"The room facilities were decent, though the room itself wasn't very big. I received a free upgrade to a room with a bathtub, which I didn't actually use, but it was worth about 200 yuan more. The shower water pressure was very low, and it was too hot, making temperature adjustment difficult. The service, however, was excellent. Responses were prompt and efficient, and the butler was very patient, answering all my questions. The complimentary transfers to the scenic area and high-speed rail station were very convenient. The hot springs were also great, with many pools and a nice environment, and unlimited access. It's less than a five-minute drive from the North Slope entrance of Tianchi, which is incredibly convenient. The only area that could use improvement is breakfast. There wasn't much variety, and it ended at 10 AM; extending it to 10:30 AM would be better. When I went at 9:30 AM, most items weren't being refilled. There was no chicken soup, and very few hot dishes. The tofu pudding was too soft and shapeless, and the braised sauce lacked flavor. There were no desserts like cream cakes or even packaged yogurt. For a hotel of this price and caliber, it was a bit disappointing. This might be due to the hotel's remote location (about a 40-minute drive from Changbaishan Station), making ingredient sourcing difficult. The hotel's bunnies were incredibly cute and would chase you for food. I didn't have time to try the complimentary溯溪 (stream tracing), but I saw other guests wearing the gear, and it looked quite professional. I'd suggest adding more activities like rafting or ginseng digging, as the location is quite remote, and staying for several days could get boring. Overall, I still recommend it!"

"Love the homestay! Glad to have a very warm hearted & helpful house keeper. She provided a very good service & travel suggestions during our stay. The boss was very kind & friendly as well. We were truly enjoy our stay, big room with comfy double beds that suits for a family of 4 like us. The room we booked includes a big living room, kitchen & washing machine that really brought us convenience. The automated system in the room impressed us as well & my kids enjoy calling Xiao Du. Overall experience for our 2 nights stay were good & worth the stay. Highly recommended 🥰"

"This summer, I took my child on a 6-day, 5-night trip to Changbai Mountain and Dalian. Out of the three hotels we stayed in, this one was my favorite. I can only say that it's great in every aspect, except for the price (which I found expensive based on my spending habits). The environment is exactly as pictured. Before our arrival, a dedicated butler, ANNIE, contacted me. There are shuttle buses available from the high-speed rail station to the hotel, and from the scenic spots to the hotel. There's also a hot spring, open from 1 PM to 9 PM, but not in the morning... I guess it's mainly for unwinding after coming down from the mountain. Here's a bit of travel experience for future reference: it's not easy to find a taxi in Changbai Mountain. The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, about 20 kilometers from Erdaobaihe Town. Many rafting, stream trekking, and ginseng digging activities offer free pick-up and drop-off from Erdaobaihe Town, but they charge an extra 100 RMB to pick up from the hotel. Also, the hotel has a restaurant, and there aren't many dining options in the surrounding area."
