"This was my first stay at an Atour hotel. I looked at many options near Changbai Mountain's North Slope and finally settled on Atour. The hotel is quite new, and the garden-view room was very spacious, equipped with a projector – which was a big plus for the kids, as they could watch whatever they wanted in the room. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is also very close to the Changbai Mountain North Slope distribution center. We left early, arrived at 7:30 AM, and successfully saw Heaven Lake."

"Standard room: No obvious hygiene issues, but the bathroom was a bit damp and the toilet seat cover was perfunctory and slightly undersized. Standard rooms didn't come with bathrobes, and neither did the deluxe suites. When I inquired, I was simply told there were towels. Also, the windows in the room could only be opened a tiny crack; they couldn't be fully opened, so I'm not sure what made it 'deluxe.' As for the public areas: The lobby was fine, clean and tidy. The elevators were incredibly slow to accelerate. One slow elevator might be understandable for a four-story hotel, but seriously, the acceleration speed made going up and down a real drag. Overall, even though it was peak season, with standard twin rooms at 770 and deluxe suites at 1011, I honestly recommend comparing other options, as this shouldn't be the only choice. In the end, it felt like the 'deluxe suite' couldn't really be converted into two standard rooms due to the sloped roof, so the facilities and amenities weren't significantly different."

"Before the kids head into their final year of high school, we decided to take them on a trip. We've stayed at Xipo before, but this time we chose Beipo Endouli, which is located in the commercial district. After checking in, a butler helped us with our luggage. The room was clean and tidy, and breakfast was very varied. In the evening, there was a fireworks show at the scenic area. For meals, you can eat in Endouli or head to Erdaobaihe Town, which isn't far and offers many choices, especially Korean ethnic cuisine. Overall, even if you don't go out, staying at the hotel is very comfortable. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station."

"Arriving in Erdaobaihe by car, I checked into this hotel and the front desk service immediately earned a perfect score. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, the front desk remotely guided me to a parking spot, saving me from driving around unnecessarily. During check-in, the staff patiently explained local Korean ethnic cuisine recommendations and even helped us plan a mountain entry route that avoided backtracking. Due to the significant temperature difference between morning and evening, the front desk thoughtfully provided hot water. When I suddenly needed to print my mountain entry voucher, they printed it for me free of charge, demonstrating incredibly high efficiency. Communication was smooth throughout my stay, and the staff were always polite and accommodating, ready to help with anything. Their warm and reliable service made my trip to the scenic area completely stress-free. I highly recommend this hotel, largely thanks to the front desk's thoughtful and meticulous service."

It's also around 500 meters from the Changbaishan North Slope Scenic Area Tourist Distribution Center (a roughly 10-minute walk), and public transport is readily available. The Chinese Merganser Park is about a 1-kilometer walk away. Finding local specialty food nearby is also very convenient. ② The rooms are clean, hygienic, and tidy, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom and smart home systems throughout. The front desk staff provided warm and thoughtful service. ③ I stayed in late May, which isn't peak season, so the value for money was excellent, prompting me to extend my stay for another night."

"This newly opened Ibis in the town has very striking decor and facilities. It's incredibly clean, and the style really caters to a younger crowd (even though we're not young anymore!). The rooms are exceptionally spacious, and the family room was very comfortable, with all facilities being clean and tidy 👍. However, a downside is that there's no refrigerator in the room. This is the first time I've encountered a foreign-brand hotel without a fridge in the room. Another drawback is the unstable water temperature in the shower. On our first night, the hot water only lasted about 10 seconds before turning cold, then back to hot a moment later, which made for a very unpleasant shower ☹️. It was a bit better on the second day, but still not particularly stable. The hotel's breakfast was quite good, though. Overall, I think there's a lot of room for improvement."

My favorite part was quietly relaxing on the balcony every evening. The staff thoughtfully arranged transfers for us, including to and from the high-speed rail station, the North Scenic Area distribution center, and even Deer Park. The front desk prepared fresh cucumbers and tomatoes daily and recommended delicious Korean ethnic cuisine. Every evening after 6 PM, the hot spring pool in the backyard opened. It was so relaxing to soak there after a long day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was very rich, and everything was homemade by the staff. The guesthouse is located in Endu Village, near the entrance to the Chinese Merganser Park, making it very convenient for dining out and strolling along Erdaobaihe River. I highly recommend this guesthouse to every visitor coming to Changbaishan. It will satisfy seniors, adults, and children alike! It's perfect for family travel!"
