WenhedeshiziEnvironment: It's a newly renovated hotel, and the decor feels quite good. There's just a slight lingering smell. The location itself is fantastic, seemingly in an upscale neighborhood.
Hygiene: The cleanliness is pretty good, but the indoor ventilation could be improved.
Service: The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, assisting us with many needs, including communication and providing internet access. A big thank you to Sunnat, a very patient and enthusiastic young man.
Facilities: There's a small swimming pool too. However, since we were only staying for one night, we didn't have time to use it.

Shirin2010I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It is a brand-new hotel, and everything was modern, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully designed. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the facilities were excellent. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to staying here again in the future.
Thank you for the great hospitality! 😊

Ayoub-SEI chose this hotel for its good location, and that’s honestly its main positive. Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing in several ways. The first room I was given did not match the photos online. The bathroom design was poor, with no proper separation between the shower and sink, so the floor got wet every time I showered. The room floor was strangely warm at all times, which made it uncomfortable. When I asked about changing rooms, reception initially said it wasn’t possible because I was staying for eight nights, which didn’t make much sense. The next morning another staff member did change my room, but the new room had similar issues, and the shower leaked with weak water pressure. The reception staff often seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping guests, and they didn’t seem very professional. I was also surprised by the hotel’s guest policy, I asked if a friend could wait in my room for an hour or two before his train, and I was told I’d have to pay as if he was staying overnight. In all my travels to more than 40 countries, I’ve never encountered such an inflexible policy. The breakfast was average, but hygiene could be improved, as I saw guests handling fruit with their hands instead of utensils and the staff didn’t do anything about it. This hotel has potential because of its location, but it needs significant improvements in maintenance, customer service, staff professionalism, and hygiene. I hope management takes feedback seriously and works to improve the experience.

We stayed at the Hilton Tashkent City and were extremely satisfied. The hotel fully met our expectations. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with a very comfortable bed, excellent housekeeping, and beautiful interior design.
We especially want to highlight the staff — everyone was very friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Check-in was quick, and the service throughout our stay was top-notch.
The breakfasts were varied and delicious, with a wide selection of dishes. The hotel's location is also excellent — close to a park, restaurants, and the city's main attractions.
Thank you to the entire Hilton team for a wonderful stay and hospitality! We would gladly return again and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Patrick BelfastThis is the second time this summer I have stayed at this hotel and everything about it is excellent. From the reception area and the greeting I received to the room, restaurant and many other amenities. The staff around the reception area were always ready to help and very attentive in particular Doniyor who really made me feel that he was genuinely interested in making sure my stay was as pleasant as possible. The room was, just like the last time, spotlessly clean with a very comfortable with an excellent shower. A cheap and efficient laundry service is available. The breakfast buffet was first class with an excellent selection of food. I also ate lunch and dinner in the hotel and the restaurant food was wonderful. I ate all meals at the hotel over my two stays and I highly recommend it. Again the restaurant staff and in particular Elbek were very efficient and food recommendations were spot on. The hotel also offers a very well equipped gym, a sauna, steam room and pool free of charge for guests with a payable spa massage on request. I want to give a special mention to Malika, the young girl who owns small shop in the reception area selling beautiful hand made jewelry, rugs, scarves and other items. Almost everything is hand made and that which is not she clearly points it out. It is all very reasonably priced and I was very happy to buy several items from her. I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would thoroughly recommend Swissotel Tashkent.
Finally if you are considering using Tashkent only as a stopover I would really recommend at least two nights and one full day as there are plenty of things to do including the metro stations, an outdoor train museum which was excellent, bazaars, a wonderful mosque and go take pictures of the Soviet-built Uzbekistan Hotel built in the Soviet Brutalist style with an Asian influence, absolutely beautiful and very different to the architecture found it Khiva etc. So I would advise, stay in Tashkent either at the start or end of your trip or both as I did and stay at the Swissotel. You will not regret it.

The bedrooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel atmosphere is quiet and calm. Everything you need for a good rest is here. Another advantage is the affordable price.

Guest UserFriendly staff who are understanding and check you in very quickly. They speak Russian. It's very clean with daily room cleaning. The rooms are equipped with everything you need. There are designated smoking areas on the balconies in the halls. Decent breakfasts. The hotel has a convenient location for transit passengers, quite close to the airport and the train station. I recommend everyone visit this hotel.

Guest UserThe hotel breakfast was good quality. The rooms were well-maintained and clean. It's conveniently located, and the front desk helped me arrange a taxi to T2 airport, which only cost 50,000 Sum. Overall, the service quality is excellent, and the facilities are modern. I'd definitely recommend it.

XiaokongchengdongThe room itself was a little hard to find. Enter from the main entrance of the train station, go through security, turn right, and you'll find the hotel in a small courtyard. The hotel seems quite new. Since I couldn't book a double room, I opted for a men's dormitory room. The price wasn't much cheaper than a double room, but it was okay. Overall, the environment was acceptable. Another minor drawback was that, for some reason, the hotel's POS machine couldn't accept various credit cards, even though I could use the same card in other parts of Uzbekistan.

Ekaterina EA retro-style hotel.
Pros: Good location, close to a metro station, bank, public services center, market, mobile store, and delicious food. Quiet courtyard. There's a water cooler. They ask daily if you need housekeeping.
Cons: Bad mattress, the springs are very noticeable, even with a mattress topper.
Poor breakfast. The only fresh vegetables are cucumbers. Eggplant and cauliflower are fried in batter. Sausages are cheap. The cheese is processed. For fruit, only apples, and they're bruised. Instant coffee. If you go at 8 AM, the food is fresher; later, it's reheated with added oil, eggs are quickly fried, and the whites remain runny. Lots of pastries, but they're not tasty.
In a single room, there's only one cup. No kettle, and the water cooler doesn't have a hot water function.
I chose this hotel because I had issues with another booking. I had to choose quickly, and options were limited during the holidays. The hotel offers discounts and bonuses, it seems like management is trying to attract guests. But it would be much better if management reviewed the menu and invested in updating the furniture.
Upon check-in, you need to pay an additional tax amount. I paid cash, and they didn't have change. I had to ask for my change several times. They still didn't give me all of it back. So, be prepared with exact change.
The hotel has a pool, but in my opinion, the water in it is murky. I didn't use it. And I didn't see it being cleaned. There are two sun loungers by the pool. However, there are large trees around, so sunbathing isn't really possible. Overall, my impression is a 3 out of 5. I wouldn't stay here again.
