Radisson RED Jilin City

I chose this hotel for a half marathon in Jilin because it was close to the finish line, and it totally exceeded my expectations! The hotel contacted me beforehand to ask about the race's check-in area. On the morning of the race, they provided breakfast and even bused us near the check-in point. Not only did they prepare a very practical cheer-up kit, but they also warmly welcomed runners after the race with watermelon, frozen pears, and mineral water. The room was very comfortable, and the facilities were new and easy to control. I was very satisfied with my stay. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the front desk service was excellent. If I come to Jilin again, I will definitely choose this hotel!

The room facilities are very new, smart, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food, and it all tastes great. The staff are exceptionally attentive and warm. The horse riding specialty service was particularly proactive, thoughtful, and sincere. Highly recommended! Thumbs up!

The room was very clean, and having an underground parking garage was really convenient. The hotel also had activities that the kids absolutely loved!

This hotel is super nice, and the restaurant service exceeded my expectations! Miss Xinxin was so thoughtful and attentive, caring about my child's skiing progress and offering travel tips. Sister Weiwei's cooking is absolutely amazing – I had to eat her dishes every day! The breakfast selection was diverse, and I bet the chef is super handsome! All the other restaurant staff were excellent too.👍

A 4.9 rating is too low; it absolutely deserves a 5.0! The stay experience and soundproofing are on par with international five-star hotels. The room's design is incredibly high-tech and modern, especially the red and black aesthetic which is full of artistic flair. I'd say it's unbeatable for its price range. The front desk staff, Tingting and Lili, were welcoming, professional, and patient. The breakfast was superb, and the restaurant staff, Xiaowu, Xinxin, and Weiwei, made us feel right at home. Weiwei's wontons were absolutely delicious and a great addition to our trip to Jilin!

The hotel's location is excellent, with lots of great food options on Xiamen Street nearby, and even a morning market. The service was absolutely wonderful; every request was met, and all the staff were lovely. Both the lobby and the rooms are beautiful, and I really enjoyed the scent. The lobby offers tea and delicious small cookies. The only downside to the room was that it was too warm, but you can ask the front desk to turn off the underfloor heating. The room comes with a Dyson hairdryer and a jewelry tray, which are thoughtful touches, and the toiletries are also very good. The breakfast selection is rich, and both the coffee and soy milk are delicious. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Jilin.
