"The executive benefits here are an absolute joke! I bought a hotel package voucher, and specifically called ahead before booking to ask if I could pay extra to upgrade to an executive floor and get a late checkout until 4 PM. I only booked after getting confirmation. I even switched to this InterContinental for the last day of my trip, partly because I had such a great experience at another InterContinental in a provincial capital, so I trusted the brand. However, when I went to the front desk today to confirm my checkout time before heading out, I said I wanted to check out at 3 PM, and they told me no, the latest was 2 PM. They even pulled out a little card to show me the phrase ”subject to availability.” They didn't mention any big events or a sudden surge in tourism these past two days; otherwise, how tight could room availability be on a Monday/Tuesday right after summer vacation? The executive lounge was also incredibly disappointing. With service like this, the hotel still has the audacity to chase after 5-star reviews after checkout. They took every penny they were due, but I never saw a butler, and my requests were directly rejected, with implications that my requests were unreasonable. It's like I'm just a fool who paid extra for a room on a higher floor. P.S. The 2 stars for service are for housekeeping; otherwise, I wouldn't even give one."

"My stay at the Sheraton was fantastic! The lobby was grand and elegant, and the room was clean, tidy, and spacious. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, making for a very quiet night. The staff were warm and polite, check-in was efficient, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. The facilities were comprehensive, and the location was superb, making travel convenient. Overall, the quality was top-notch and it offered great value for money. It's an excellent choice for business travelers."

"The room was spacious and clean, with an excellent ventilation system. The bedding was elegant and comfortable, and the bathtub was spotless. The amenities provided were high-quality. Outside the window, the scenery was beautiful, surrounded by mountains, allowing for a wonderfully peaceful sleep. Breakfast was plentiful, with a wide variety of delicious, crispy baked pastries. These, paired with perfectly seasoned fish and ham, were fantastic. I also enjoyed a bowl of oatmeal with various nuts and dried fruits; all the ingredients were fresh and tasted great. Dinner was even better! My 6'3” son (a big eater!) piled his plate high, and the servers were incredibly attentive, constantly clearing dishes without a single complaint. Truly the service quality you'd expect from a Hilton – thumbs up! 👍"
