"Hotel is next to star ****** and walking distance to board beach. Hotel is looking pretty new and in fact, has been opened for few years.
The only down side was the house keeping on one of the night. We booked for 3 rooms for 3 nights, on the first day, the house keeping was completely messed up. 3x Rooms did make up (partly) with soil towels (one of the room only has bed tidy up, nothing else) and etc were collected, however, no cleaned towels replaced, bin still full.
Without this drama, this hotel is good."

"Arrived at the hotel from Brisbane's public transport, which was quite an interesting journey. The hotel's location is pretty good, though it's a bit old. There's a shopping mall right downstairs with lots of great food options, including the Elk cafe where Jay Chou once visited, and charming little shops to buy souvenirs – very convenient.
Stayed for two nights. On the first night, the fire alarm suddenly went off in the middle of the night 🚨. I guess someone was secretly smoking."

"The apartment is very spacious ,Modern and Clean.
Perfect Location.
The room did not have any complimentary water bottle and no toothpaste / toothbrush.
The balcony is very spacious and lovely view right in front of the Star ******.
Restaurants on surrounding and around the area.
Short walking distance to the Casino,Pacific Fair and Surfers Paradise.
The outdoor swimming pool is not so much appealing but is okay.
Overall stay is excellent."

"The room is fully equipped, with two bedrooms, a living room, and a large kitchen. It has everything you could need: a microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer – just like being at home. There's also a balcony, which is convenient for drying clothes, and you can see the sea from it, though it's not a full frontal view. Each room gets its own dedicated parking spot, and the key card access makes it feel very secure. We even saw a rainbow after a shower! 🌈"

"We had a confirmed booking from Trip.com but when we arrived at reception they did not have our booking. It was not Trip’s fault as apparently an intermediate company bungled the booking. The Blues fest was on so everything was booked out for 100km2. Fortunately the very kind manager at the Phoenician miraculously found a 1 br apartment for us and saved the holiday. The hotel is lovely and very central. Cannot fault it but confirm your booking directly with the hotel "

"Comfortable, Liveable Stay in a Prime Location
Avani Residences works particularly well if you want a proper apartment rather than a standard hotel room. The residence-style layout makes it far more liveable, especially for stays longer than a night or two.
The apartment had good internal space, a usable balcony, and modern fittings throughout. A real highlight was having full laundry facilities – washing machine and dryer – which made it easy to deal with wet swimwear and beach towels. The fully equipped kitchen, including a breakfast bench, was practical and well set up rather than decorative.
Location-wise, it’s excellent. The building sits opposite the new ****** precinct developments, diagonally across from Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, and only a short walk to the tram stop, making it easy to get around without a car. Broadbeach itself feels more relaxed than Surfers Paradise, and the beach here is currently in better condition, with Surfers losing a fair bit of sand after Cyclone Albert.
The complex itself is modern and well maintained, with a pool, small gym, and a clubhouse-style bar/restaurant. It’s also close to other new developments in Broadbeach, so the area feels fresh and active without being chaotic.
Overall, a strong choice if you value space, self-sufficiency, and location, and prefer an apartment-style stay over a traditional hotel experience."

"This time I stayed in a double room type. Generally speaking, it is a clean hotel. It is also located on the beach. It only takes three to five minutes to walk to the beach (as in the picture, it is the beach next to the hotel). It is quite convenient. The only regret is that the counter service hours are very short, from 9 to 16 on weekdays, and only from 9 to 12 on holidays. If you need help opening the door outside the service hours, you need to pay 50 Australian dollars. The hotel also has a swimming pool, but it seems that the usage rate is not high. I hardly saw anyone using it for three days after staying there. Maybe they all went to the beach!"

"The interior pictures of the hotel have been provided N many times before 👌 Not bad... This time I mainly talk about the surrounding environment is particularly good. It is very convenient to do things. It is very close to the shopping mall bank school restaurant. The hotel room furnishings have also been updated before (upgraded) and I am very satisfied ～"

The apartment itself was rundown, but equipped with the basics. One of the rooms was locked to us, but had access to the balcony. There was a horrific smell in the kitchen (wall?) we had to get room spray to help mask it. The microwave and cupboards were unusable.
We would return to Ultra, however, would request a different apartment.

GGuest UserOur experience was good. The apartments are well organised and no lengthy check-in process like other places. A bit surprised after paying the amount due weeks before and then being requested for another $500 prior to checking in otherwise the booking can't be guaranteed. Most people take American Express in the accommodation industry and this was also a surprise. Apart from that it was a very pleasant state and we will book it again if we get a good deal.

It's in a Great Location with a great view; however, the noise of the large bins being collected in the street each morning at 6:30 a.m did spoil our sleep-ins.
The most disappointing factor was the smell of the bathroom towels. I suggest a note to the company about laundering the towels.

GGuest UserThe actual place once we got settled was pretty good. The only issue that we really had was that the kitchenette was not clean enough. There were little tiny bug/ants that came out onto the counters every morning, or whenever we’d leave the counter unattended for a while. The utensils in the kitchen weren’t cleaned properly and we had to use boiling water to clean everything before using them.
When we arrived we had to wait for the room to be finished, which we didn’t mind at all it was only a 10 min wait, but they had sprayed this air refresher so much that when we went inside we couldn’t get the smell out for an hour or two even w the balcony door open and the fans running.
Other than that the bed, air conditioning, TV and rest of the amenities were good. The location was just perfect and super close to the beach. And the staff were very friendly.
