We had a very pleasant 8-night stay and would happily come back. The room was bright, clean, and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. During our 8 days, we received fresh towels three times, and when we kindly asked if the bed sheets could be changed, the staff happily took care of it. We really appreciated their kindness and willingness to help. The hotel staff and owners are incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. They always made us feel comfortable and were genuinely caring throughout our stay. The view from the room is pleasant both during the day and at night. It is also a quiet room overall. The only occasional disturbance was some construction work early in the morning on one or two days, but it wasn't a major issue. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room nice and cool. We especially appreciated that it includes a cleaning/anti-mold function, as we've had unpleasant experiences with moldy-smelling air conditioners in other hotels (like) before. The location is excellent. Directly across the street is a huge shopping center with a large Lotus's supermarket and many other well-known stores. It is also only about a 10-minute taxi ride to the city center. Services like Grab (Taxi, Food, and Mart), iDrive, LINEMAN, as well as the 7-Eleven and Lotus's apps all worked perfectly from this location, making it very convenient. The only downside during our stay was the Wi-Fi on the 6th floor. The signal was already weak in our room, and during the last three or four days it unfortunately stopped working completely. Thankfully, we had a True SIM card with mobile data, so we were still able to browse the internet and even stream movies without any problems. The lobby also offers drinks and snacks for purchase. Prices are only slightly higher than in the supermarket. As a small suggestion rather than criticism, it could be a nice bonus if these were offered at supermarket prices, as some hotels do. It would be a lovely way to stand out even more and add extra value for guests. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you to everyone for your hospitality - we truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly recommend this hotel to others!

Nice hotel have pool friendly staff we changed rooms and was no problem and no extra cost we even got a bigger room good hotel

My experience at this hotel is very good in term of cleanliness,location and service ,it's quite near the railway station and UD nigth 's mkt even Central Dept is walkable.The attractive place is around there and massage shop is albg the walk way.

Location is good. Room price is budget friendly. Only negative point ; they calculated extra charges ( breakfast, mini bar, etc … ) while I was making check-out and they first told me 967 THB, after that 1.012 THB and finally 1.057 THB to pay. You should give proper and clear information to customer other wise it is normal that ; customer may think if he is cheated.

Gem of a hotel in Udon Thani city based on a middle eastern theme. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable and everything exuded class. Definitely one of the top hotels in Udon Thani. There is a small waterpark next door and it’s within short walking distance to the main lake.

A very pleasant hotel. I stayed here for quite a long time. Not all staff speak English fluently, but they genuinely try to help, which is appreciated. The hotel is located a bit far from the “central” part of Udon, but that’s not really an issue — taxis are plentiful, and you can quickly get anywhere you need. Near the hotel, you’ll find many local shops where you can buy pretty much everything you need. The room itself is quite spacious, and the bed is comfortable — not too firm. Housekeeping can be done every day upon request. They also provide two bottles of water daily (even if you’re not in the room, they’ll leave them by your door), which is a nice touch. Be careful with food in the room — don’t leave it out for too long, or you’ll get a full parade of ants :) It’s not a big deal, but it might bother some people. Ants are common across Thailand, so this isn’t really the hotel’s fault. Overall, I recommend it. It’s not quite a full 5-star experience yet, but it definitely deserves a solid 4 stars.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a really pleasant stay at KavinBuri, especially because of its convenient location. It’s one of the nearest hotels to Central Plaza and the local/international bus station, which made getting around really easy and convenient. The hotel has great facilities too—there’s a gym, swimming pool, and a sky bar where you can relax and enjoy the view. I also really appreciated the complimentary mocktail and the unlimited breakfast buffet. The breakfast had a good variety of choices, and it was definitely a great way to start the day. Overall, KavinBuri offers great value for its location, facilities, and hospitality. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The hotel is ok, recommended. It's clean and has breakfast. Or a standard breakfast, there's an elevator, and there are lots of food stalls near the hotel. The location is a bit far from the center of the city, about a 15-minute walk. I like Udonthani, I'll come back someday.

The room was excellent, truly exceeding expectations for the price. It was spacious, clean, and the water pressure was great. A big plus is the outdoor seating area where you can smoke. It's also super close to food options; just a short walk right outside the hotel. If you're visiting Udon Thani, I highly recommend this place. It offers the best value for money!
