Hotels with balcony in Udon Thani

What a lovely friendly hotel to stay, clean, bright, beautiful inside and out. Lovely peaceful stay. Room was perfect and balcony with seating was very relaxing. Breakfast was very good with adequate choice. Staff very helpful and friendly. Balcony overlooking pool which was so good. I wish I had spotted this hotel when I first arrived. Definitely value for money and probably the best hotel I have stayed in so far in Thailand. Thank you

It's a bit far from the city center, making it difficult to get around without transportation. Other than that, it was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was particularly good, but since there aren't many places to eat around the hotel, it's best to eat at the hotel even late at night. The fried rice was excellent. The only downside is that the bathroom and shower are very small.

A great location near to street food, shopping malls, and markets. Excellent breakfast, transport provided to the airport. Downside - poor wifi, and wooden decking at swimming pool is unsafe witj big gaps and loose planks. I did enjoy my stay at Kavin Green Buri.

The room was excellent, truly exceeding expectations for the price. It was spacious, clean, and the water pressure was great. A big plus is the outdoor seating area where you can smoke. It's also super close to food options; just a short walk right outside the hotel. If you're visiting Udon Thani, I highly recommend this place. It offers the best value for money!

Every time i stay there ,service is exceptional every one always polite and helpful .this must be the tenth time i have stayed there. When i cone to udon i always will

Had a great time at The One Residence. Both cleaning and reception staff are very friendly and efficient. Hotel is right in centre of town close to Central Plaza, and bus and train stations. The room is large and well-equipped with a large comfortable bed. The shower is warm and powerful. Overall, lots of amenities for a budget hotel. I would recommend due to location, price, facilities and service.

A room quite clean and full of amenities, price is good, staffs are nice and kind, full of service mind. However, the drain in shower zone seems clog, I alrdy told the front. Oh and one more thing, breakfast is delicious 😋

My brother lives in the center of Udon Thani. There is a large parking lot. There is an elevator. The room is spacious. There is no hair dryer. The water flows strongly. The air conditioner is cool. Some rooms may be loud. But if you ask to change rooms, the owner is very kind and will change them for you. It is near the walking street on Friday and Saturday, Nong Prajak 1 km., next to Ban Huai Market, in the middle of the government center. There are both monthly and daily rates. The price is cheap. Book through the app.

The room was clean and nice, and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. I’d book this hotel again for sure. When I had trouble booking a Grab, the staff even offered to give me a free ride to the station, which I really appreciated. I just hope they can improve their manpower next time. Having front desk staff available is important, especially for tourists. At first, I honestly thought I got scammed because the hotel looked abandoned and there was no one inside. It was a bit of a hassle since you have to call the number posted outside if you need help.

I stayed at this hotel for a short trip and found the location to be very convenient. It’s within walking distance to the bus terminal and Central shopping mall, which made getting around super easy. The hotel also has good parking space, which is a plus for those traveling by car. The room was clean and tidy, but there were a few downsides. There’s no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage, it might be a bit of a hassle. The amenities provided were very minimal — just two bottles of water and two small bars of soap. There was no tissue paper in the bathroom, which was quite inconvenient. One thing to note is that when you check in, you need to leave a 100 baht cash deposit for the key. You’ll get it back when you check out, but it’s something to keep in mind. The staff didn’t seem to speak much English and weren’t particularly friendly, which made communication a little difficult. Overall, the location and cleanliness were good, but the lack of basic amenities and service left something to be desired.
