Hotels with Bars in Bologna

We only stayed at Ostello Bello Bologna for one night, but everything was really great! The room itself was quite spacious, with a large bathroom. It was clean, and there were three sets of towels and fresh linens provided. The hotel's location was super convenient! We arrived at the train station from the airport and reached the hotel in a short amount of time. The neighborhood felt very pleasant, and even when returning late at night, we had no safety concerns whatsoever. We absolutely loved the service at the reception! The lady from Finland was incredibly friendly and communicative! Her positive attitude made an excellent first impression. We also tried the complimentary welcome cocktails, and they were super! I'd also like to mention that the hotel itself is very stylish and clean. I particularly liked the common lounge area with a terrace, where you can relax away from the city's hustle and bustle. All in all, I recommend it 100 percent – you definitely won't regret it!

The hotel is in a good location if you want to be close to Bologna central railway station and the airport. The walk to the old town isn’t so far and you pass many nice things along the way. The area is safe and I walked back to the hotel after dark along the main thoroughfare and had no issues. The room was quite small but it’s enough for one person. The staff were friendly and I was able to store my bag. The only issue I had was the lack of air conditioning. The unit was present in the room but it was impossible to turn on due to it being April. Generally it wasn’t bad but the room was particularly stuffy in the morning and evening so it wasn’t so comfortable for sleeping. I understand that it’s April and it’s considered too early to turn on the air conditioning but it’s actually turned on in the lobby for the staff. So by that logic, it should be turned on in the rooms also. After living and traveling in Asia for many years it’s disappointing to see Italian hotels being stingy with money - especially considering the guests have paid money. It’s a shame because besides this I liked the hotel and the staff. I hope the savings made by turning off the air conditioning are worth it.

An easy walk from the Bologna Centrale train station. Kind of a deserted street, had hoped to buy some food on my way there but ended up buying food there - the food was good, but it felt overpriced for sure. Rooms were very clean and comfortable - my daughter and I had a private room and bathroom, and it was great. My only minor complaint is that I found the pillows uncomfortable. But that might be more of a personal issue than anything else.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel this past July for almost a week with the recommendation of Enrique. When I first arrived along with my husband, the people at the front of the door helped open the door. Checking in was very smooth with the help of the manager in the front (Laura). We were easily checked in and escorted upstairs to our room within a matter of minutes. Room was great with a nice patio overlooking a section of the Arno River. The location of the hotel is very nice as it is walking distance to the River. I even walked there during sunset hour. It is beautiful. My favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast buffet. In my opinion, it is better than the ones in America. The food was delicious. It was nice to try the coffee with their coffee machines. Might I add, not all hotels offer a juicer. While traveling, it can be hard to stay healthy so that juicer was very nice. The room was well air conditioned. It was well kept. The housekeeping lady did an amazing job keeping the room tidy. It was nice coming back to a cool room. Also, I forget the name of the young lady bartender... she was very nice and accommodating. The front desk even helped call the taxis when necessary since we're not from there. The lobby was also a nice place just to relax and cool down while waiting for a ride or just lounging. Would definitely recommend staying here and coming back again.

I came for work, carrying my usual mix of focus and fatigue, and somehow this hotel became a small reminder to slow down. The welcome was warm, the check-in effortless, and the staff carried a calm kindness that made everything feel easy. The room was spacious, quiet, and honest in its simplicity. After a long day of travel and meetings, it felt like a safe pause, a place where my mind could finally rest while my heart caught up. Breakfast was bright and generous, full of small details that made the morning feel lighter. The smell of coffee, the sound of soft conversation, the way sunlight filled the dining area, it was the kind of calm that makes you grateful to simply be there.

Good location and the room is very nice. It is just located opposite to the train station. Highly recommend for a stay. The service is very good too.

Good location. Paid (50€) extra to be in the main hotel and not their apartment somewhere nextdoor, not sure if it was worth it. It had a bit of a new spa feeling. All very new, think they are going for a boutique hotel style, but not classy. Nice terrace though.

The hostel is about a 20-30 minute walk from the center. It's best to get a room at the back, as it's on a street. Overall, it's very clean. However, towels are not included in the price; they cost €7 for two. Bed linen is free, but the beds aren't made, unlike other hostels. A lockable locker is available; you can get a key on-site. Behind the building is a large parking lot, which is officially prohibited or subject to a fee. I parked there for two nights for free. There are also parking spaces on the street, but these are subject to a fee during the day.

Right across from the train station, very convenient. I checked in at 11:30 AM, which was quick. The hotel's hardware standard is comparable to a budget hotel; the mattress wasn't fixed in place, but the air conditioning worked well enough. There was no 'Oriental breakfast' as shown on the Ctrip page. I won't be staying here again. P.S. The pizza place to the right of the hotel entrance offers good value and fresh, delicious takeaway pizza. The pharmacy inside the train station across the street has a great in-house brand lotion, and the pharmacist was understanding and patiently recommended over-the-counter medications that I urgently needed.

The location is very good in the center of the old city. It is very close to the art gallery. The breakfast is good. The room is slightly smaller but quiet and comfortable. What do you want in the coffee shop restaurant milk tea shop around? It is very suitable for a day or two.
