"Hilton’s location is right smack but they lack cleanliness as shown in the photos, the dust on the top of the bed frame and wardrobe that doesn’t close properly. The breakfast areas in the mornings are also packed with people with not enough spaces to seat. Having been to hotels where they are sufficiently staffed, they could have split tables enabling single guests to seat but the hotel was just unable to cope with the breakfast crowd."

"I had a very disappointing stay and will not be returning. My first room on the 9th floor was unacceptable: it had a terrible odor, was incredibly dusty, poorly lit, and the mattress was sinking. Worse, the connecting room door was left unlocked. I requested a room change and was moved to the 10th floor. While the second room lacked the strange atmosphere of the first, it still had major issues. The bed linens had an awful smell and did not seem properly washed. Furthermore, the tables and corners were thick with dust. Most concerningly, the door latch was broken, forcing me to wedge a chair behind the door at night for my own safety. I cannot recommend this hotel"
