"The room was quite spacious, perfect for our family of two adults and two children. The location was also convenient, close to the beach. Although there's a construction site nearby, I found it to be fine and it didn't really bother us. Now, for the downsides I experienced: The front desk staff was very hard to find. They left right at 5 PM, not waiting a single minute. We arrived exactly at 5 PM and saw her run off. I had to follow the instructions on the door to contact someone about check-in, and she asked me to provide my credit card information. Three months later, my card was fraudulently charged, and I had no choice but to cancel it. Other than this hotel, I haven't provided my card details to anyone else."

"Although it is a bit far from Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach Mart and cafes and food and beverage stores are convenient. There's a yogurt ice cream place on the first floor, which isn't bad, and there's a Starbucks. There is a playground about 200 meters away that is great for children. Since there were no curtains, I had to wake up at 6 o'clock... There is a construction site right next to it, so it is noisy. It's noisy at night because there are clubs nearby. It wasn't bad for a few days. The swimming pool was also great for kids to play in."
