I especially appreciated the roomy interiors, which offered more space than most urban hotels — a real luxury in Zurich. The hotel also fits perfectly into the creative energy of the Zürich West district, with a modern vibe that feels authentic rather than over-designed. Enjoyed our stay at 25Hours. Hotel room is clean and modern. Love the complimentary mini bar! Hotel is about 15-20 mins walk to Zurich HB train station. Check in staff is friendly and helpful.

Check in was very face as we did online in advance. Staff was helpful in guiding us to the tram. Room was spacious for 3 of u. Theres bodywash and coffee/tea/kettle awailable. Theres also hairdryer and iron with hangers in room. Breakfast variety is very limited but decent.

My stay at Placid Hotel Zurich was truly enjoyable! 🇨🇭✨ The hotel has a modern, minimalist design with large windows offering amazing city views — especially at sunrise and sunset. The rooms are clean, stylish, and well-equipped, with everything from high-speed Wi-Fi to a Nespresso machine and super comfortable beds. 🛏️ The reception team was excellent — very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with directions, transport cards, or restaurant recommendations. They made check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. 🙌 Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options to start the day right ☕🥐. The hotel’s location in Zurich Altstetten is also convenient — just a few minutes by train or tram to the city center and Zurich Main Station. 🚆

Very good hotel in Zurich downtown and very close to Zurich HB which is convenient to move around when travel to Switzerland. The hotel a bit old but well maintained. Frontline staff very good and breakfast are delicious too.
