Hotels with Breakfast in Karamay

The hotel's facilities made me wonder if the owner was an amateur. First, the signal indicator near the air conditioner was extremely bright at night, like a nightlight, making for a very poor sleep experience. Second, the hotel rooms had marble floors, but there was no doormat at the bathroom entrance, making it easy to slip after washing up. Third, the towel rack was directly above the toilet, making it easy to drop towels into the toilet while showering. Fourth, in 2025, having only a washing machine and no dryer is practically the same as not having a laundry room at all. Fifth, it's clearly a transit point for senior tour groups traveling from Northern Xinjiang to the Ili loop, so the entire hotel was incredibly noisy. This isn't the hotel's fault, but the fact is, the senior tour groups were very noisy, easily waking us up at night and in the morning. In short, I don't recommend it.

This is one of the most satisfying hotels I've stayed at recently. The location is quite convenient, and the price-performance ratio exceeded my expectations.

Although the room is small, it has everything. The bathroom is large, but there is no dry and wet separation. After taking a shower, water does not easily flow into the sewer, and the bathroom becomes slippery. The drainage in the bathroom is not smooth, and the water from the washbasin easily splashes onto the countertop. The soundproofing is not very good, you can hear the sound of the bedside charger being unplugged or the light switch being used in the next room. The cleaning is very considerate. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making transportation convenient. There are many restaurants and shops downstairs, which is very convenient. Order takeout and have it delivered directly to your door, very convenient! Overall, I am quite satisfied and can give it a comprehensive score of 4.5. The front desk is very enthusiastic and the service attitude is particularly good. I came and went in a hurry and forgot to take pictures.

The front desk staff were very friendly, and the manager was professional and responsible. The service quality was indeed excellent, and the food was delicious. The hotel was very clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. The surrounding environment was very quiet and relaxing, making it easy to fall asleep. All kinds of facilities were available. It's close to the zero kilometer mark of the Duku Highway and the Duku Highway Museum. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I have the chance!

Service: The hotel offers free breakfast, which is served for a long time and is very good. Special commendation to the hotel front desk manager on duty. After I checked out and found my braces in the room, the front desk quickly contacted relevant personnel to help find them. Once found, they immediately contacted me to offer a solution. When I went to pick them up today, the front desk manager promptly contacted the front desk staff on duty that day to return the lost braces to me. The entire process was very smooth and meticulous. They also made a record of the lost item. I am very grateful to the hotel for their responsible handling of lost items.

We are in Karamay specifically for visiting the legendary Big Oil Bubbles 大油泡. After 大油泡 we checked in this hotel which is within walking distance of 汇嘉广场. Thankfully we get to try the delicious and fresh steamed fish 冷水鱼on our way back to the hotel after the fireworks show of lanterns festival at 世纪公园🎉

The hotel is conveniently located about 6 kilometers from the Ghost City. The architecture is unique and exotic, making for great photos. Breakfast is from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM; it's best to go during off-peak times as it can get crowded. The complimentary souvenir provided by the hotel has a nice Xinjiang local flair, and the welcome fruit was delicious.

The room is clean and odorless, with complete facilities. The tea bags provided taste good. There is a business district under construction nearby, so it is quiet and not noisy. There is a convenience store downstairs, and it is not far from the business district. It takes only a short drive to get there, and there is no shortage of parking spaces. The breakfast is also rich and delicious. The service attitude is pretty good. It is recommended to use some coffee-flavored aromatherapy or styling to highlight the characteristics of the hotel.

Facilities: This B&B has a single-family bungalow ➕ courtyard layout, which is quite unique! The staff told us that the house was renovated from a former faculty dormitory, and it had a sense of age. In order to maintain the feeling of that era, they did not change the appearance of the dormitory and turned the room into a B&B. The house looks old but has all modern facilities inside. The air conditioning and hot water are very good. I especially like the large bathroom and the shower 🚿 (this is the shower with the best water I have ever used during my trip to Xinjiang!). The mattress here is moderately soft and hard, which is very friendly to me who doesn’t like to sleep on soft beds😂 Hygiene: The room is very hygienic. However, since it is a bungalow and the surrounding plants are lush, there will be bugs in the house. We killed several bugs and mosquitoes. Environment: This B&B has a feeling of going home. The yard is also made like an auto repair shop, with well-arranged car parts. The four of us booked a double room and a double room, which could fit into a bungalow. If you only live in one room, you may need to share a bungalow with other residents, and the sound insulation in a bungalow is not very good (that is, the family can shout in this room to the extent that the person in the opposite room can answer). If you are concerned, please confirm with the staff in advance~

The biggest plus of this hotel is its incredible location, right at the entrance of the Ghost City scenic area. Plus, the third-floor terrace offers an amazing view – you can see directly into Ghost City and all the countless nodding donkeys in the oil fields across the way. And don't even get me started on the stir-fried chicken at the second-floor restaurant; it's absolutely fantastic, a whole chicken for a reasonable price. I highly recommend staying here, it's just so convenient!
