HHome in a backpackOur stay at Marmaris Saray was more than we expected. We were greeted by a fine gentleman who spoke excellent English. Even though our booking was last minute it was a great decision.
The location was perfect- walkable to the centre but also only 10ish minutes from the nearest metro station.
There are a lot of restaurants nearby and shops to buy everything you need.
The free breakfast was abundant with a lot of sweet and savoury options. Also there is an espresso machine and loose green tea to use.
The room was clean and had all of the needed necessities.

Amenities like soap and toothbrushes available. Also coffee and tea. The furnishings were modern and clean. The TV had lots of international channels.
I booked with the breakfast option; the food was really good. Lots of different items, fruit, yogurt, vegetables and eggs, steamed buns, tofu, other nice things. Many types of fruit juice and tea and coffee. I enjoyed the food very much, everything was fresh and delicious. The staff at the front desk speak English. Very good service in the restaurant and the hotel. I will stay here again.

OOksishumWe booked a room for one night – and that’s probably the maximum you can endure at this hotel. On the positive side, the room had heated floors in the bathroom, a wardrobe, a safe, a tasty breakfast in the morning, and panoramic windows in the dining area. That's where the good points end. The interior clearly needs renovation: the floor is worn laminate, which looks untidy. We booked a room that was 20-25 sq m, but in reality, it turned out to be about 15 sq m. But the main issue is cleanliness. In the bathroom, near the sink, there were dead insects on the wall. This isn't just unpleasant; it raises questions about the establishment's sanitary standards. Additionally, we were unpleasantly surprised by the headboard, which had dark stains, also indicating a lack of proper cleaning. If you're planning to stay here for several days, think carefully: the conditions, in my opinion, don't even meet basic standards.
Also, a deposit equivalent to one night's stay is held upon booking and returned after check-out. The money is returned after a week, so don't expect to get it back the very next day.

CChou VinhhongI checked in around 8pm and was greeted by a staff in the evening shift (I did not asked his name). I asked for a SIM card if I could buy in the morning , he said could offer a free just need to top up tomorrow 9am his colleagues will settle. But early morning I was waiting for 9-9:30 there is no one knew about this . I also asked for late check out, he said could extend only til 1pm unless I will need to settle 50% extra and I agreed coz my flight is 22:30pm but in the morning when I came to settle late check out fee, there is again no one know how to do only they said they will check with their manager . I only stayed one night in Tashkent due to my flight need to overnight transit but the team make my stay very unpleasant and not comfortable. Again , I got a friend who come to visit me just 1hr, but the hotel did not allow and that evening staff again , stop my friend and said he can stay inside my room
Only 3mn, if late than 3mn, he will call my room number or even send someone . he said this is hotel rule . Omg . The way he replied and did were so unprofessional and rude and very fiere like I am a criminal . Until I complaint and asked to meet manager couple times , he agreed to let my friend stay only 1hr and needed to pay a tourist fee.
Bad service , not skilled team and I will never ever come back to this hotel again !

SSly NMy room was exactly as shown in the photos and I believe there’s daily cleaning. The hot water and WiFi worked and also, the windows let in a lot of natural light.
I arrived very early in the morning and the person working at the time was rude. I think because he had to awake from his sleep when arrived, he didn’t like that. The other staff members I encountered were fine and I didn’t see the rude guy the rest of my trip thankfully.

The breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly. After checking out, we had some time to explore, so we left our luggage. When we returned to pick it up, they kindly offered us complimentary tea and coffee at their cafe. The location is quite good, not far from interesting spots like Seoul Moon and Magic City. Overall, for the price, especially with breakfast included, it's a perfectly acceptable place to stay for a night or two.
