Hotels with balcony in Broadbeach

This hotel is about a 30-minute walk from Main Surfers Paradise Beach. While it's a bit far, the room condition is excellent for the price. It seems this area is currently undergoing development, so there are many construction sites nearby, which unfortunately affects the building views. However, the view from inside the room is refreshing and lovely! Most importantly, it has a well-equipped kitchen perfect for cooking, a refrigerator with a water dispenser and automatic ice maker – truly everything you could need! It's fantastic for families. Plus, free parking for one car per room!

Great apartment, lots of light and excellent location. The only downside is you have to walk 8mins to pick up and return keys, which isn't a big deal but might be difficult if you had lots of luggage. Overall, still recommended.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the stuff to the apartment itself ! The rooms are tidy, fresh and modern Looking. The views of the sea and city are gorgeous!  I would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again for my next visit!

Staying here in Gold Coast was very comfortable. The high floor offered expansive views, and it was just a stone's throw from the shopping district, making it super convenient to get to the beach. There are entertainment facilities downstairs, which is a bonus if you're into that.

Our experience was good. The apartments are well organised and no lengthy check-in process like other places. A bit surprised after paying the amount due weeks before and then being requested for another $500 prior to checking in otherwise the booking can't be guaranteed. Most people take American Express in the accommodation industry and this was also a surprise. Apart from that it was a very pleasant state and we will book it again if we get a good deal.

This time I stayed in a double room type. Generally speaking, it is a clean hotel. It is also located on the beach. It only takes three to five minutes to walk to the beach (as in the picture, it is the beach next to the hotel). It is quite convenient. The only regret is that the counter service hours are very short, from 9 to 16 on weekdays, and only from 9 to 12 on holidays. If you need help opening the door outside the service hours, you need to pay 50 Australian dollars. The hotel also has a swimming pool, but it seems that the usage rate is not high. I hardly saw anyone using it for three days after staying there. Maybe they all went to the beach!

The hotel location was excellent, and the front desk staff were very nice. However, one morning the fire alarm went off, and I barely slept.

Very handy location within walking distance to restaurants, beach and entertainment and secure onsite parking. Basic amenities, dated and tired. For price I had expected more. Simple things like matching crockery and newer furniture void of marks etc would really enhance the overall experience. Also, microwave had been damaged/burnt so stunk out room and we were wary to use.

The actual place once we got settled was pretty good. The only issue that we really had was that the kitchenette was not clean enough. There were little tiny bug/ants that came out onto the counters every morning, or whenever we’d leave the counter unattended for a while. The utensils in the kitchen weren’t cleaned properly and we had to use boiling water to clean everything before using them. When we arrived we had to wait for the room to be finished, which we didn’t mind at all it was only a 10 min wait, but they had sprayed this air refresher so much that when we went inside we couldn’t get the smell out for an hour or two even w the balcony door open and the fans running. Other than that the bed, air conditioning, TV and rest of the amenities were good. The location was just perfect and super close to the beach. And the staff were very friendly.
