Hilton’s location is right smack but they lack cleanliness as shown in the photos, the dust on the top of the bed frame and wardrobe that doesn’t close properly. The breakfast areas in the mornings are also packed with people with not enough spaces to seat. Having been to hotels where they are sufficiently staffed, they could have split tables enabling single guests to seat but the hotel was just unable to cope with the breakfast crowd.

Stayed here for 5 days. Everything was great until the last day, when I discovered my room was literally flooded after taking a shower. The water appeared to be leaking from underneath the bathtub ??? and had spread from the bathroom all the way to the bed 😵💫 My shoes were literally floating, and my shopping bags, stuff ect infront of the door were soaked wet. The front desk responded quickly by sending the plumber/maintenance team, rwhich I appreciated. However, with my room full of stranger, I had no choice but to check out early wearing my soaking wet socks and shoes. It was a very disappointing end to an otherwise pleasant stay

Overall, my stay was very pleasant. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and check-in and check-out were very efficient, with no unnecessary waiting. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were well-maintained, hot water supply was stable, and the amenities were complete. The public areas were clean and elegant, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices that suited my taste. The only minor drawback was that the lighting by the window was a bit dim, but it didn't affect the overall experience. The value for money is quite high for this area. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I'm passing through, and I recommend it to friends who are traveling.

Overall Experience recently stayed at Hotel Abell Kuching and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers great value for money and sits in an excellent location. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was smooth, pleasant, and highly satisfying. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Kuching.Room Quality & Cleanliness, The room was exceptionally clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The front desk team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They greeted us with warm smiles and handled our check-in swiftly. Throughout our stay, they were always ready to assist with directions and local recommendations, making us feel right at home.Dining & Room Service. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious. There was a good variety of options to choose from, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our mornings. Additionally, we ordered room service during our stay. The food arrived hot, the delivery was prompt, and the service was executed with a great, polite attitude.Minor Issue Swiftly Resolved. The only minor hiccup we encountered was a slight drain smell in the bathroom upon arrival. However, as soon as we notified the staff, they took immediate action. The maintenance team settled the issue completely and efficiently, showing just how attentive and responsive the hotel management is to guest comfort.

My stay was disappointing. The room was very hot when I arrived and remained uncomfortable, definitely not ideal in warm weather. The surroundings and ventilation need improvement. The toilet was dirty, and the sliding door did not close properly it hung awkwardly over the rim. I have to do it myself to make it inside the rim so it can slide better. Breakfast was okay only and not attractive. They mentioned a tablet would be provided, but it wasn’t. Also, no one answered the contact number for inquiries. I expected much better for the price. Overall, this place is only for Instagrammable.

I booked two rooms, one mangrove view and one garden view. The front desk upgraded both to mangrove view for free, and the service was excellent with smiles all around. The breakfast food was more suited for a foreign palate! Overall, it was really great, the environment was lovely and very relaxing. 👍

It was a beautiful experience. Our stay in Pullman Kuching is fun. The room is so comfortable and clean. We were surprised because my requests were granted and we were able to celebrate a late birthday celebration for my cousin. Also, the city view from our room is so beautiful and we can see the sunrise. We highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent experience during my recent stay at this hotel. The check-in procedure was exceptionally smooth and welcoming, thanks to Mr. Nasrul at the reception desk. He was incredibly helpful, professional and efficient, ensuring we felt valued from the moment we arrived. His warm hospitality and attention to detail set a wonderful tone for the rest of our stay. You can use this version: We had a pleasant stay at Roxy Hotel 3rd Mile Apartment. The 3-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for our group of 6 people. The location is very convenient, especially being close to Timberland Medical Centre, making it easy for us to go for our hospital check-ups. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely choose this apartment again.

1. Hard to contact. I tried to call, WhatsApp, email. No response at all or left on read. We just want to know if its possible to drop off bag before check out. I know it's not compulsory service, that's why we want to ask just incase. But since we can't reach them, we can't plan our itinerary properly. After arrive, finally they answer our call and told us we cant drop off our luggage. So we had to wait at nearest cafe from 10am-2pm. If we know we cant drop off bag early, we might rent a car for that day. Then, even at 2pm, we still had hard time to contact them. 2. Usually all details to self check in will be given before check in time. But we had to contact them first for them to give the passcode. Again we stranded outside hotel just waiting but just for few minutes. Even we met other guest who standing infront of hotel at 4-5pm something and ask us how to get the passcode. If that person just waiting until midnight, does the hotel gonna wait too? If you cant be reachable, at least be proactive before check in time. 3. Sound of shower from other room is bearable. But the smell of smoke??? What kind of ventilation system is that I can smell smoke from other room? Since my room doesn't have window, yeah I'm just having hard time to breath while awake and while sudden wake up during sleep.
