Hotels with WiFi in Udon Thani

"We came as family and booked our rooms (2 rooms with king bed) through trip.com. The hotel is quite relatively new and clean. However the service needs some improvements. When we got to the hotel, we asked if we could have our rooms near by each other as we travelled with small kids. The front desk told us that they are full and only have twin bed room which is connecting to the one bed room. However, we asked if the twins bed could be put together and if the hotel can use the blanket to over the bed so that the separation is covered and easy to sleep, but they said no they can only push the beds together and that was it. To us that was not helpful in my view. They can at least offer extra blanket which we can do it ourselves. We got one room on 3rd and one on 5th floor. We found that the hallway of the 5th floor had very strong smell (not sure what it was, but it smelled very strong like some sort of chemical). When reported to the front desk, she noted, but nothing seemed to happened as we could still smell it on the second day. The room on the 3rd floor (318) the AC was leaking and the water was all over the floor. Our son was running and almost fall over, but luckily he held on the wall and didn't tip over. We called the hotel and asked if they can send someone. The hotel staff came and fixed it, but still the AC still leaked the next day (see photos). I also asked the mechanic to check the smell on the 5th floor. It seemed what they did was to spray it with some air freshener to cover the smell. So i finally asked if we could move to the same floor even if it was a twin-beds room. It would be good if the hotel guard could help their guests when driving out to the street as sometimes when the cars are parked near the exit/entrance, we couldn't see the car coming very well, and this could be a road safety issue. Also when there is a heavy traffic, the hotel guard could help their guests to get in and out by stopping the car or asking the car to not block the entrance/exit. I found that the housekeepers were the most helpful staff at this hotel. They were genuinely kind and helpful. I wish the front desk could be a bit more genuine (without giving their guests the 'look”, but instead offer some support and help or alternatives. We want express our thanks to the housekeeper and the mechanic for their helpful service throughout our stay despite the issues that we faced during our stay."

"The hotel itself is really beautiful, clean, and perfect for photos. The location is also ideal. That’s basically all when it comes to the positives. As for the negatives: when I arrived in the late afternoon, I was given a room facing the street. It honestly felt like the walls were made of paper — I could hear everything as if I were standing outside. I asked to change rooms and, without any problem, was given another one on the opposite side of the building. Unfortunately, that side was even louder. It faces restaurants, and in one of them the music was so loud that I could literally hear every word in my room. The music only stopped around 1 a.m., and this was in the middle of the week. I don’t even want to imagine how long it goes on during weekends. It was terrible — sleeping was basically impossible. The same applies to noise from the hallway. Any time someone was there, everything could be heard clearly inside the room, as if the doors were also made of paper. Breakfast was also disappointing, with a very limited selection. I’d rate it about 3 out of 5. To sum up: if you’re looking for a nice, clean hotel in a great location, this is a perfect choice. But if you’re looking for a place where you can actually relax and rest, this is not the hotel for you."

"It's better to have a private car to get to this accommodation. However, the hotel staff provided excellent service! The room was very spacious and clean. It might look a bit old in places, but overall it was great. The hotel is located deep down an alley, right by the lake, but the air is fresh, and the atmosphere is very calm, quiet, and private. Breakfast was simple. The room price was also very good; we stayed for only one night and paid 1,000 baht including breakfast. It's also easy to get around; it's not too isolated as it's next to a community. There's a delicious steakhouse near the hotel and other restaurants within walking distance. The staff were all lovely and provided great service."

"The hotel exceeded my expectations overall. Its location is fantastic, within walking distance to shopping areas and convenience stores, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The room was spacious, and housekeeping was prompt and thorough. All the facilities were well-maintained and fully equipped. The staff were friendly, and the price was excellent. Highly recommended!"

"Check in and check out were both fast and efficient, and no deposit was required which is a huge plus, GSAs were polite. The room is clean, and spacious enough, and the bed and pillows are comfortable, and the room full of all the amenities that you need. However the TV is not a smart TV, no Netflix or YouTube, and mostly Thai channels only. The biggest issue is the air conditioning. Guests have no control over the AC in the room, you cannot adjust the temperature, fan speed, or turn it on or off yourself. Even simple situations, like wanting to turn the AC off temporarily, require calling reception, this is very inconvenient. Guests have different comfort needs throughout the day and night, for example while showering and you wanna turn it off to avoid catching a cold. It is not possible without calling reception. Having to contact the front desk every time for such basic adjustments is not really guest-friendly. The gym is very small and has almost no machines, so it’s quite limited. Restaurant staff were friendly, the food was good, and room service was good."

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise! Head right out the main entrance and in just 10 seconds, you're in a shopping mall – super convenient! (There's even a massage place in the basement for $360/hour). The room is very modern, with charging ports right by the bed. The hot water in the bathroom comes on incredibly fast (that really surprised me!). They provide shampoo and shower gel, but the only downside is no toothbrushes. The location is truly amazing 🌟🌟🌟. Right next to the main entrance are McDonald's and KFC. 7-Eleven is a bit further, about a 10-minute walk. Inside the mall, there's an entire floor dedicated to cosmetic clinics (very affordable!). Across from the mall's main entrance, there's another small commercial area, and across from that, plenty of massage parlors – I even saw one for $200/hour! All in all, I'll definitely be back!"

"Had a good stay, hotel was modern and clean, peoce was cost efficient. Breakfast also included many options, and staff was accomodating when we noticed the eggs we had ordered cooked were still raw. I liked the pool as well, was clean and spacious enough for a family."

"This hotel is a small-medium size in Morocco style, quite unique! The decoration is beautiful, especially , if you love photo taking. May be because of the style decoration, so it is hard to clean the room in every detail, so some dirt may be found. We stayed 2 nights during the time there was a big group of seminar guests, which leaded to the quality of tap water is not good at all that I felt. However, the staff at the front are service minded."
