"The location is perfect, you can walk to the city center (15 mins) or just take a single bus. I read some reviews about the room was dirty, and the sheets were stinking however my room was pretty clean."

"Everyone would agree that they don't want to let others know where they like very much. This hotel provides pleasure and comfort, as evidenced by the friendly expressions on the staff. The spacious room and large bathtub are enough to relieve fatigue throughout the day, and I like the restaurant food. The proximity to the train station gives good transportation access. You may think the facility is a little old, but there is no inconvenience at all. Above all, I liked the bed. One thing is regrettable that there were no free drinks in the room."

"I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel this past July for almost a week with the recommendation of Enrique. When I first arrived along with my husband, the people at the front of the door helped open the door. Checking in was very smooth with the help of the manager in the front (Laura). We were easily checked in and escorted upstairs to our room within a matter of minutes. Room was great with a nice patio overlooking a section of the Arno River. The location of the hotel is very nice as it is walking distance to the River. I even walked there during sunset hour. It is beautiful. My favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast buffet. In my opinion, it is better than the ones in America. The food was delicious. It was nice to try the coffee with their coffee machines. Might I add, not all hotels offer a juicer. While traveling, it can be hard to stay healthy so that juicer was very nice. The room was well air conditioned. It was well kept. The housekeeping lady did an amazing job keeping the room tidy. It was nice coming back to a cool room. Also, I forget the name of the young lady bartender... she was very nice and accommodating. The front desk even helped call the taxis when necessary since we're not from there. The lobby was also a nice place just to relax and cool down while waiting for a ride or just lounging. Would definitely recommend staying here and coming back again."

"The hotel is located in northeastern Bologna, about a 20-minute drive from the city center. A large shopping center and supermarket are a 6-minute drive away. Free parking is available on the street within the hotel grounds, making it convenient for those traveling by car. The hotel is very clean, and the bedding, towels, and kettle in the room are of good quality. The mattress is thick and comfortable. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and professional. Breakfast is typical of European hotels—not much, but enough to fill you up. However, the selection of desserts is quite extensive. All the Hilton Garden Inn hotels we stayed at during our trip offered a scrambled egg breakfast, but this one was the best. We asked for spinach, mushrooms, and onions, and the portion was generous; this one egg dish made our breakfast very satisfying."

"Clean, comfortable rooms in a fantastic location just steps from shopping mall. The staff were welcoming and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay here again."

"My elderly parents were really impressed by the modern industrial design – it was a refreshing experience for them! The location is great, about a 10-minute walk from the central station. We could also reach the Two Towers, Piazza Maggiore, and other sights within about 20 minutes by walking along the porticoes. The young lady at the front desk was learning Chinese and made a wonderful effort to communicate with us, offering practical and friendly advice and service. Our room was quiet and comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent, with timely and thorough housekeeping. All the public areas felt safe and easily accessible. Restaurant service was good, and the breakfast spread was plentiful with a wide variety of choices. Dinner wait times weren't long, and the food tasted great. They also offer convenient luggage storage and free self-service laundry and drying facilities. The only slight inconvenience was that neither the front desk nor the restaurant accepted cash at all, which wasn't ideal as not everyone has a credit card. It would be great if they could allow payment with legal tender."

"Very nice cozy hotel. We’ve always stayed at Star Hotel group for last 30 yrs or so. THis time it was full, so wanted to the hotel near the Central station and found this hotel. People were nice, room was a bit far from Front desk and room small and only shower,,,,but, it was good for the money . I would stay there again on may nest trip , end of February,this year. And want to see nice metro street!"

"The double room is quite large, but ”tired”, definitely needs cosmetic repairs. We stayed one night, without breakfast. Right next to the hotel there is a big repair - either the road or the sidewalk."

"It's a beautiful hotel. I couldn't help but take pictures. It's not far from the city. This city has the oldest university in Europe. It's on the outskirts of the city. The air is fresh. The hotel is also very clean. The front desk is welcoming."
