"This hotel is really close to the Changbaishan Tourist Distribution Center, which was super convenient for getting around. You can drive, walk, or even take the No. 3 bus. The breakfast was quite good too. I actually forgot something in my room when I checked out, but customer service called me right away to let me know and kept it safe for me. I picked it up at the front desk on my way down the mountain. Thanks a lot!"

"Changbai Mountain High-Speed Rail Station pick-up and drop-off service once each (please be sure to book one day in advance): To be honest, after I booked, I kept waiting for a pre-arrival call. I've stayed at many hotels, but no one from this one contacted me. I understand that it might be due to staff shortages during the off-season, but if you don't contact me, how am I supposed to know your hotel's information? The experience was already disappointing before I even arrived. I only remembered there was a car service to pick me up when I got to the high-speed rail station, so I quickly called the hotel. They sent a car with no license plate to pick me up, like an unlicensed taxi. Travel butler service: Completely non-existent. Hilton DoubleTree welcome cookies: No one offered them. From check-in to check-out, there were only two cold apples in the room (one of which was bruised, fine, we didn't eat or touch them). Very disappointing. I didn't book your hotel just for a small cookie, but since it was clearly stated as included and wasn't provided, I didn't dare to ask for anything else. Facilities: They were okay, no major issues during my two-day stay. Oh! The shower in my room drained slowly, and the hot water temperature was unstable. Cleanliness: Acceptable. Service: In the morning, I passed by a housekeeping auntie cleaning while on my way to breakfast. She just stared at me directly, which was a bit intimidating. I was the one who initiated by saying, ”Hello,” and only then did this 'gazing' auntie greet me. If this is the kind of service, there's no need to force employees to enthusiastically greet guests (I could clearly feel that the auntie didn't want to and wasn't willing to say anything, which I completely understand)."

"The hotel environment is really good; the room was clean, quiet, and the facilities were new, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were very enthusiastic and proactively gave me directions to the scenic spots, even recommending cost-effective transportation options, which was very thoughtful. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd consider staying here again next time! 👍👍 They also offered airport/station pick-up, which was very convenient, and the driver was incredibly friendly."

"We had a pleasant stay, and the service from the team really stood out. The front desk staff gave us a complimentary room upgrade at check-in. Later, when the room felt a bit warm, they brought a standing fan to our room since the central cooling system couldn't be adjusted. It was a thoughtful gesture which we really appreciated. The breakfast offered a decent selection to start the day, and the hot spring (opens after 2pm) had enough pools to keep our kid entertained. Location wise, Changbaishan station is a mere 5mins ride away."

They offered free luggage storage and the shuttle driver was professional and punctual, providing excellent, worry-free service throughout. The location is superb, making travel stress-free. It's within walking distance to the North Slope Tourist Distribution Center and just a 5-minute taxi ride to the mountain gate, which is super convenient for catching the early view of Tianchi Lake. We were also right next to Edelweiss Park and the Wetland Flower Sea, and only 7.7 km from Changbaishan Station, with free shuttle service making things incredibly convenient!"

"Spontaneously decided to visit Erdao and booked this highly-rated hotel on Ctrip. The experience was absolutely fantastic, exceeding all my expectations – I'm incredibly satisfied! What truly impressed me was the exceptionally thoughtful service. All the staff were gentle, friendly, proactive in asking questions, and attentive to every detail. From check-in and shuttle services for sightseeing to breakfast arrangements, everything was meticulously organized. Many small details we hadn't even considered were expertly handled in advance, making for a truly excellent experience. I was lucky enough to receive a free room upgrade, which included a private hot spring bath – so relaxing and comfortable. Every corner of the hotel was exquisitely maintained and tastefully decorated, creating a wonderful atmosphere. You could feel the meticulous care and sincerity everywhere. "Traveled to Changbai Mountain with my parents by car. We explored the surrounding areas like Endouli and Yunding Market, and even went digging for ginseng. Atour's quality is always reliable, and their breakfast was good too. The only downside was having to wait in line to use the laundry machines because there were so many guests."
