"I was incredibly impressed by the long-serving, elderly staff, whose courtesy, professionalism, and experience have clearly been the backbone of this hotel's success. However, my checkout experience was ruined by a young receptionist who conditioned a manager-approved complimentary gift on me providing a good review. Later, I was shocked to see this same staff member shouting unprofessionally across the lobby. While the core team is exceptional, the poor mannerisms of the new staff risk damaging the hotel's reputation."

Hampton by Hilton Xining Ralway Station

Hotel near Xining Railway Station,Xining
"It was well worth the effort to carefully select this hotel in Xining. The facilities are comprehensive and new. Its location is central to all attractions, yet not directly on a main road, making it very convenient – a quiet oasis in a bustling area. The breakfast was decent, and both the front desk and room service were excellent. The room's air conditioning is a central system, so the temperature (hot/cold) couldn't be adjusted. With Xining being a bit chilly in the mornings and evenings, it was actually warmer with the AC turned off these past few days."

"Good hotel, very modern and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. For the price it's great. However, we couldn't enjoy the breakfast much as it starts at 7:30, which is already fairly late for a hotel, and by 7:40 not even half of the breakfast was prepared and we had to leave, would have liked to try it especially considering it was included in the room and what we ate of it was fairly tasty. The curtain behind the bathtub doesnt sit in line with the wall so there is a bright light throughout the night from outside. The hotel was a bit difficult to find especially finding the Correct parking area for the building. The elevators are shared elevators and took over 10 minutes to go up to the 25th floor . And took 5 minutes of waiting to go down one floor to the reception, before we decided to take the stairs(which are very dirty) Apart from the above the hotel was very good and comfortable, clothes washing facilities were clean, coffee in the reception, and a cool fish tank along with very friendly helpful staff."

XIYUYAZHU

Hotel near Biological Park Area,Xining
"The room was great! My kids absolutely loved the slide and building blocks in the room. The high floor offered a nice view of the wetland park next door. Parking downstairs was a bit tight and you had to pay for it yourself. There were plenty of dining options nearby, and we could even get food delivered to our room."

"Hygiene: clean and tidy Environment: superior, convenient transportation Service: very satisfied, convenient parking, the first choice for patronizing Duoduo Quality Hotel in the future! The hotel is warm and comfortable, clean and tidy. The disposable toilet seat provided free of charge is of good quality. I asked the waiter for a few more, which I can use for the next trip [grin]. The security uncle was polite and enthusiastic when parking. Seeing that we were with children, he took the initiative to help carry the luggage. There is a night market 10 minutes walk from the hotel. I didn't expect that there would be many people in Xining's night market in winter. There are many kinds of snacks, small accessories, daily necessities, clothes, shoes and hats [grin] The hotel is good and I will stay there next time"
