They provide real-time tram information in the lobby, and rooms even come with a printed weekly weather forecast, demonstrating excellent attention to detail. Although the breakfast selection isn't vast, the quality is remarkably high. As an established hotel, it's a superb choice for anyone visiting Zurich."

"It's truly a rare find to get an apartment with cooking facilities in Zurich! The room was very spacious! It came with air conditioning and electric heating. We bought eggs and vegetables from the supermarket and cooked instant noodles, which was a great experience! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zurich. The staff were exceptionally good! They were incredibly responsive to all our requests, which is quite rare to find in Switzerland!"

"Close to the airport, we landed early in the morning and arrived at the hotel around 8 AM. To our surprise, they allowed us to check in early! For someone who's had a long flight and needs to start working right after settling in, being able to shower, freshen up, and even lie down for a bit was incredibly helpful and a real lifesaver."

"I was very satisfied with this hotel. It's a perfectly functional and convenient hotel with all the necessary amenities. The lobby has self-service check-in and check-out machines, and there's 24-hour front desk service, which was very polite and thoughtful. The lobby is quite spacious, with self-service drink and coffee machines, a microwave, and a small pantry area. There are also many desks and power outlets. The room was spotlessly clean. You'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. There's a kettle, and the internet speed in the room was excellent – perfect for watching videos on your phone. The hotel is large with many rooms, so I'm not sure if all rooms have equally good signal. Right next to the hotel, in an adjacent building, there are two supermarkets with a wide selection of vegetables, fruits, and daily necessities, plus a pharmacy. The tram stop for Tram 10 is right outside the supermarket. This tram runs between Zurich Airport and Zurich Central Station, making it incredibly convenient to get to the city center or the airport without transfers. What's more, the tram stops are level with the ground, which is great for passengers using wheelchairs or pushing strollers. From the airport, take this tram and get off at the Glattpark stop; the journey only takes about 8-9 minutes. This tram runs almost all day, so early morning or late-night flights are no problem. The ticket price is also reasonable. Plus, the hotel's price offers much better value and conditions compared to renting a similarly priced room in the city. Breakfast was decent."

"I booked this hotel because of its convenient location, just a 10-minute drive to Zurich Airport and 20 minutes to downtown. The room was functionally designed. Although there was no fridge and electric kettle, a coffee machine was provided. Check-in was handled by a staff member, and there's parking available for those traveling by car but just remember to bring your ticket to get it validated. Car park is FOC. The hotel is surrounded by supermarkets like Coop, Aldi, Lidl, and more, which made it very convenient. I’d be happy to stay here again in the future."

"Beautiful hotel, superbly located. We walked from here to most of the places we wanted to visit and only a short step to trams if you need them. Breakfast was well presented and plentiful. Room amenities were spot on."

"The room was nice. It's not far from the airport, and the shuttle service was a convenient bonus. Since I had an early flight, the hotel proactively offered a packed breakfast, which was a thoughtful and warm gesture."

"I really don't know where all the negative reviews are coming from, I loved this place. Stayed there for 3 nights and had a great experience. Everything was clean and nice, sheets were clean, no bedbugs, no bad smell, very nice and light room, tv, balcony, hair dryer, towels, shampoo, toilet paper, dishes, small fridge that even had a little freezer inside, stove, the place had everything you might need while travelling. Had no problems with check in, the box is behind the building outside, just put my code in and got the keys, never had to contact any of the stuff, everything was on time. The building has an elevator. The only little thing was that there was a little floor damage that was not a problem for me, and the shower curtain was a bit dirty, would recommend them to change it. I expected this place to be really bad after reading all those reviews, but I got very surprised when I got there, everything was great, would definitely stay there again. The location is great, I'd say pretty walkable like 30 minutes walk to the main station, but there's also a tram stop right next to the building, as well as kiosks, stores and restaurants."
