"Traveling with kids, we planned to visit the North Slope of Changbai Mountain, but unfortunately, the scenic area was closed for three days due to a typhoon. However, the hotel was great! They provided complimentary hot spring tickets, so we could enjoy a dip every day. The hot springs themselves were decent, with both indoor and outdoor pools, and attendants available 24/7. The hotel environment was lovely, with wild cherry and blueberry bushes planted at the entrance, and even little bunnies, so we weren't bored at all. Not far from the hotel, there were ginseng picking spots, the Jiuxi Tingquan scenic area, and rafting opportunities."

"The service was incredibly warm, making for a fantastic experience. Front desk staff Yuan Yuan was enthusiastic and efficient. They offered free luggage storage and the shuttle driver was professional and punctual, providing excellent, worry-free service throughout. The location is superb, making travel stress-free. It's within walking distance to the North Slope Tourist Distribution Center and just a 5-minute taxi ride to the mountain gate, which is super convenient for catching the early view of Tianchi Lake. We were also right next to Edelweiss Park and the Wetland Flower Sea, and only 7.7 km from Changbaishan Station, with free shuttle service making things incredibly convenient!"

"This was the warmest and most heartwarming part of our entire trip! The owner and all the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and attentive. They even arranged high-speed rail transfers, and as soon as we arrived, they eagerly helped us with our luggage. During our stay, they were always available for any request, treating us with genuine sincerity and warmth, making us feel like family. The guesthouse environment is elegant and clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the view from the balcony is lovely. Its location near the scenic area also makes getting around very convenient. All the toiletries in the guesthouse are from L'Occitane. From transfers and breakfast to sightseeing recommendations, everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the meticulous service truly melted away our travel fatigue. The beef soup rice for breakfast was far better than anything we had outside, and all the dishes were homemade by the staff, with no pre-made ingredients. The handmade dumplings were also exceptionally good. In the evening, we could enjoy the hot springs, which are refilled with fresh water daily, making them exceptionally clean. The pick-up and drop-off service to the North Scenic Area of Tianchi was also fantastic."

"My stay at the Erdaobaihe Yunju Hotel was absolutely delightful. The location is excellent, very close to the North Slope Scenic Area, Yunding Market, and Endouri, making it super convenient for getting around. The room was clean and tidy, with new and complete facilities. The water pressure was good, and it was quiet at night, ensuring a sound sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, patiently explaining travel tips. The environment was comfortable and relaxing. For anyone visiting Changbai Mountain, choosing this hotel is a solid bet. Highly recommended!"

"The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Most importantly, it was incredibly clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable. It was quiet at night, and the hairdryer was powerful. For this season, it offered great value for money. It's not far from the transfer center or Changbaishan Station. A very satisfying stay. We had good weather and even saw the Heaven Lake – a perfect trip!"

"The front desk staff were very friendly. Someone contacted me beforehand to confirm my arrival time, and the shuttle service to/from the station was super convenient. I only remembered to take photos a little while after getting to the room, which was very spacious. It had a smart toilet. My only minor complaints are that the smart speaker (Xiaodu) was mounted up near the air conditioning unit, making it a bit difficult to use, and the TV remote was unresponsive. When turned on, the volume was incredibly loud, and no matter how many times I pressed the buttons, I couldn't turn it down. 😂 But it's not a big deal since I didn't really need to use it anyway."

"This was my first stay at an Atour hotel. I looked at many options near Changbai Mountain's North Slope and finally settled on Atour. The hotel is quite new, and the garden-view room was very spacious, equipped with a projector – which was a big plus for the kids, as they could watch whatever they wanted in the room. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is also very close to the Changbai Mountain North Slope distribution center. We left early, arrived at 7:30 AM, and successfully saw Heaven Lake."

"Stayed for 4 nights and had a fantastic overall experience. Songtu Courtesy - Changbaishan High-speed Rail Designated Shuttle Service: There was a dedicated shuttle service, and the hotel contacted me in advance to arrange a time, which was very convenient. Environment: The hotel is located within the Enduli scenic area, boasting beautiful surroundings. The garden views within the hotel are stunning, and it looks especially gorgeous in the summer when the mist sprays. Facilities: The hotel is very new, and all facilities are excellent. There's a washing machine and dryer, and you can even check their availability on a mini-program, which is very handy! Service: Everyone from the manager to the front desk staff and the cleaning aunties were incredibly friendly. They always greeted me proactively, and were almost always able to fulfill requests with a very prompt response."

"Location: It's near Changbaishan Station and offers a shuttle service, but during peak season, three people squeezed into the back row was quite uncomfortable. Room: The room was spacious, and the sofa bed was made up. The split-level setup was relatively comfortable. The hot springs were great. Breakfast variety and taste were just average. The 'Little Explorer' activity turned out to be just hotel staff leading a craft session. There was no public notice or mention at check-in. It was only when I asked at the front desk upon checkout that I was able to get two craft kits."

My entire stay was absolutely perfect, and what impressed me most was the service team. They proactively reached out before check-in to help arrange transportation, and at check-out, they thoughtfully reminded us about travel precautions. Their professionalism and warmth were evident throughout. Our dedicated butler, Yuki, was incredibly attentive, and every staff member, from the front desk to the hot spring area and the Chinese restaurant, was wonderfully enthusiastic and considerate.
