The staff were friendly and welcoming. As soon as our car arrived, someone was already at the entrance to greet us and helped us with our luggage up and down the stairs. Husan and the other staff members were all wonderful. The location is relatively close to the train station, but a bit far from the metro station. However, if you use ride-hailing services, getting around isn't much of an issue. The room facilities are standard for Uzbekistan.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It is a brand-new hotel, and everything was modern, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully designed. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the facilities were excellent. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you for the great hospitality! 😊

I chose this hotel for its good location, and that’s honestly its main positive. Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing in several ways. The first room I was given did not match the photos online. The bathroom design was poor, with no proper separation between the shower and sink, so the floor got wet every time I showered. The room floor was strangely warm at all times, which made it uncomfortable. When I asked about changing rooms, reception initially said it wasn’t possible because I was staying for eight nights, which didn’t make much sense. The next morning another staff member did change my room, but the new room had similar issues, and the shower leaked with weak water pressure. The reception staff often seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping guests, and they didn’t seem very professional. I was also surprised by the hotel’s guest policy, I asked if a friend could wait in my room for an hour or two before his train, and I was told I’d have to pay as if he was staying overnight. In all my travels to more than 40 countries, I’ve never encountered such an inflexible policy. The breakfast was average, but hygiene could be improved, as I saw guests handling fruit with their hands instead of utensils and the staff didn’t do anything about it. This hotel has potential because of its location, but it needs significant improvements in maintenance, customer service, staff professionalism, and hygiene. I hope management takes feedback seriously and works to improve the experience.

The service details were impeccable, especially the offshore business services which exceeded my expectations. Communicating with Chairman Anxin of the hotel allowed me to gain a deeper and faster understanding of Uzbekistan's national conditions and investment opportunities in the construction and real estate industries that I'm interested in. They even introduced me to potential partners, which was fantastic! [Strong][Strong]

This hostel is conveniently located near Tashkent City roads, making it very easy to get taxis. The staff's hospitality was excellent, which made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The showers and toilets were clean. However, the shower rooms have limited shelf space, so women might want to bring fewer toiletries and changes of clothes. The late check-out time was also a great help. The hotel surroundings offer stylish cafes, and there's a large shopping mall with a supermarket about a 15-minute walk away, making it a very convenient location for getting around. I highly recommend this hostel!

It was nice to have a pool, and room cleaning was available upon request. We could always get water at the reception. Rooms on the first floor smell a bit damp, so it's better to stay on the second floor. The location is good. I didn't like the breakfast. The hotel itself is a bit old but inexpensive, so it's acceptable.

Not to catch a train or arrive too late, really not recommended. Advantages: Very convenient to take the train, the sound outside the building is basically inaudible, relatively new, the bed is clean, someone cleans and replaces every day, the staff is polite and polite, there is a spacious and bright seating area on the first floor, you can eat your own food, provide hot water and drinking water. Facilities: It can be said that there is nothing to do, the kitchen is impossible to have, the laundry is also very unfriendly, no towels, toothbrushes and shower gel are provided, and I don't know if there will be. Services: It is estimated that few people will live for a few days like me. But what is incomprehensible is why I should arrange the bed facing the bathroom under the premise of obviously having a better empty bed. There were many people staying late at night and checking out in the early morning every night for the first two nights. My location is the only way. I was awakened countless times back and forth. When I checked in, the beds in the inner room were empty. Although it could not be avoided, it would not be noisy so many times. I don't understand this. Shouldn't the guest's stay experience be given priority under the premise of conditions? The two best locations are hung with the booked brands, but they don't actually! This operation is really fascinating. I live for a few days, don't I deserve it? After staying for two nights, the staff changed the linen and I decisively proposed to change to the inner room. According to my observation, they are leaving the good beds for the locals who live for a short time. The bed facing the toilet is exclusive to foreigners. It is really incomprehensible. Every day from morning to night, there are several rounds similar to the hourly room to rest. When I checked out, the front desk brother said that I could not store my luggage here. It sounded quite fresh to go to the storage place of the train station. If there are still people who don't listen to the advice to come to live, then ask for the bed by the window in the room.

A retro-style hotel. Pros: Good location, close to a metro station, bank, public services center, market, mobile store, and delicious food. Quiet courtyard. There's a water cooler. They ask daily if you need housekeeping. Cons: Bad mattress, the springs are very noticeable, even with a mattress topper. Poor breakfast. The only fresh vegetables are cucumbers. Eggplant and cauliflower are fried in batter. Sausages are cheap. The cheese is processed. For fruit, only apples, and they're bruised. Instant coffee. If you go at 8 AM, the food is fresher; later, it's reheated with added oil, eggs are quickly fried, and the whites remain runny. Lots of pastries, but they're not tasty. In a single room, there's only one cup. No kettle, and the water cooler doesn't have a hot water function. I chose this hotel because I had issues with another booking. I had to choose quickly, and options were limited during the holidays. The hotel offers discounts and bonuses, it seems like management is trying to attract guests. But it would be much better if management reviewed the menu and invested in updating the furniture. Upon check-in, you need to pay an additional tax amount. I paid cash, and they didn't have change. I had to ask for my change several times. They still didn't give me all of it back. So, be prepared with exact change. The hotel has a pool, but in my opinion, the water in it is murky. I didn't use it. And I didn't see it being cleaned. There are two sun loungers by the pool. However, there are large trees around, so sunbathing isn't really possible. Overall, my impression is a 3 out of 5. I wouldn't stay here again.

This was my third stay at this hotel. I was in room 616. I had a good room with a large sink and good bathroom. The room was very hot on the third night and the air con struggled as it was just too hot. It reached 45 degrees today so hot everywhere. The lobby area is cool and there is cold water to drink so you can stay cool. What I liked the most about this hotel is the centrality of it, you can get everywhere on the tube and lots of museums are close by. The centrality park in the square is lovely to sit and enjoy the city and take a picnic. I’ve been pretty detailed in my previous posts so you can view the images and suggested ideas for visits. The hotel had a lot of groups in while I was visiting. The breakfast areas were very busy in the morning but the hotel itself is very quiet and I had a great nights sleep on my whole stay. The staff are very helpful and considerate. They have a very good and safe left luggage which I used on my final day. I really enjoyed the cosmopolitan feel of this city hotel and I would definitely stay again next time I visit Tashkent! I’m uploading some images of the lobby and the markets I visited today. To escape the heat I had long rides on the subway and admired the art!

This hotel is within walking distance of Tashkent's main landmarks, such as Amir Timur Square and Alisher Navoi Opera Theatre, as well as several large parks. The nearest subway station is about 800 meters away, and there are many famous restaurants (like Fish and Bread) and cafes around the hotel and even on the ground floor of the building. This means you can enjoy a wealth of amenities without having to travel far. Safety: Highly recommended for solo travelers. Located on a main street (Islom Karimov Street) in the heart of Tashkent, there's a consistent flow of people and good street lighting, making it very safe even when returning late at night. The luggage storage service is also very reliable, allowing you to securely leave your belongings while exploring other areas. Staff Friendliness: I felt a 'warmth like home' during my stay. The reception staff are incredibly friendly and proactive in resolving any minor issues or requests in the room. Breakfast: The breakfast spread, including fruits and cakes, is excellent.
