"We loved the view from the 53rd floor and we enjoyed the use of a washing machine, dryer, dry rack, coffeepod machine, refrigerator, heated pool on the 20th floor and the rooms were spacious and comfortable for our family of four. It was very clean and set up well for a family to stay for longer than just a couple of nights.
We also enjoyed the walk to the mall across the road, it only took us 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to Pac Fair each day. They have so many food places and shops to look around and spend time at.
Great stay and a lovely time with the family!"

"This room doesn’t have windows to see outside of the town. Technically this room is above the reception, can only see the reception from the small only window. It has to be mentioned in the details of the room. We tried to talk at the reception to change the room and they said they charge us another $250🤷♀️"

"The room was quite spacious, but the facilities were a bit underwhelming. For example, the balcony door lock was broken on the first day, and though it was fixed, I later discovered the hot water in the sink wasn't working. These issues should really be checked before guests check in. Luckily, everything was eventually repaired. My stay wasn't the best, but the Nepalese lady at the front desk who helped resolve the problems was excellent – thumbs up to her!
Breakfast was a partnership with Harvest Buffet inside The Star, costing $30 for one adult and one child, which I thought was a reasonable price."

"I visited The Star Grand with high expectations, but I left feeling deeply disappointed. From the moment I arrived at reception, I felt an unwelcoming atmosphere that felt like subtle discrimination. As a guest, I expected professional and equal treatment, but the staff’s attitude was far from it.
The room was very basic—no Netflix, average amenities, and nothing 'grand' about it. Breakfast was also very limited. I expected a luxury experience but got something very mediocre instead. I do not recommend this place for the price."

"The hotel room was fantastic. It was spacious with new facilities, and the large corner balcony offered views of both sunrise and sunset. The bedding was exceptionally soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.
Each apartment comes with a washer and dryer, and a capsule coffee machine. The service was also excellent, though the only minor drawback was that daily housekeeping wasn't provided. The elevators were very high-end. It's a bit of a shame that it's not a direct ocean-front room, as there are many buildings blocking the view. The breakfast at the hotel's accompanying restaurant was a bit subpar, but there was a 10% discount.
Broadbeach's scenery isn't as good as Surfers Paradise. However, the hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for dining and shopping, and close to the light rail and bus stops. I still recommend staying here."

"Although it is a bit far from Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach Mart and cafes and food and beverage stores are convenient. There's a yogurt ice cream place on the first floor, which isn't bad, and there's a Starbucks.
There is a playground about 200 meters away that is great for children.
Since there were no curtains, I had to wake up at 6 o'clock... There is a construction site right next to it, so it is noisy. It's noisy at night because there are clubs nearby. It wasn't bad for a few days.
The swimming pool was also great for kids to play in."

"The actual place once we got settled was pretty good. The only issue that we really had was that the kitchenette was not clean enough. There were little tiny bug/ants that came out onto the counters every morning, or whenever we’d leave the counter unattended for a while. The utensils in the kitchen weren’t cleaned properly and we had to use boiling water to clean everything before using them.
When we arrived we had to wait for the room to be finished, which we didn’t mind at all it was only a 10 min wait, but they had sprayed this air refresher so much that when we went inside we couldn’t get the smell out for an hour or two even w the balcony door open and the fans running.
Other than that the bed, air conditioning, TV and rest of the amenities were good. The location was just perfect and super close to the beach. And the staff were very friendly."

또랭또랭This hotel is about a 30-minute walk from Main Surfers Paradise Beach. While it's a bit far, the room condition is excellent for the price.
It seems this area is currently undergoing development, so there are many construction sites nearby, which unfortunately affects the building views. However, the view from inside the room is refreshing and lovely!
Most importantly, it has a well-equipped kitchen perfect for cooking, a refrigerator with a water dispenser and automatic ice maker – truly everything you could need! It's fantastic for families.
Plus, free parking for one car per room!

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the stuff to the apartment itself ! The rooms are tidy, fresh and modern Looking. The views of the sea and city are gorgeous!
I would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again for my next visit!

Our experience was good. The apartments are well organised and no lengthy check-in process like other places. A bit surprised after paying the amount due weeks before and then being requested for another $500 prior to checking in otherwise the booking can't be guaranteed. Most people take American Express in the accommodation industry and this was also a surprise. Apart from that it was a very pleasant state and we will book it again if we get a good deal.

This time I stayed in a double room type. Generally speaking, it is a clean hotel. It is also located on the beach. It only takes three to five minutes to walk to the beach (as in the picture, it is the beach next to the hotel). It is quite convenient. The only regret is that the counter service hours are very short, from 9 to 16 on weekdays, and only from 9 to 12 on holidays. If you need help opening the door outside the service hours, you need to pay 50 Australian dollars. The hotel also has a swimming pool, but it seems that the usage rate is not high. I hardly saw anyone using it for three days after staying there. Maybe they all went to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay at the Aria apartment.
It's in a Great Location with a great view; however, the noise of the large bins being collected in the street each morning at 6:30 a.m did spoil our sleep-ins.
The most disappointing factor was the smell of the bathroom towels. I suggest a note to the company about laundering the towels.

Great stay and great location. I loved the pool area with the nice hot tub, indoor and outdoor pool and sauna. It was great relaxing on our anniversary. The hotel is a little dated but it was still very nice

Guest UserThe location was excellent. There were two bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, so we could comfortably split up as a family. The washing machine was also very convenient. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we were able to cook meat we bought at the supermarket. There was no lid for the frying pan and no salt, so we bought aluminum foil and salt.
The view from the room was fantastic!
We requested extra blankets in advance, and they kindly provided more than we needed.
Even though it was winter, my son enjoyed swimming in the hotel pool. The jacuzzi was nice and warm.

LeashyYhr best location - 1 block to beach and 2 blocks to the highway to access the tram (50 centre fares) and huge Pacific's Fair shopping centre. Don't even really need a car as there is a bus to and from the airport (also 50 cents) that drops you at tram station. Older apartments, but we've stayed before and the price is cheap for what you get. I love the hot spa every night and the pool, also BBQ area and well kept gardens. Set your expectations for the price you lay and you shouldn't be disappointed.

Guest UserVery handy location within walking distance to restaurants, beach and entertainment and secure onsite parking. Basic amenities, dated and tired. For price I had expected more. Simple things like matching crockery and newer furniture void of marks etc would really enhance the overall experience. Also, microwave had been damaged/burnt so stunk out room and we were wary to use.
