"This MGM hotel was definitely beyond our expectations for our Xinjiang trip. The hotel environment is elegant, and the wood carvings perfectly match the local style of Fucheng. From the moment we entered the lobby, there were various dried fruits and fresh fruits available, which was a thoughtful touch for travelers who had journeyed a long way. Inside the room, there were also different kinds of dried fruits, and the yogurt, drinks, and water in the fridge were all complimentary. All the facilities in the room were very new. The laundry room facilities were also new and comprehensive. The breakfast, in particular, offered a wide variety of meticulously prepared dishes, clearly not pre-made. Fresh fruit was plentiful. It was also quiet at night with no noise. The small county town is compact, so the hotel is very close to dining options. In short, our two-night stay at this hotel left a deep impression on us. I wholeheartedly recommend everyone experience this hidden gem of a hotel in the depths of the Gobi Desert."

"Duku Highway was not open, and I was trapped in Dushanzi for one night. The temporary hotel was more than expected. The price of 300 less than one night was much better than the accommodation in Kuitun. The price was very high. The hotel was in a very new building. It was with several office buildings. The room supplies and facilities are very new. There are many parking spaces at the door. Parking is very good. The town of Dushanzi is clean and tidy. It is refreshing to go out at night. It is recommended that you can choose here if you stay on Duku Highway for one night. You really don’t have to go to Kuitun."

The surrounding area of ​​the B&B is well greened, the location is easy to find, and there are many places to eat nearby. The overall stay experience is very good, the price is cheap, the hygiene is clean, quiet and safe. The standard double room I booked has four lockers, and it is no problem to put two suitcases in the room. The public bathroom is convenient to use. It is no problem to wash and hang clothes. You can add 15 yuan to do a full body scrub + sauna, which is very refreshing. The boss lady’s service attitude is great, thumbs up! I will stay here again next time I come to Dushanzi.

The hotel's facilities made me wonder if the owner was an amateur. First, the signal indicator near the air conditioner was extremely bright at night, like a nightlight, making for a very poor sleep experience. Second, the hotel rooms had marble floors, but there was no doormat at the bathroom entrance, making it easy to slip after washing up. Third, the towel rack was directly above the toilet, making it easy to drop towels into the toilet while showering. Fourth, in 2025, having only a washing machine and no dryer is practically the same as not having a laundry room at all. Fifth, it's clearly a transit point for senior tour groups traveling from Northern Xinjiang to the Ili loop, so the entire hotel was incredibly noisy. This isn't the hotel's fault, but the fact is, the senior tour groups were very noisy, easily waking us up at night and in the morning. In short, I don't recommend it.

The front desk staff were very friendly, and the manager was professional and responsible. The service quality was indeed excellent, and the food was delicious. The hotel was very clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. The surrounding environment was very quiet and relaxing, making it easy to fall asleep. All kinds of facilities were available. It's close to the zero kilometer mark of the Duku Highway and the Duku Highway Museum. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I have the chance!

Environment: The hotel is in a separate building, the surrounding environment is quiet, and it's convenient for getting around. Service: The hotel offers free breakfast, which is served for a long time and is very good. Special commendation to the hotel front desk manager on duty. After I checked out and found my braces in the room, the front desk quickly contacted relevant personnel to help find them. Once found, they immediately contacted me to offer a solution. When I went to pick them up today, the front desk manager promptly contacted the front desk staff on duty that day to return the lost braces to me. The entire process was very smooth and meticulous. They also made a record of the lost item. I am very grateful to the hotel for their responsible handling of lost items.

We are in Karamay specifically for visiting the legendary Big Oil Bubbles 大油泡. After 大油泡 we checked in this hotel which is within walking distance of 汇嘉广场. Thankfully we get to try the delicious and fresh steamed fish 冷水鱼on our way back to the hotel after the fireworks show of lanterns festival at 世纪公园🎉

The hotel is conveniently located about 6 kilometers from the Ghost City. The architecture is unique and exotic, making for great photos. Breakfast is from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM; it's best to go during off-peak times as it can get crowded. The complimentary souvenir provided by the hotel has a nice Xinjiang local flair, and the welcome fruit was delicious.

There is a convenience store downstairs, and it is not far from the business district. It takes only a short drive to get there, and there is no shortage of parking spaces. Facilities: This B&B has a single-family bungalow ➕ courtyard layout, which is quite unique! The staff told us that the house was renovated from a former faculty dormitory, and it had a sense of age. In order to maintain the feeling of that era, they did not change the appearance of the dormitory and turned the room into a B&B. The house looks old but has all modern facilities inside. The air conditioning and hot water are very good. I especially like the large bathroom and the shower 🚿 (this is the shower with the best water I have ever used during my trip to Xinjiang!). The mattress here is moderately soft and hard, which is very friendly to me who doesn’t like to sleep on soft beds😂 Hygiene: The room is very hygienic. However, since it is a bungalow and the surrounding plants are lush, there will be bugs in the house. We killed several bugs and mosquitoes. Environment: This B&B has a feeling of going home. The yard is also made like an auto repair shop, with well-arranged car parts. The four of us booked a double room and a double room, which could fit into a bungalow. If you only live in one room, you may need to share a bungalow with other residents, and the sound insulation in a bungalow is not very good (that is, the family can shout in this room to the extent that the person in the opposite room can answer).
