4-Star Hotels in Karamay

When checking in to this hotel, the security guard at the door took the initiative to open the door and greet us. The handsome receptionist Wang Rui at the front desk was quick and friendly. He also upgraded our room. I was so happy. The security guard helped me take my luggage to the elevator. The guest room was really clean and upscale. The smart toilet was great. The bath water was great. The water temperature was right and the water flowed smoothly. It was a five-star rating. It was a really happy day. I will come again next time and stay in this hotel again.

This is the most welcoming hotel in Xinjiang. It's primarily business-oriented, but it meets four-star standards. The furniture and appliances are top-notch and high-quality. The lobby manager is very responsive. Although I only stayed for one night, the experience was excellent!

The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and flexible, truly exceeding our expectations. The family room was fantastic, and the set dinner at the restaurant was excellent; the 168 yuan set meal was more than enough for our family of three, and the taste was great. Security was diligent; they promptly called us when they noticed our car window was left open. Plus, there's a Nio battery swap station and a supercharging pile downstairs, so EV charging is worry-free. This hotel offered the best stay experience we've had during our entire 20-day trip. Highly recommend!

I chose this hotel for my self-driving trip, waiting for the Duku Highway to open. The room was spacious and clean, with high-quality amenities and facilities. The breakfast offered a good variety. I often pick Vienna International hotels when traveling, and compared to others, this one had the cleanest carpets. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm in the area.

This is the worst soundproofing I've ever experienced in all the hotels I've stayed in during business trips. I can hear loud conversations from next door at night, not to mention the noise in the hallway. In the mornings, I encounter people who get up early and start playing music—which I can listen to for free. The breakfast selection is average: five hot dishes, one fried rice, some porridge, cold dishes, and pickles, but lacking noodles or soup. The problem is that a woman with long hair was seen eating in my breakfast. Overall, it's okay.

My first stop in Northern Xinjiang this New Year was the long-awaited Snow Lotus Hotel. Due to renovations in the VIP building, I stayed in the Welcome Building this time. To my surprise, the room was larger than expected, with new facilities and incredibly warm underfloor heating – so warm that I had to open the windows for ventilation at night. Overall, a nice experience. I was particularly impressed by the half-price Snow Lotus coffee at the first-floor café; it was absolutely delicious.

I arrived at the hotel between 2 and 3 AM due to some reasons. The next day, breakfast was already over by 10 AM. Thankfully, the service was good; they found me a few eggs, two bags of milk, and some congee to get by. There didn't seem to be many dining options around the hotel. This hotel was just a transit stop for our trip, arriving in the middle of the night and leaving in a hurry in the morning, so I might not be able to give a full review. However, it seems to be a standard hotel with good management, and the value for money is really excellent. It's definitely worth it for travelers who need a layover. I was too rushed to take any photos.

The room was very nice. The soundproofing was a bit poor; the sound of the door opening and closing was quite noticeable. Light sleepers can request a suite. I booked a room with a private hot spring. The water was changed after each guest, which was reassuring. There's a ski resort nearby, very convenient for skiers. Night skiing ends at 11 PM. It's currently February 2026, considered off-season, and breakfast was delivered to the room. The Dushanzi Grand Canyon is nearby, suitable for families with children. We tried all the activities, and none were too thrilling, so you can enjoy them without worry.

The room is relatively large and quiet in the neighborhood, but the hygiene needs to be improved. There are cigarette butts, takeaway garbage left over from the previous guest, dirty cups, and it looks like it has not been cleaned well. They are all bungalows, with apple trees and many flowers outside, and it is fun to pick fruits. But if you are going to visit the Devil City, it is recommended that you stay in Karamay city, at least you don’t have to worry about not having breakfast.

The room environment is unparalleled, very clean and has plenty of hot water. The surroundings are beautiful and it’s very convenient to eat and drink. The only drawback is the sewer drainage problem, which is a bit unpleasant The air conditioner is a bit loud I hope the master can do these two things and it will be perfect.
