Guest UserWe stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Tashkent for two days and were absolutely delighted! From the moment you step in, you feel that signature cozy DoubleTree vibe. They even give you warm cookies at check-in – such a lovely touch that instantly brightens your mood.
We booked an upgraded room, which was very stylish with a modern design and hints of local flair. The bed was super comfortable with an excellent mattress; we slept like babies! We also appreciated the soundproofing. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities, soft robes, slippers, and great toiletries. Housekeeping was daily and discreet.
Special thanks to Kanola and Rukhmon for their responsiveness and understanding; they were ready to help with literally any question we had.
Overall, the DoubleTree by Hilton Tashkent is a fantastic option for a family vacation. We will definitely be back! ❤️

The hotel environment is lovely, and the breakfast spread is excellent. The view from the hotel window is also quite scenic. The staff provided exceptional service; when we had trouble setting the pick-up location for our taxi, a staff member even helped communicate with the driver to ensure they came directly to the hotel entrance to pick us up.

Everything was great, excellent service. We were happy with everything. The only minor issue is that the waiters in the restaurants might not tell you if something isn't available and bring something else instead, or forget orders, etc. But there are plenty of other great places to eat in the area.

ElenaPanSwissotel Tashkent is one of those hotels you always look forward to returning to. It's a very clean, comfortable hotel with great service and a truly convenient location. It's not far from the airport, yet the hotel itself is practically in the city center. There are many good restaurants and places to visit within walking distance.
I particularly want to highlight the staff: they are incredibly hospitable, attentive, and friendly people. They always go out of their way to help, provide advice, and make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Uzbekistan, in general, is a very warm and welcoming country, and this hotel perfectly embodies that feeling. Many thanks for the service, the hospitality, and the wonderful atmosphere.
I always enjoy staying at Swissotel Tashkent. I highly recommend it.

OksishumWe booked a room for one night – and that’s probably the maximum you can endure at this hotel. On the positive side, the room had heated floors in the bathroom, a wardrobe, a safe, a tasty breakfast in the morning, and panoramic windows in the dining area. That's where the good points end. The interior clearly needs renovation: the floor is worn laminate, which looks untidy. We booked a room that was 20-25 sq m, but in reality, it turned out to be about 15 sq m. But the main issue is cleanliness. In the bathroom, near the sink, there were dead insects on the wall. This isn't just unpleasant; it raises questions about the establishment's sanitary standards. Additionally, we were unpleasantly surprised by the headboard, which had dark stains, also indicating a lack of proper cleaning. If you're planning to stay here for several days, think carefully: the conditions, in my opinion, don't even meet basic standards.
Also, a deposit equivalent to one night's stay is held upon booking and returned after check-out. The money is returned after a week, so don't expect to get it back the very next day.

Guest UserWe stayed at the hotel for 2 days while passing through and had no regrets. The staff were lovely and helpful, they told us everything we needed to know and even arranged a car to the airport for us. The hotel was clean and cozy, and the breakfast was varied. It's close to both the airport and the train station.

Ирина777The hotel is in need of renovation and updates. It's suitable for guests who aren't too particular. We stayed for one night, so it was fine. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly. After checking out, we had some time to explore, so we left our luggage. When we returned to pick it up, they kindly offered us complimentary tea and coffee at their cafe. The location is quite good, not far from interesting spots like Seoul Moon and Magic City. Overall, for the price, especially with breakfast included, it's a perfectly acceptable place to stay for a night or two.

Anonymous UserThe room was okay, but I booked one with a balcony and got one without. I tried to sort it out through Trip.com, but they just kept saying there were no rooms available until, magically, one appeared in the end. 🙂

Finding the hotel was challenging. Took me circumvate the entire train station twice when I finally called them for direction. Imagine the station is huge & with my luggages & crossing the security twice, even the security were clueless.
The front desk lady was sweet & nice to walk out & directed me. That was a huge help. I think they should place clear signages.
Check-In process was a nightmare. They couldn’t confirmed my booking even though I have shown the confirmed voucher online. After much deliberation they accepted my booking. Next come the payment. None of my cards was accepted even though i have been using them throughout my 2 weeks travel in Uzbekistan. They would not allow me to check in until full payment was made.
Since I only have USD, they insist that I change at the nearest bank. A nice consolation was that a young front desk staff willingly to walk me to the hotel. All these took me around 2 stressful hours walking in & out & around.
The hostel is very new. Super huge room, again brand new. Super clean. But I don’t understand why not a single basic amenities was provided; body soap or shampoo. The front desk however promptly provided upon request the following day.
I believe most who stayed usually 1-night.
The location was almost perfect, if only the hotel guests don’t need to keep going through the security scanning every each time both going in & out. Imagine I’m staying 3 nights.
My advice please ensure you have local SOM for payment in case your card is not accepted. The hotel is on the left end of the station (if you exit from the train looking towards the building station) it’s better that you call them once you feel lost as the assist you the direction. Just be mindful that you need to go through the security scan every each time you enter & exit.
However, if someone planning a train connection to other cities, this is 100% spot on recommended.
I would like to commend on the front staff lady, Dildora for her professionalism & calm demeanour. Thank you.

Guest UserThe room exceeded my expectations, and the breakfast spread was fantastic, with everything tasting fresh. But the best part was the hotel staff! They were incredibly helpful with everything, from printing documents to answering any questions I had, and their attitude was absolutely superb. The hotel's location is also excellent. I'm very satisfied! 👍🏽
