Just a small heads-up: it seems some hotels here don't provide toothbrushes, or you might need to ask the front desk for them. Just something to keep in mind!"

"We had an amazing stay at Caverna Premium Suites. We cannot recommend this hotel any more highly. The staff kindly gave us an upgrade without us asking upon learning that this was our honeymoon. They were also so warm and friendly from the moment we first met. We enjoyed our chats with the staff every morning during breakfast. The daily turkish breakfast was also so delicious and everything was made by the lovely lady who we sadly did not get her name. The room is cave-theme but still modern and very well equiped. We enjoyed the jacuzzi at the end of each day. The views from the hotel are also beautiful! We are also only 10 mins walk away from a gorgeous sunset/ sunrise spot, and 3 mins walk away from the main street. Super convenient location with amazing friendly staff. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Cappadocia!"

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t have chosen a better place for our trip to Cappadocia. First of all, the owner and the manager are absolutely outstanding. They genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, they made us feel incredibly welcome. We stayed in a room with a private jacuzzi, which was the perfect way to relax and unwind after long days exploring Cappadocia. It was one of the highlights of our stay. One thing to know about Cappadocia is that public transportation is very limited. You can either rent a car or join organized tours. We didn’t want the hassle of driving through narrow streets or planning routes, so we asked the hotel for advice. The manager organized our entire three-day itinerary, and it couldn’t have been better. We did the Red Tour, the Green Tour, a sunrise horse riding experience, a balloon viewing session where the guides took incredible photos of us, and finally the unforgettable hot air balloon flight at sunrise. Everything was perfectly arranged, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The tours may seem a little expensive at first, but they are absolutely worth it. They include hotel pick-up and drop-off, a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, and all entrance fees to the attractions, including the museums and the Underground City. It made exploring Cappadocia completely stress-free. A special thank you also goes to the young lady who prepared our breakfast every morning. She is incredibly kind, talented, and always welcomed us with a warm smile. She made every morning even more enjoyable. The hotel also has a spectacular rooftop terrace where you can watch hundreds of hot air balloons filling the sky at sunrise. The view is simply breathtaking and one of the best experiences you can have in Cappadocia. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hospitality, the comfort, the attention to detail, and the excellent organization made this trip unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia, and we would definitely stay here again!"

"Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was nice and clean, and the service was great from check-in. They welcomed me with drinks, which was a really nice touch. There’s also a lovely rooftop area with rugs where you can relax. Breakfast had a good variety, and I liked that some of the food was freshly made at the counter. The location was convenient too - close to the main road for getting to the Red/Rose Valley circular walk, and about a 10-minute walk to Göreme town centre, though there are a few little hills on the way. I also thought it was really sweet that reception gave me a blue eye gift, which is such a nice souvenir to have and saved me from buying one. Overall, it was great value for the price and I’d definitely recommend staying here."

"I was very sceptical at first, but oh was I wrong. An absolutely wonderful authentic stay. The decoration has made it feel like I’m somewhere really cultural, enriching the whole Cappadocia experience! Though I would probably appreciate if the doors were more soundproof. I was right next to the reception and could basically hear anything, but it was luckily quiet at night. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the lady preparing it was very kind. Not to mention how the other staff were very friendly. I will definitely be coming back! Recommend 100%"

"This might be one of the highest-located hotels in Göreme, with convenient parking right outside. The hotel boasts a large rooftop terrace, perfect for watching the spectacular hot air balloon ascent at 5 AM. I booked a triple room on the top floor, which was spacious, and the bathroom in particular was huge. The breakfast selection was quite varied; it was perfect to catch up on some sleep after the early morning hot air balloon ride, then leisurely head down for a brunch around 10 AM. Due to travel fatigue and the climate, my wife developed a sudden cold sore. The staff recommended getting ointment from Emin Eczanesi in Downtown, which greatly alleviated the symptoms."

"The front desk staff member was quite nice. My friend was a bit spooked by the strange room layout, with rooms upstairs and downstairs, and since the hotel was fully booked, we couldn't change rooms that day. The staff member kept reassuring my friend, which was helpful. Just a heads-up to everyone, cave hotels tend to be a bit stuffy."

"The overall stay was extremely amazing and awesome! We were grateful and thankfuk for the warm hospitality and help given by Nihat. He has been a helpful and knowledgeable guide, where he helps with the activities such as hot air balloon and airport transfer arrangement. The hotel view is also worthy as we are able to witness the unique landscape of Goreme and the hot air balloon view in the morning. We enjoy the stay and would definitely recommend to anyone else for an unforgettable Cappadocia experience. Btw Chira was so cute!! Once again, thanks for everything xx!!"

"Good location that u could walk to the centre with cafes / restaurants within 3 mins but also feel nice and quiet at night!! Very good service, kind & helpful receptionist with excellent English. We had the honeymoon en-suite at the roof with a large jacuzzi & great view!! The room is also clean & decent. Feel like it worths!!"
