This is an excellent hotel with incredibly warm and attentive service! Firstly, it's the closest hotel to the old mountain gate, just a 2-minute walk away, so we didn't have to queue at all during the National Day holiday. Secondly, they offer high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off throughout our stay, and can also take us to nearby attractions. Thirdly, the breakfast was amazing! The restaurant staff were very enthusiastic and proactively asked if we needed anything. The ginseng chicken soup, noodles, dumplings, and wontons were all delicious and plentiful, perfect for us southerners. Fourthly, a dedicated butler was provided. Butler Li Chao was incredibly responsible and always ready to help with anything. Fifthly, all the front desk staff were wonderful. They helped with our luggage and reservations, and the service was exceptional. They even upgraded us to a family room when they saw I was traveling with two elderly family members, which I really appreciate. Sixthly, the hot springs were superb, and we could book them anytime. Seventhly, there's a food court right next door, making dining very convenient. The stone pot bibimbap, stir-fried pork with kimchi, and BBQ were all delicious. Eighthly, the hotel provided complimentary access to the Volcanic Stone Forest attraction, river trekking, and ginseng digging, all of which were a lot of fun and suitable for the whole family. My family had a fantastic time, and we'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Changbai Mountain.

Staying here in the off-season was absolutely beyond my expectations, five-star review! The check-in process at the front desk was super smooth. The staff, a few young men, were incredibly friendly. They offered coffee, milk tea, juice, and fruit – my hands were full during check-in, and they even gave me a bag to carry everything. The room was great too, right by the 'Beauty Pine' (Meiren Song). What really impressed me was the electric toilet, something I didn't even find at the Hilton in Shenyang – definitely a huge bonus! And the bottled water being readily available in the hallway, right across from the elevator, was both generous and thoughtful! I've stayed in many five-star hotels, but I truly fell in love with Xingcheng here, and especially their self-service laundry room. No need to add detergent manually, and they even provide bags for your clean clothes, which come out smelling fresh. Plus, there's a shoe dryer, which was incredibly convenient after white-water rafting. This hotel truly made my trip perfect and unforgettable!

Overall, it lacks the flashy feel of over-marketing; it's a genuinely high-quality vacation experience. Solid hardware, heartwarming service, and thoughtful touches everywhere. It's perfect for both leisure getaways and short trips. Highly recommended! I will definitely choose to stay here again next time and look forward to my next visit.

This B&B is just a few minutes' drive from the North Slope visitor center. It's quiet, elegant, clean, and hygienic. The owner's detailed pick-up instructions were a lifesaver for someone like me who's terrible with directions. The owner is warm and thoughtful, with both the meticulousness and cleanliness you'd expect from Korean style, and the straightforward, hearty nature of a Northeastern guy. Friends, if you're coming to Changbai Mountain, choose this B&B! It's like a cup of coffee after a long day, warming your hands, refreshing your spirit, and softening time itself.

The owner was very hospitable, and there were always drivers available at the entrance who were ready to answer any questions or help with travel plans. The aunties at the hot springs were also very warm and helped with towels. The indoor bath was cleaned daily, and overall, everything was quite good. The only issue was that the toilet wasn't clean upon check-in, but the front desk attendant came quickly to address it. Overall, it was a good experience, and I recommend it.

Huge thanks to the lovely front desk lady who upgraded my room! One of the staff members was truly amazing, and I really appreciate her efforts and kindness. There's a great 'iron pot stew' restaurant about 200 meters to the left when you exit the hotel – the food was delicious and I'd definitely recommend it. The owner even suggested we try ice fishing! However, apart from the excellent service from that one staff member, the hotel's facilities and room amenities were pretty average. I didn't feel it offered great value for money. The pictures are dedicated to that wonderful lady who brightened our stay.

The room was incredibly spacious, which I really appreciated! Especially when the afternoon sun streamed in upon arrival, it felt wonderful. The small bed's mattress was a bit firm but perfectly fine for sleeping. The hot springs were very crowded, so soaking in the room's bathtub was a good alternative. The staff were all very welcoming. The breakfast selection wasn't super extensive, but it depends on your taste; you'll definitely get enough to eat. The only issue was the weak air conditioning in the breakfast area, though the room's AC was excellent. The coffee in the lobby was quite good, worth trying. Parking was convenient, with plenty of space right out front.

This guesthouse is conveniently located right at the end of the Daquan River rafting experience, making it super easy to head back after your adventure. The staff is really helpful and will arrange taxis for you if you want to go out for food or other activities. They even organize carpools for longer trips to places like Yanji or Xue Ling. The owner is a great person! Our room was very clean and tidy, and we had a really comfortable stay. You can even step right outside and play in the snow, offering a truly immersive experience.
