LLMD01Excellent location. Less than 10 min walk from Bologna Centrale Via Carracci exit (elevators available), no need to climb stairs. Carefour supermarket is 4 min walk away.
Friendly and helpful front desk.
Chic decor through out the hotel, room is small but roomy bathroom. Sufficient amenities in the room. Need to pay 2 Euro for one bottle of water in the room fridge.
Breakfast is top notch with ample varieties.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is not located in the city center, but there is direct bus access to get around easily. The room is clean and hygienic. The breakfast offered is varied and plentiful, and the staff serving it are very friendly and helpful. The only downside was when I arrived at night and asked the front desk for an extra blanket. Although they agreed, the blanket was never delivered.

Vvickie.thetGreat stay overall! Highly recommended for students and young travelers. You can focus on ur work in the study spaces on ground floor. The reception was helpful and could communicate well in English. However if u want to extend ur stay at the hotel, I’d recommend booking on trip.com as from my experience, it cost me like €93 per night in person, which cost only a little over $80 when I booked again online. But this might just be me- might be different for others! Plus, the Sushiko opposite the hotel has some good Japanese food!

GGuest UserGood location. Paid (50€) extra to be in the main hotel and not their apartment somewhere nextdoor, not sure if it was worth it. It had a bit of a new spa feeling. All very new, think they are going for a boutique hotel style, but not classy. Nice terrace though.

JJohnny B GoodThis hotel is a traditional style hotel. We liked it a lot, it was very comfortable. We had the best nights sleep there. And isn't sleeping the most important thing in a hotel? We liked the traditional room, it was cozy, with a balcony too, The service was helpful. The facade of the hotel building is not beautiful (in my opinion) but inside is a good hotel. We would definitely stay there again. It's convenient to the train station and to the city centre. The breakfast was pretty good.

GGuest UserThe hostel provides you with the bare necessities, such as a comfortable bed, a spacious room and locker including a lock, and a small bedlight and socket.
Unfortunately, that is also literally it and nothing more. There are no curtains for the beds. The bathroom is super weirdly laid out; there is a bathroom with shower, the only toilet and a sink behind a door; then in front of that, there is another sink and a shower. WITH NO DOOR. Making this shower literally unusable. There are two light switches in the bathroom, one that turns on the light in the back bathroom (behind the door) AND a light for the front sink. This means that, if people are sleeping in the bed next to the bathroom, there is literally light shining directly on their face and all the sounds. A problem easily solved by adding a door and curtains on the beds.
The bathrooms didn’t have hand soap (they were empty) or any shower amenities (no shower gel). You have to pay if you want a towel, and you also have to make your own bed.
There is also a lot of noise from the neighbours, what seems like a student accommodation.
At this kind of price range, the level of amenities is terribly disappointing and could be easily solved. I have stayed in hostels all over the world and sadly this one was just one of two options in Bologna, so not much choice. There are really a lot of simple improvements possible that would have made it worth it, but I really cannot say this is value for money at all.

LLulupurineThe location is excellent, right across from Bologna train station, which made travelling very convenient. Even though it is next to the station, the room I stayed in was surprisingly quiet.
The cleanliness could be improved, as I did notice some hair here and there in the bathroom. Also, you do need to ask reception to turn on the room air conditioning; otherwise, it only feels like fan/wind mode.
Besides that, I had a great stay and would recommend UNA Bologna for its convenient location and comfortable room.

AAlexandraSThe hotel was a little bit modern in the entrance however, the rooms not really, there was rusty in the bathroom heather…
On our Room there was not even one full set of towels, neither 2 since we booked for 2 adults, however the employee from reception came to give us one set when we ask though.
Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. Not much choice, anyway. Has a free parking which was a plus for us but not sure if would come back since it is supposed to be a 4* hotel and we paid for that, however, I would give 3 stars.
The only photo I have is from the window of the room sorry.
