The hotel can also arrange car and ticket bookings for nearby rafting trips at a reasonable price. The hotel's hot spring is natural, with several indoor and outdoor pools, so it's definitely worth a visit if you have time. Overall, we were very satisfied."

"The service was incredibly warm, making for a fantastic experience. Front desk staff Yuan Yuan was enthusiastic and efficient. They offered free luggage storage and the shuttle driver was professional and punctual, providing excellent, worry-free service throughout. The location is superb, making travel stress-free. It's within walking distance to the North Slope Tourist Distribution Center and just a 5-minute taxi ride to the mountain gate, which is super convenient for catching the early view of Tianchi Lake. We were also right next to Edelweiss Park and the Wetland Flower Sea, and only 7.7 km from Changbaishan Station, with free shuttle service making things incredibly convenient!"

"I highly recommend this Enduri hotel. First, the service was excellent: they offer shuttle service to and from the high-speed train station and the Changbai Mountain distribution center. It's also very close to the city, and the rooms are neat and clean. Second, the terrace is fantastic. Book a room with a terrace and enjoy sitting outside in the sun—it's incredibly relaxing. Third, Enduri has a lot of cultural and creative products and plenty of food options, which is very convenient. Fourth, the hot springs are also great; it's a relaxing spot, so remember to bring your swimsuit. The environment is elegant, and the service is very attentive."

"The hotel is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is simple yet delicious. It's very close to Genting Market, so we just strolled over in the evening. In the morning, it's a quick 5-minute taxi ride to the North Slope Tourist Distribution Center, which is super convenient. All the staff are very friendly. When we checked out, they even gave us local handmade soap and ginseng as gifts. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit."

"The front desk staff were very friendly. Someone contacted me beforehand to confirm my arrival time, and the shuttle service to/from the station was super convenient. I only remembered to take photos a little while after getting to the room, which was very spacious. It had a smart toilet. My only minor complaints are that the smart speaker (Xiaodu) was mounted up near the air conditioning unit, making it a bit difficult to use, and the TV remote was unresponsive. When turned on, the volume was incredibly loud, and no matter how many times I pressed the buttons, I couldn't turn it down. 😂 But it's not a big deal since I didn't really need to use it anyway."

After speaking with the front desk, they reserved the largest room for me, which was spacious and comfortable, and very clean. The staff member who checked me in was particularly enthusiastic. After checking out, I went back to the hotel to rest and grab a coffee, and the front desk was incredibly helpful. My only minor suggestion is that the breakfast could be improved a bit. Overall, it was really good."

It's rare to find such a peaceful, high-quality, and beautiful Kyoto-esque environment in Changbai Mountain; it completely exceeded my expectations. The hot spring lounge area is stunning and perfect for photos. It’s ideal for a few days' stay to relax and soak in the hot springs. Facilities: The facilities are on par with high-end hotels in first-tier cities. I especially loved the slippers and toiletries—they were excellent! 👍 Cleanliness: Impeccable. Service: They upgraded my room, which I absolutely loved! ♥️"

"The hotel is newly opened, but the facilities are really not great. The air conditioning wasn't cooling at all, it was boiling hot. I reported it to the front desk, and they handled it very quickly. **Location:** There aren't many restaurants nearby, so you'll need to take a taxi to eat. Taxis are quite cheap, usually under 10 yuan. **Service:** Pretty good. The airport shuttle service was good, and the front desk was quick to resolve issues. Overall, it's not worth the price. The breakfast selection was limited, and there wasn't much to eat."

The butlers provided thoughtful and attentive service, ensuring my smooth visit to Changbai Mountain, saving me time and effort. The itinerary for the Erdaobaihe small town, arranged by the travel butler, was also very interesting. With pick-up and drop-off services for every part of the trip, neither the elderly nor the children felt too tired, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the fun of the journey. The hotel's hot spring was also fantastic! 👍🏻 The service was excellent and greatly helped alleviate travel fatigue. The little fish in the fish therapy pool were also great companions for de-stressing during the trip. Both breakfast and dinner were quite delicious, with a wide selection for breakfast. I genuinely recommend staying here to create even more wonderful memories for your Changbai Mountain trip!
