"The location is very convenient, close to both Wanlian and Yintai Shopping Centre. There are plenty of shops and restaurants right next to the hotel, which made our stay very easy and enjoyable. The lobby is modern and well-presented, creating a good first impression. We stayed for a longer period, so having laundry facilities was very helpful. The room was cleaned daily, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was the strong smell of smoke in the room. We raised this issue, and the staff did try to move us to another room. However, it seemed that all rooms had a similar smoking smell, despite being advertised as non-smoking rooms. This made our stay quite uncomfortable."

"Having stayed in numerous hotels for business trips, the Hilton Jiashan truly sets the standard for service! I'd especially like to give a shout-out to Via at the front desk – she was incredibly professional and thoughtful. My meeting schedule changed at the last minute, so I ended up checking in around 10 PM in a hurry. Not only did Via process my check-in quickly, but she also proactively upgraded me to a quiet room. The room facilities were brand new and fully equipped, complete with a Dyson hairdryer and a Nespresso coffee machine, making it a fantastic work environment. The hotel is also conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from the high-speed rail station. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next business trip to Jiashan!"

"The weather was cold and snowy, but the hotel service was incredibly warm, definitely a plus. I received a call from Ms. Yin, the customer service representative, even before arriving at the hotel. Ms. Wang, who handled check-in, was patient and attentive throughout, providing detailed information about breakfast times and answering all my questions. The room was clean and tidy, and there were five complimentary bottles of mineral water. Although there were a few minor flaws, Manager Dai handled them very well, and I was very satisfied. I will definitely stay here again. Furthermore, the hotel is located in the city center with complete surrounding facilities, beautiful night views, a large and convenient parking lot, and delicious breakfast."

"Looking for hot springs near Shanghai, Jiashan is quite close. When I booked, I didn't realize Yunlanwan was already a small resort. **Parking:** It was quite difficult. There were spaces in the afternoon, but by evening, we had to park further away in non-designated spots. We even got a call in the morning to move the car. **Breakfast:** Served from 7-10 AM. We arrived at 9 AM and luckily found a table just as someone was leaving, otherwise, it would have been hard to find a spot as it was very crowded. They don't clear up early. The selection wasn't huge, but they had everything we wanted. The freshly cooked noodles had limited toppings, but a good variety of seasonings. The fruit was especially fresh and delicious. They offered fried eggs (sunny-side up and over easy) and steamed eggs. The dim sum selection wasn't extensive, but the taste was excellent. **Hot Springs:** We had access twice on check-in day and once on check-out day, which was very generous. However, the times were different from what was shown on the review app; it closed at 10 PM and opened at 10 AM in the morning. **Room:** Initially, I booked the hot spring hotel, which is above the hot spring area. However, it might have been renovated a while ago, as there were some minor issues. After speaking with the butler, they immediately helped us resolve them. Even though the hotel was fully booked that day, they managed to find us a room in the 'Four Seasons' building. The decor there was newer, and our child loved it – we were very satisfied too! A big thank you again to Vincent and his colleagues who helped coordinate everything!"

The surrounding rapeseed fields were beautiful, and it was lovely to take a stroll outside after dinner. The set menu dishes were clearly prepared with care and tasted excellent. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. The price was reasonable, and I'd come back again; it's perfect for a vacation. There's also a library, a card and chess room, and even a children's play area, suitable for kids under ten years old."

Since we came back late yesterday, there was no parking space on the ground, so my husband drove the car to the underground garage. Unexpectedly, the parking space was also very tight. It took a long time to park the car. , and there was no direct elevator, so he silently walked out of the entrance, which took a lot of time. When we arrived at the lobby, we asked the lady at the front desk and she said there was one inside, so we agreed and went upstairs. When I checked out today, I asked where the elevator was. The master who got us off the bus in the morning enthusiastically led us to the elevator entrance, which was not easy to find. It can be said that he sent us to the elevator door. He also said he wished us well when closing the door. Have a nice trip, it sounds really comfortable, haha. The young lady in the middle asked our leader to take you there, and then I realized that he is the leader of the hotel.
