"Words cannot describe how beautiful the resort is. Service is top notch. You can enjoy their private beach. Food is also very Good. Bed was very comfortable. You can have a great sleep there. They will pick you up from the pier & drop you off. No worries with that. Good 10 min walk from Macdonald."

"The location is just perfect,the resort sits right on the beach,sun loungers were available and the restaurant overlooked the beach and sea.our room was partial sea view also with garden views which were stunning,we were quite high up so it could be a bit of hike for some tho a buggy is available.we had a large balcony which was nice to relax on and take in the stunning views,the paintwork could do with a re-fresh as it had peeled due to the sun.the breakfast was pretty good,although there wasn’t any hot Thai vegetarian dishes but still plenty of choices.the staff were really friendly and efficient,we asked at reception one evening for extra coffee and it was at our room before we were!I would happily stay here again,if there was one thing to be improved I would say they need more vegetarian choices in the restaurant & at breakfast.but otherwise a lovely peaceful stay away from the bustle of phi phi."

"I have very good experience in this hotel with my wife, not only the excellent natural sea view but most impressive the empathetical services provided by hotel service team! I have to stop the vacation due to my grandpa critical illness notice received on Dec 20, we have to terminate my 4 nights booking after only 1 night stay. Eventually Ctrip agency helps me well coordinated with Natural resort for a kind settlement for us and the process reflects the full of human empathiness. Even I was felt the kindness from hotel service team when I initially communicated my grandapa case with her at hotel that time... Although it is not a perfect travel for me and my wife this time but I do promise to back again Phi Phi Natual resort! Thanks the hotel service team the warm and kindness i was felt... "The facilities are quite old and located in the northern part of Phi Phi Island. You need to take a long-tail boat to Tonsai Pier. There are no 7-Elevens around. There are only a few restaurants, but it is very quiet. The beach is right at the door."

"The room is spacious and clean. The staff is very good. The bed is comfortable to sleep in. There are no amenities such as a table and chair, facial tissue. There're provided only a small bottle of water. Breakfast is just so-so. The location of the hotel located in not crowded. It is in the residential area of the islanders. The food price is not as high as the central area of the island. However, the beach on the Ton Sai area is more beautiful and the water is more inviting to swim. However, it is convenient to walk to the pier. The hotel provides a luggage cart service for customer to pick up and drop off at the pier."

"Near to Ton Sai Pier and they arranged pick up plus porter services to and from the pier, which is very thoughtful. Room is spacious and the view is overlooking the beach. Staff are very friendly and go the extra mile. Absolutely happy with my stay."

"The hotel's location is excellent, and we really appreciate the team's effort in arranging a room with a nice view. However, they were very strict—each time we left the room, they asked us to leave the room key at the front desk. Having to put in extra effort for this was quite frustrating. The hotel staff did help us with our luggage. We requested an extra hour for check-out, but they didn’t approve it. It's fair to say they were rather unaccommodating. Also, there has been a landslide on the road behind the hotel. It’s an unfortunate situation for the hotel, and you might prefer not to stay there for your own safety. Also, we didn’t like the coffee and tea."

"В целом неплохой отель. Номера немного потрепанные. Но в целом чисто. Нам попался относительно тихий номер. Без насекомых и запаха. Балкон выходил на бассейн. Бассейн чистый. Но мы им не пользовались. На море же приехали. Завтраки на 3ку. Персонал приветливый. Единственное камерв хранения багажа на пару часов. На длительное время не оставляют!"

"Great location, good for swimming at the beach and viewing the mountain behind the resort. The service was great - i did a late booking yet they came to offer me a bed despite passing their working hours. Its like 10 min work to the social area and i love the walk in and out cos it helps me to have my 30 min of exercise :). The only issue i had was that i saw a crab in my room one evening but it was okay - harmless. Had a good time relaxing and working."

"In April, my wife and I had a great week on Thailand's most beloved island! Previously, we visited 8 different hotels on the island and always stayed on Ton Sai Beach on the right side, from where it takes an equally long walk to Long Beach in the afternoon and to the city in the evening. The Mountain Beach Resort has solved this problem even more effectively: shuttles run hourly to its own beach and to the city and back. Upon arrival, we received a free upgrade: a room on the top floor (as we requested) with fantastic sea views, a large balcony, a huge comfortable bed, a YouTube TV (we remembered all the episodes of ”Sherlock”), a small refrigerator. And if you move the sofa correctly, you'll get a chic dining area with a corner viewing window. The bathroom is clean and spacious, and the warm water in the shower is often invigorating) We especially liked the constant feeling of privacy, even when travel companies arrive, the area looks quiet, beautiful and sparsely populated. Breakfast is a very decent buffet in a spacious outdoor cafe. The beach is super: impassable, in the very left corner of the beach, it is small, but as cozy as possible, with sun beds and umbrellas, good shade, with its own pool, cafe and massage room, directly opposite the best diving spot on Shark Point island with huge coral tables, diverse fauna, eels and reef sharks come across. The beach is looked after by a hotel employee who provides mattresses and, if necessary, scuba diving equipment (for an additional fee). The hotel has a unique value for money, but the main advantage is the incredibly attentive and friendly staff: it was as comfortable, easy and pleasant as possible! This is exactly the case when, returning from a trip, you really start to get bored and remember such a bright and happy time with a sad smile!
