酒店環境很好，是靠河邊的，房間無異味。老闆娘人也非常熱情，想來西塘玩的不知道住哪裡，可以看下這家，一樓是咖啡和 小清吧，很適合打卡拍照，裏面氛圍很好，我住在二樓，睡覺都不會被影響，很安靜。

Booked a 3-day, 2-night package through Trip.com for 498, and it was absolutely fantastic value for money. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Our butler proactively added me on WeChat and sent over important information and even video guides, which was super helpful. The bedding in the room was quite comfortable, though having only one chair was a bit inconvenient. It's great that there's no TV, perfect for a family-friendly hotel. We also got free access to Liangrang's kids' club. My child really loved the farm; it wasn't crowded, and an hour of play was just right.

The room was quite spacious, and the courtyard was particularly pleasant. There was a tea table under the bamboo grove, providing a place to socialize with friends I met along the way. However, it could get a bit chilly outdoors in winter. The bed was soft, and the bedding was of good quality. The toiletries were all disposable and clean. The service was excellent; luggage and a tour guide were provided. The receptionist's guitar playing was a nice touch. There was a small bar right in front of the accommodation, creating a great atmosphere. I looked forward to meeting fellow travelers each night, sharing stories, and singing together.

Environment: Clean and hygienic! The bed is so soft! There is a slight leakage from the central air-conditioning outlet at the entrance, but it won’t have much impact. I booked a hotel for the Xitang Hanfu Festival. Before I even checked in, I could already feel the warmth and thoughtfulness of the landlady. She pointed out the parking lot and even went out to pick me up. There is an additional bedding for the two adults and one child, and one person can sleep on the couch. The hotel is strategically located, a five-minute walk from the main venue and a ten-minute walk from the entrance of Xietang Bay. When you are tired from shopping, you can always go back to the hotel to take a break and enjoy the air conditioning. The only drawback is that the bathroom has no door, which is a bit embarrassing, and the bathroom can easily wake up other people in the morning.
