The only minor drawback was a noticeable odor in the room when first opened, possibly due to the cold winter weather and infrequent ventilation. However, after airing out the room with the door and windows open for a while, the smell largely dissipated and didn't significantly affect the rest of our stay. The hotel's amenities are also quite comprehensive. There's a large dining area right next door, making meals very convenient, and ample parking space for those traveling by car. Breakfast is served at reasonable hours and offers a good variety, meeting daily needs. Overall, this is a hotel with good facilities, convenient amenities, and a generally pleasant experience. If they could further improve the ventilation and air quality in the rooms before guests arrive, the stay would be even better."

"I chose this hotel when visiting the Ghost City, and it definitely didn't disappoint! The environment is fantastic, with a beautiful and quiet garden-style setting. The room was super spacious, and the window offered a direct lake view. The service was also very warm; both the front desk and the bellboy were very thoughtful and even sent a fruit platter. Breakfast was plentiful, with local specialties. The location is super convenient, just a seven or eight-minute drive from the Ghost City. Overall, my stay was very comfortable, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"As a hotel, it's okay. The surroundings are nice, and it's close to the Grand Canyon. The overall facilities are a bit dated. There are no convenient places to eat nearby, so you have to eat at the hotel. Dinner in the hotel cafeteria was a poor experience, with limited options. When the food arrived, I noticed the server's shirt had fallen into the soup, but I didn't get any results. The lamb skewers were served without chili, even though they were supposed to be served. When I asked for a refund, the skewers were taken away, and I didn't get a refund. There was no further discussion, and I didn't bother to negotiate over a few dollars."
