"The driver picked us up from the railway station & dropped us off on the day of departure for free - this is the main reason why I booked this hotel in the first place. As we didn’t know that we need to buy Changbaishan entrance tickets in advance , the driver advised us to do so asap and that the reception staff can help to book. Once checked in, I asked the receptionists (at least 3 of them at the counter at that time) to help book, one of them (the elder one) immediately responded that they can’t. However, another younger looking staff, Xiao Yek, said she can help - she is the most helpful and friendliest of them all. We really appreciate and were grateful for her help. She also helped us get a driver to send us to Changbaishan entrance for free (only 5min away) . There is a flower park just opposite the hotel - the flowers were in full bloom when we were there. Yunding market is nearby & towards the south end entrance/exit of this market, you can find lots of eateries. The breakfast is so so only. Hope the hotel can train their staff to have better PR so that customers can feel more welcome!"

Travel butler service: Butler Da Ling'er provided attentive service and was always responsive. She was thoughtful and considerate; knowing we were immediately heading to Tianchi and our child hadn't eaten yet, she quickly prepared fruits and snacks in a bag for us to eat on the way. Unlimited access to the Lan Jing Julong Hot Springs for 3 adults and 1 child: After a tiring trip around Tianchi in the heavy rain, the hot springs were a therapeutic and relaxing experience for both body and mind. Lan Jing is the closest to the Old Mountain Gate, and the hotel's shuttle bus is the first stop, making everything very convenient. Choose Lan Jing if you're going to Tianchi. Highly recommended."

Since we booked quite late, we didn't have high expectations, but the front desk lady was incredibly thoughtful and upgraded our room for our family of four. We were so happy with the room, and it instantly kicked off a perfect journey ✨ The service details were truly outstanding: 🏨 24-hour butler service – there was a shuttle from the parking lot to the town, and a dedicated car to take us to the North Slope distribution center, so we didn't have to worry about transportation at all. ♨️ The outdoor hot springs were incredibly relaxing; soaking in them after a tiring day was so therapeutic. 📱 What touched us most was that we came back from the North Slope quite late, and our phones were dead. The butler actually took my phone back to the hotel to charge it for me first. This level of thoughtfulness was simply amazing! 🎒 When we checked out, the front desk lady even thoughtfully prepared some snacks for us to take on the road! The kids said it was the first time they'd had beef noodles that actually looked like the pictures, not just 'images for reference only'! Our whole family was touched; you could feel the care in every single detail. We highly recommend this hotel to families visiting Changbai Mountain, and we'll definitely stay here again next time!!!"

They also offer a shuttle service to and from Changbai Mountain High-Speed Rail Station, which is very handy. The hotel's hot spring area has both indoor and outdoor pools, and there's a petting zoo in the garden with animals like deer and alpacas, making it a great spot for a relaxing getaway. The service was excellent; any issues or requests were promptly handled by the concierge. Plus, the concierge provided us with a very useful Changbai Mountain travel guide. We ate at the hotel's Chinese restaurant for two nights in a row, and the food was delicious."

"The hotel service was excellent, especially the butler who was very responsive, thoughtful, and had a great attitude. The overall scenery of the hotel is also beautiful, and it's very convenient for getting around. There's a path inside the hotel that follows the river all the way to Entuli, which is very pleasant. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast; the variety is too limited, and the taste is just average. However, the main meals served at the hotel are delicious. You can order food anytime throughout the day, which is a huge plus!"

"We have an enjoyable stay 4 night stay at the hotel. Our butler 小贺 was responsive to our needs and did his best to ensure that we are well taken care of. A special shout out to our 百度 driver 刘先生。He is friendly and informative. Went beyond his duties to assist us on our enquiries and even suggested options when our 1st choice is not available. He is definitely an asset to the hospitality industry. As for the hotel amenities, perhaps the management could consider installing a few more washing machines to cater guests when the hotel is serving at its full capacity. Like to thank the 阿姨 who cook our noodles at the canteen every morning during breakfast. She maintains professionalism even at the peak of the breakfast hours."

Wetland parks and deer parks are within walking distance, making leisure and dining incredibly convenient. It's also very close to the town's food street and market, making getting around hassle-free. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, allowing us to rest well after a tiring hike. The smart facilities were complete, the bathroom had a wet/dry separation, hot water was stable, and the humidifier helped with the dry climate of Changbai Mountain. The front desk service was warm and attentive, patiently explaining hiking注意事项 (precautions) and routes. The lobby thoughtfully provided fruit tea, and the self-service laundry and drying facilities were complete, making it easy to wash clothes during our trip. Breakfast offered a rich variety of nutritious options, ensuring we were full and energized for the mountain. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, with complete amenities and great value for money. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the Changbai Mountain North Slope, and I would choose to stay here again on my next trip! Five-star recommendation!"
