"The hotel was very clean and tidy. The bath towels and hand towels were all placed in a small sterilizing cabinet for disinfection, and there was also laundry service, which was very thoughtful. All the staff at the hotel were very enthusiastic, provided excellent service, and were always ready to help. Thumbs up!"

"Easy to n from Mohe Rail stn. Cab to hotel in town n vice versa, Rmb 10/- each way. Food wise many family run eating houses. Shopping plentiful, esp dried goods n fruits in season. Hotel was ok. Staff friendly, helpful n accomodating to our requests. We were given a plate of cut frozen pear as welcome. Only BIG dissappointment was the TV. Its was really stressful trying to get the TV to ”work”. Had to use 2 different TV remotes. Sometime both work sometimes both doesn't. Even the Boss had trouble getting it to work. He needs to resolve this issue, fast. Overall I give hotel a 9/10."

"Juguang Hotel was absolutely fantastic! It was incredibly clean, spotless even. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it convenient to get everywhere. The owners and their family were so warm and hospitable, and the service was thoughtful, with timely and efficient pick-up/drop-off service. They even upgraded my room upon arrival, which I really appreciated. Mohe has many great attractions, and Juguang Hotel is definitely a big highlight among them! Highly recommend! Five-star rating!"

"The service was incredibly warm and welcoming. They offered complimentary milk and coke, and to my surprise, even sparklers! I requested a late checkout until 3 PM, and the manager graciously approved it. They also upgraded my room, and the breakfast was excellent. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied."

My downstairs room? Small. A little dim. Chosen for my sister’s convenience rather than my royal canine standards. But here’s the thing — when hospitality is this generous, the light comes from the people. I ate every meal at their café not out of laziness, but loyalty. Why brave the Arctic for repetitive food when home-style comfort is already waiting with a bowl and a smile? Youran lives up to its name: unforced, gentle, human. It felt less like a hotel and more like visiting relatives who keep refilling your bowl because you look “too thin.” This became the perfect launchpad for my Harbin expedition, three nights of settling in, warming up, and learning that charm travels better than luxury. Now, the honest bone (every good dog buries one): I’d give this a 4.1 stars if decimals existed. Since they don’t, here’s a conditional 5-star — contingent on tighter cleanliness under beds, chairs, and in the toilet. I raised this directly with the boss because I’d happily recommend this boutique stay to my pack… once the floors behave. All in, Mohe Youran Mountain Residence didn’t just host me — they claimed me. "When checking out, the front desk lady even gave me a small gift – she was so warm and friendly. All the staff in the hotel would greet guests whenever they saw them. My personal suggestion for the room would be to add a humidifier, as the underfloor heating in the north makes it quite dry."

"I used to live in the high walls of the city. I can finally experience a different environment here. In addition to the warm, spacious and clean room, there is also the bed I am most willing to live in (the fire is really not used to sleeping), the night in the yard is full of stars and you can see the Milky Way 🌌. There is a snowman at the door of the hotel and two big red lanterns at night. There is a special atmosphere and feeling. Farewell to the hustle and bustle of the city and experience the quiet night sky. It is really pleasant! Warm room comfortable sofa drink a little wine to see the starry sky, warm and quiet! A word is worthwhile, pressure is too high, come back to his house for a few days to empty yourself!"

"The room was large and clean, and the bathroom, with its separate shower and toilet, was spacious enough. The hotel breakfast was delicious and fresh. The staff, including the receptionist and the chef, were very welcoming. Overall, a very good stay. The only downside was that the soundproofing wasn't great, but everything else was perfect. Located in the heart of Mohe city, it's incredibly convenient for exploring the city! I had a wonderful time here and would definitely choose this hotel again next time. 😆😆"

"The house was really new and clean, with great underfloor heating and a humidifier. The decor was beautiful, and the owner has excellent taste. The double sinks and single-use mirrors were especially perfect for a trip with friends – one sink per person, the space was just perfect! 😍 The bedding, pillows, and mattress were incredibly comfortable, even better than at home. Good bedding and a good night's rest during a trip really enhance the experience! The location was also great; there were restaurants right downstairs, and it was very close to Qixing Square, about 100 meters away, a 5-minute walk. The owner was very welcoming and even gave us a small gift when we left. It's a truly fantastic and well-run guesthouse. If you're visiting Mohe, just go for it – you won't regret it!"
