"Out of all the hotels I stayed at across different Australian cities, Meriton Suites easily tops the list, absolute gold standard. The staff were consistently attentive and professional, always present and eager to help. The hotel apartment was spacious, clean, and brightly lit, with a great balcony to unwind after a long day. Amenities were excellent and everything felt well maintained. Honestly one of the most pleasant stays on this trip, highly recommended."

"We stayed here for the Jonny cash show at the ******. The whole floor 21 had a fast food leveled. Curry smell to it. Which was quite off putting and there seemed to be alot of younger people staying there almost like international students. Brought the environment down to a backpacker level. Sharing eke year is with young adults swearing and bringing groceries in etc Would not stay there again. The dorsett next door same price and 100 times more comfortable"

"Location and facilities were great. Heated pool and great cafe 2min walk. The apartment itself was rundown, but equipped with the basics. One of the rooms was locked to us, but had access to the balcony. There was a horrific smell in the kitchen (wall?) we had to get room spray to help mask it. The microwave and cupboards were unusable. We would return to Ultra, however, would request a different apartment."

"Although it is a bit far from Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach Mart and cafes and food and beverage stores are convenient. There's a yogurt ice cream place on the first floor, which isn't bad, and there's a Starbucks. There is a playground about 200 meters away that is great for children. Since there were no curtains, I had to wake up at 6 o'clock... There is a construction site right next to it, so it is noisy. It's noisy at night because there are clubs nearby. It wasn't bad for a few days. The swimming pool was also great for kids to play in."

"Comfortable, Liveable Stay in a Prime Location Avani Residences works particularly well if you want a proper apartment rather than a standard hotel room. The residence-style layout makes it far more liveable, especially for stays longer than a night or two. The apartment had good internal space, a usable balcony, and modern fittings throughout. A real highlight was having full laundry facilities – washing machine and dryer – which made it easy to deal with wet swimwear and beach towels. The fully equipped kitchen, including a breakfast bench, was practical and well set up rather than decorative. Location-wise, it’s excellent. The building sits opposite the new ****** precinct developments, diagonally across from Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, and only a short walk to the tram stop, making it easy to get around without a car. Broadbeach itself feels more relaxed than Surfers Paradise, and the beach here is currently in better condition, with Surfers losing a fair bit of sand after Cyclone Albert. The complex itself is modern and well maintained, with a pool, small gym, and a clubhouse-style bar/restaurant. It’s also close to other new developments in Broadbeach, so the area feels fresh and active without being chaotic. Overall, a strong choice if you value space, self-sufficiency, and location, and prefer an apartment-style stay over a traditional hotel experience."

"I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I accidentally booked a same-night reservation because I was comparing room types in a new tab and forgot to change the dates. I realised the mistake immediately, submitted a cancellation request, and even called the hotel that evening to let them know I wouldn’t be arriving so they could release the room to other guests. Despite this, I was charged the next day. When I called again, the manager said their policy requires 24 hours’ notice and claimed they “could not use the room for other reservations,” even though I had informed them the night before. I have stayed in many hotels, and this is honestly one of the least flexible experiences I have come across. Very disappointing customer service and not understanding at all."

"This time I stayed in a double room type. Generally speaking, it is a clean hotel. It is also located on the beach. It only takes three to five minutes to walk to the beach (as in the picture, it is the beach next to the hotel). It is quite convenient. The only regret is that the counter service hours are very short, from 9 to 16 on weekdays, and only from 9 to 12 on holidays. If you need help opening the door outside the service hours, you need to pay 50 Australian dollars. The hotel also has a swimming pool, but it seems that the usage rate is not high. I hardly saw anyone using it for three days after staying there. Maybe they all went to the beach!"

"1. The apartment is very large, the master bedroom faces the sea, with a big bed. The second bedroom is actually a study room, so there is no window. There is a bathroom separated from the master bedroom, and both sides can enter. 2. Sanitation is ok, the kitchenware is clean, the washing machine is still new, the dryer is a bit old but clean 3. Free parking. It is better to leave a comment when booking. When you arrive, stop at the door or on the side of the road. When you go in and check in, you will be given a sensor 4. Walk straight to the pacific fair and cross the bridge for 15 minutes. The restaurant will open in the evening and the store will close at about 5:30. There are Mobike bikes available for rent. 5. Going in the opposite direction to the pacific fair is the beach. There are not many people and there are lifeguards during working hours. If you go north there is a larger children’s play area. Is the location similar to Oasis? 6. Before leaving, remember to throw away all the trash. Recycle the trash can in the garage. Put all dirty tableware in the dishwasher. If it is too dirty, it seems that the hotel will charge a cleaning fee of $75 starting"
