Hotels with Bars in Phi Phi Islands

My wife chose this newly opened hotel, supposedly the same one as in the Maldives! After experiencing it, I can't stop raving about it! Highly recommend!! Room: The room we stayed in was super spacious. Waking up in the morning and drawing back the curtains revealed a stunning sea view. It was so relaxing just walking out into the yard. Food: We booked three meals a day. During our 2-night stay on the island, we were able to order different dishes for each meal, and they were all truly delicious! Activities: They offer free childcare, so adults can enjoy activities like paddleboarding. You can also pay extra to charter a boat for island hopping. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I really didn't want to leave. If I were to stay again, I'd book at least three days. Watching the sunset and moonrise here is truly breathtaking! 🤩

Unfortunately, I have two extremely negative points to share about this hotel: The room advertised on Trip.com and all other online travel sites states it's 36SQM, but the truth is that the actual measured area is only 18SQM. All rooms in the hotel are this size. This extremely small room doesn't even allow for proper luggage storage, except on the bed or piled up on the floor near the entrance door. The space between the two single beds is only 30 centimeters, so imagine trying to move around at night to get to your bed. If I had known the actual size, I would never have booked this room. It's ridiculous and misleading for the hotel to provide such incorrect information to travel sites. The reception told me that the 36SQM includes the balcony and the terrace around the villa. Since when do outdoor spaces count as part of the room size??? And the balcony is only 5 SQM, so even including that, it only comes to 23 SQM in total, still far from the advertised 36SQM. The hotel is clearly lying to falsely attract customers. There's no possible solution on the hotel's website because all rooms are similar. Furthermore, the soundproofing is non-existent. So, you can hear your neighbor's conversations at any time of day or night. You can almost talk from one room to another without raising your voice. It's ridiculous. I could hear the neighbors (children and adults) talking at 11 PM or midnight in their language. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel unless you enjoy 18SQM rooms with no interior mobility and no soundproofing.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. Would happily stay here again when visiting Phi Phi!

The room was super spacious, about 40 square meters, and the bathroom was also large, over 10 square meters. There were two balconies on each side, each nearly 10 square meters, offering spectacular sunrise and sunset views and the entire magnificent sea view. The mountain scenery was delightful. The cleanliness was excellent, and they even provided disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors, which is rare in Thailand. The stay was fantastic. The front desk lady was also very helpful, fluent in English, and spoke a little Chinese. We weren't charged extra for our child. I'm sure she'll be able to provide full Chinese service next time! We'll most likely choose this place again when we visit Koh Phi Phi. The kids' playground wasn't fully open, but the big slide looked great.

Excellent little hotel surrounded by palm trees! It's close to the main street, Krasnaya Road, and shopping centers. You can hear some street noise, like engines and music, but it's not too significant. The room has all the amenities, cleaning service, and great internet. There's a pleasant pool, but it's right next to a restaurant, so there's not much privacy. However, if you swim in the morning, it's not uncomfortable. On the last day, they started renovations near the pool, building a gas concrete wall. It wasn't very comfortable to be by the pool with workers, cement, and tool noises. For a couple of days, it's an excellent and inexpensive option to explore Patong. The sea is just 100 meters away with sunbeds. The waves were big, and sunbeds cost 100 baht per person. Souvenir vendors are all over the beach! The sea is warm, and splashing around by the shore, especially for children, is a lot of fun. They offer parasailing from a boat for 1500 baht per person for 10 minutes. Money exchange places are all nearby; you get 3,300 baht for a hundred dollars. We paid everywhere with cash without any problems! There's a family of squirrels living at the hotel! It's a delight to watch them!

Service was great! The receptionists were very helpful and polite, especially the one gentleman. We had a great time staying away from the crowds. The sunbeds were plenty, the beach was amazing, though the water is not very suitable for swimming during low tide since there are tons of sea urchins everywhere. I rented their kayak and rowed out to be able to swim safely in the deeper water. We had two villas on the hill, great views of the ocean. In one of the rooms, the inside was clean but there was an old beer can and some cigarette butts on the balcony that I assume housekeeping missed. They were out there for the entirety of our 2 nights stay. We were able to hire longtail boats back and forth to downtown at a reasonable rate. The reception was helpful in helping us book a boat ride to check out the islands. We had most of our meals at the hotel restaurant, decent food!

Beautiful green hotel with comfortable beg, big territory (with transfers each 30 min or ~10 min walk from building which was one of the most distant), 2 nice pools, kayak rent, beautiful private beach (no actual organised beach area but very beautiful place -see the last picture), nice snorkelling is swimming area not far from pool on the beach. Breakfast was good, personnel is nice and helpful. Although I should mention that some parts of the room floor was in a bad condition. Nevertheless I enjoyed staying in the hotel and hopefully will come again for the next visit.

I had an exceptional stay at Phi Phi Long Beach Resort Villa. In my experience, this is the most balanced and comfortable location on the island. Other areas tend to be overcrowded and noisy, especially considering that Phi Phi receives massive daily traffic from Krabi, Phuket, and other nearby destinations. Most visitors are day-trippers or short-term guests, while only a small number stay for a week or longer. For a 5–6 day holiday, this area is ideal. I found a very good deal for this hotel and paid 60 USD per night, which is an excellent price for the overall level, location, and quality of breakfast. The rooms are spacious, though some construction materials are visibly exposed—cracks, chips, unpainted surfaces, and panels that could be better finished. I booked a twin room with two single beds, but such a room was not available upon arrival. The hotel provided an extra bed free of charge, resulting in a king bed plus a single bed. Space was sufficient, and cleanliness was consistently maintained. Housekeeping does an excellent job, working daily and attentively. The air conditioning performs well. The shower is basic, just an open floor without separation, but for this price and for an island with limited logistics, this is acceptable. Electricity works reliably. Wi-Fi exists but only functions near the reception area. Rooms are located higher up the hill, and in my unit the signal did not reach at all. This was the biggest disappointment, as I had to rely on mobile data. Reception and restaurant staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel provides a free transfer from the main pier during check-in and check-out hours. We preferred not to rely on the schedule and used long-tail taxis instead: 120 THB per person during the day and 150 THB in the evening. Around the hotel there are many good cafés; walking to the right side of the beach you can find a small, cozy place where we ate regularly without any issues. I would not recommend eating in the main tourist center, where food hygiene complaints are common. The concierge team helps with luggage upon arrival and departure; when arriving by long-tail boat they meet you at the beach and deliver bags directly to your room. The standard tip is 100 THB, which I found reasonable considering the heat and the distance across the sand. The hotel has a swimming pool, though I chose not to use it, as I wasn’t sure about water replacement frequency. Breakfast offers a wide selection, consistently good coffee, and fresh fruits—usually dragon fruit and watermelon, or pineapple and watermelon. The continental options are solid, with a few Thai dishes available. Breakfast was excellent and kept us full until late afternoon. The beach is outstanding, with beautiful water and a peaceful atmosphere. I recommend buying water shoes, as sea urchins are present; I saw them while snorkeling. The water quality, sand, and overall environment are exceptional and fully worth the stay. We visited the central area once and immediately understood that it was not for us: loud, crowded, chaotic, and unpleasant. I would not recommend staying anywhere near the central streets. Long Beach offers everything needed for a perfect stay. I highly recommend this hotel and advise future guests to explore reviews of this specific area, as they will be helpful.

Since 2019, passing by this hotel's grounds, we've dreamed of staying in a first-row bungalow with a sea view. It's a secluded spot, away from the island's center and the hustle and bustle of tourist streets. In 2025, we stayed in room B115 at this hotel. We loved it so much that we rebooked for our 2026 vacation – a Premier Villa Deluxe, first-row, with a sea view and breakfast, for 5 nights from April 23rd to 28th. This time, we were checked into Villa B110. At this hotel, it's better to pay a bit more and stay on the first or second row. There are rooms on the hillside, and it can be tough walking uphill. Love Beach is nearby, an excellent beach. And if you walk a little further to Long Beach, you'll find a living aquarium. Bring your masks! There's an incredible variety of fish there. There's also a relaxation area with a pool and sun loungers, which is really convenient in case of big waves. The weather was great during our stay, but we still went to the pool. The water in the pool was warm. Our room had a fridge, safe, kettle, a 19-liter bottle of drinking water, and small bottles were brought daily. There was a large balcony with a beautiful view, featuring two sun loungers, a table, and two chairs. The bed in the room was soft and comfortable. In the evenings, all the pathways were lit up. Breakfasts were varied, delicious, and buffet-style. Coffee was from coffee machines. You could sit on the covered veranda or on the open veranda with a sea view. Upon check-out, they took us to the ferry by boat, free of charge. This is the first hotel we've ever stayed at twice. And of course, if we visit this island again, we'll rebook. We usually try to stay at different hotels, but we really, really loved it here. It’s quiet, surrounded by nature, close to the sea, and has the best beaches on the island. As for cons, it's a bit far from the island's center. But we still walked to the fire show, which happens every evening near Slinky Bar, and to Phi Phi Viewpoint 1 and 2 for the sunset. I recommend this hotel, but choose rooms with a sea view.

This hotel stay was very nice. The pool view is stunning The hotel owner is very helpful and friendly. She even upgraded our room without extra cost . She even organised someone to pick us up and carry our bags from the pear and from hotel to pear at check-in and check out . She even keeps our bags in a place near to pear for us to pick up in the afternoon for our ferry trip. Staff is very friendly too. We really enjoyed our two days stay and definitely recommend this hotel stay Will come back again with my family See view villa was the one we stayed it was the best
