowman in front of their shop! 🥰🥰

The owner saw that our booked room wouldn't accommodate a family of three, so she upgraded us to a better room for free. We arrived very late, and our child was hungry and we hadn't brought any food. Her daughter even gave us a cup of instant noodles – truly a beautiful soul with a kind heart! She was also incredibly warm and hospitable.

AAnonymous UserThe hardware facilities should be the best hotel in Mohe. There is also free airport pick-up and drop-off service. There is a river in front and a forest in the back. The scenery is very good. It is very convenient to take a taxi. It costs 5 yuan to go anywhere. The price is the same for locals and foreigners. It is very practical. The service awareness needs to be improved. There is no flexibility or accommodation. Check out at 1 o'clock. Even if the plane leaves two hours later, they will not allow late check-out. Late check-out costs extra money. You need to pay extra for mineral water. When you ask for cleaning for the extension room, they only change the bath towels. When asked why the bed is not made and the floor is not mopped, they just make it and mop it casually. I have to refute a few words, not to mention wiping the table top, repairing slippers and pulling paper. Overall, for the above advantages, I will stay in this hotel when I go to Mohe in the future because the hardware conditions are good.

GGuest UserThe hotel helped us arrange a driver for our entire trip, making it easy for us to travel around Mohe at a cheaper cost. The driver are very helpful and helped us to book the attraction entrance tickets for us and we can pay him later at the end of our trip as the cost covered is mainly for him to bring us to attractions for our entire trip and it does not include attraction entrance tickets. Prepare some cash for easy payment back to the driver as for our country, we are being charged for extra 2% fees if we are using Alipay app payments above RMB200. So by paying them in cash for anything above RMB200, we can avoid paying the 2% fees. Also there are times when we make some payment while purchasing food, and we are having difficulties on the apps link which is another reason why cash is needed for the contingency period.
