"The hotel is conveniently located right outside a tram station, with lines 10 and 50 taking you directly to the city center in about 20 minutes. However, the shower water temperature was quite inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold. The room lighting was incredibly dim, with only one small lamp. The hotel's dryer seemed faulty; my clothes were still damp after three hours, so I had to hang them in the room. Luckily, the weather was warm, and they dried by night. Room cleaning was odd; I had a 'Do Not Disturb' sign up because I woke up late. I removed it when I left in the afternoon, but when I returned in the evening, the room hadn't been cleaned. Housekeeping definitely needs improvement."

"This was our first stop in Switzerland. After quite a journey, we finally made it to the hotel by train. Google Maps guided us right to it, not far from the station. The front desk was great; they let us check in smoothly even at 10 AM. The room was a bit small, but perfectly acceptable. On our second day, we discovered a shortcut through an underground passage to the platform, which was only a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel – super convenient! The breakfast was notably excellent and very varied. And get this: the water dispenser in the lobby served sparkling water! Highly recommend this place."
