World Trade Winning Hotel

The hotel's location is excellent (as shown in the attached picture), and the breakfast offers a great variety and high quality. The staff's service is even better! I initially planned to stay one night in Jilin, but extended my stay by two more nights because the experience was so good. I'd like to express my gratitude once again to Dong Siyi at the front desk and Zhou Ling from housekeeping. They were patient and warm towards us older folks, which made us feel incredibly welcome. I will definitely visit the Northeast again!

The high ceilings made the stay very comfortable, and I could see both the mountains and the Songhua River. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. I was very satisfied. I really love this city and the hotel.

The lobby is elegantly decorated, and the moment you step in, you're greeted by a clean, upscale environment with a soft, pleasant fragrance that instantly melts away travel fatigue. A special shout-out to Ms. Jiang at the front desk – her service was truly thoughtful and professional. I arrived with a lot of luggage, and she processed my check-in quickly and efficiently, all while maintaining a warm smile. There was no unnecessary waiting. When she learned it was my first time in the area, she proactively and thoroughly explained nearby attractions and dining options. She even thoughtfully asked about my room preferences and helped arrange a room with a better view, patiently answering all my questions. Her gentle and patient demeanor, along with her attention to detail, made me feel incredibly welcome and at home. The room hygiene was impeccable; every corner was spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress and pillows provided maximum comfort. The room's soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully quiet night's rest. The bathroom featured a wet and dry separation, with stable and ample hot water, and quality toiletries. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, public areas are neat and organized, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. Both the hardware facilities and service quality live up to high-end hotel standards. Thanks to Ms. Jiang's thoughtful and attentive service, my trip experience was significantly enhanced. I will definitely choose the World Trade Marriott again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone! There are plenty of dining options nearby, and getting around is very convenient. The room lighting was just right. When I needed an extra blanket, the staff brought it over quickly – very thoughtful service. The soundproofing between rooms isn't great; I could faintly hear people talking next door, but it didn't disrupt my normal routine.

I was in Jilin for the marathon and booked a hotel nearby. I never expected this hotel to live up to its claim on Ctrip as having the 'most beautiful scenery' – the view was absolutely stunning! And to top it off, they provided a dedicated car service to take us to the starting line, which was incredibly thoughtful. What's more, every staff member, from the young man who helped with our luggage to the front desk attendants, was exceptionally polite. Finally, a special thank you to Assistant Lobby Manager Zhang Feihong, who contacted me in advance to arrange both the private car and my room.

Pretty good, the river view is nice, and the service is excellent. I came for the marathon and there was a shuttle bus provided.

Came to Jilin City for the marathon, and this hotel really went above and beyond! They pre-arranged a shuttle bus to the starting line and even notified every runner who booked with them a week in advance. That's incredibly thoughtful and attentive – I'll definitely be back next year! The hotel itself was quiet and bright, with no strange odors, and the facilities were well-maintained. Breakfast was extensive, and the hotel has its own dining options, including hotpot, Japanese, Chinese, and a buffet dinner. I tried the buffet dinner and it was excellent value for money.
