From the moment I arrived, the experience was warm and welcoming — the staff were not only professional but genuinely friendly, adding a personal touch that made a big difference. I especially appreciated the roomy interiors, which offered more space than most urban hotels — a real luxury in Zurich. The hotel also fits perfectly into the creative energy of the Zürich West district, with a modern vibe that feels authentic rather than over-designed. Enjoyed our stay at 25Hours. Hotel room is clean and modern. Love the complimentary mini bar! Hotel is about 15-20 mins walk to Zurich HB train station. Check in staff is friendly and helpful.

Receptionist was awesome! They helped us to check and even extended for us to have an early check in. The system used in the hotel was so high tech, and it feels like a hipster vibe ! The location was convenient not too far off from SBB train station and bus terminal. Nearby there’s many food options! The room was well maintained, I am super amazed at their shampoo where there is “heading out” and “winding down”! Lovely! Kudos team!
