"While the location is pretty far from central Varanasi, that can also be a plus. Varanasi can be overwhelming and retreating to the garden settings of this hotel is refreshing. The breakfast and dinners were wonderful. The staff were very helpful. Special thanks to Sumana for Ashutosh for helping with our train tickets. The pool and fitness center are also great."

"For the first time, we arrived with his wife to the sacred city of Varanasi. When looking for a house, we stayed at the Heritage Inn. And not for nothing. The hotel is located in a quiet alley where the traffic is not very heard, and it is important, as it is particularly loud here. Staff on the respiratory, and at all in the hotel, very responsive and friendly. Settled fast.
In the room all the conveniences for comfortable stay. According to the standards of hotels in India, everything is very good. Yes, there are small ”coyotes,” but you close your eyes quickly.
There is an open terrace restaurant on the roof, with wonderful views of the old city and the Gang River. We have included breakfast standard for hotels: Indian or European. Also went here for lunch and dinner. The dishes are very delicious, they are not cooked for a long time. The most important thing is absolutely not sharp (this may be important to anyone). The staff at the restaurant is very polite and rushing, everything is fast and in the case.
Why I chose this hotel, so on the one hand, is a very close exit to the river on Assi Ghat, and at the same time far from the center, where, believe, life beats with such a key that can happen a light overload of the nervous system, and here, On the outskirts of the old city is much, much quieter.

"It was a relatively clean hotel in India. You can eat in a space that looks like a restaurant in the hotel. I was given a small bottle of non-foaming shampoo, a toothbrush and a comb. There were quite a few mosquitoes, so it's best not to open the windows in your room and to sleep in long sleeves and long pants."

"1-The room is especially spacious, although the hardware facilities are average; 2-The window can't be opened. The room I stayed in was not sunny. The bedding was a little moist. The hotel agreed to replace it, but the stack was tidal. The waiter told me that because of the climate, please help them to iron. The tip was equivalent to four yuan of RMB, which solved this problem; 3- Breakfast Chinese may still be unaccustomed to local tastes. The price of the restaurant is relatively expensive."

"The hotel is located away from the city center, which is a HUGE plus! Being away from the endless, deafening noise is priceless.
Our room was large and very cozy, with wide windowsills that double as sofas.
There's a refrigerator, hairdryer, air conditioning, and a fan.
There's no safe.
The plumbing is a bit outdated, but it works properly.
The breakfasts were excellent. They made delicious cheese omelets (in addition to the main buffet) and chicken for us. The meat wasn't spicy, which is very important.
There were fruits, pastries, and excellent coffee from the coffee machine.
Not many vegetables.
The staff was very helpful and even a little overly concerned about the comfort of guests.
Across the street there's a street cafe with good food.
Overall, it's a more European-style place, and we were glad we stayed here."

We ran into trouble as soon as we arrived at Baranashi. It was still before check-in time, but when I went to Hotel Bagla Atithi Banaras, the front desk staff contacted the manager. The manager rushed to me immediately and supported me as much as I could. The manager was worried about us during our stay and spoke to us. If I hadn't met the manager and staff of this hotel, my memories in Varanasi would have been sad. But thanks to them, it was a wonderful stay.
This hotel is within walking distance of the most famous Dashashwamedh Ghat, located in the center of Varanasi. The location is also great. The hotel room, bathroom, bed, everything is perfect. The shower has plenty of warm water. The shower has plenty of warm water. the bed was large and clean, and it healed my tired body by walking around the city of Varanasi. If you are hungry, please go to the restaurant on the 4th floor. you can eat clean, warm and delicious food. All the restaurant staff are also very kind. We will never forget meeting the manager of this hotel. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you very much.

CCJ_TWThe location is perfect with a few minute to Manikarnika Ghat, Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Dashashwamedh Ghat. There are some restaurants and street food and markets nearby as well. However, as it is the central area and the traffic is busy all the time. It is possible that you might heat the horns in the room. If you are a light sleeper, be sure to request a relatively quieter room.
The staff were pretty attentive because they knocked on the door and asked if I would need house keeping. Once there was a problem with the hot shower. After checking, they helped me move to another room efficiently to make sure my stay was OK.
The room is spacious and clean. The mattress is just what I need, neither too hard nor too soft. And the hot shower is just the ticket for me after staying out the whole day to revive my energy.
Just one suggestion. If a hair dryer can be provided in the future, I believe most Asian travelers would love that.
All in all, if I visit Varanasi again, I’ll stay here for sure.

BBonus Tawan1. The room I got was a standard room on the ground floor without windows which, in fact, the hotel should inform about on the room's description.
2. After entering the room, the tables and most of the furniture were a bit dusty, and the air condition had problems which required three staff solving it.
3. The duvet did not have a cover, so it looked a bit worn out.
4. After using the bath, water dripping from the geyser lasted for a while.
5. After complaining about the room, the manager, Suryakant Pandey, and his staff, Gauraf, showed their responsibility and promised to upgradte my room on the next day.
6.However, the day shift didn't know about it and insisted me to stay at the same room until I claimed about the prior upgrade from the night shift manager.
7. Luckily, the changed.
8. On the following day, the maid forgot to clean my room but the hotel owner was there and ready to get everything done.
9.The best thing of the hotel was the service that the night shift manager and his team helped me and understand what the customers wanted.
10.All in all, apart from the cleanness and readiness of the room, the hotel was just OK.

I liked being able to have breakfast while looking out at the Ganges.
You can request dry cleaning for your clothes.
I ordered in the morning and it was ready the next morning.
It's a bit difficult to find, so it's a good idea to use Google Maps as a guide (there is a hotel with a similar name nearby, and if you walk down the alleys, there will be people trying to lead you there).

GGuest UserOverall good. Located on main road towards Kashi Vishwanath temple (around 1 km). Food was good, home type. Basic amenities, good enough. We received good services. All staff were kind, polite & very helpful especially Mr Ashish who guided us properly throughout our stay there.
There is a scope of improvement in maintaining cleanliness. However, overall it was okay as we had visited during busy days. Prices are bit high was due to the auspicious time.

Ppoco2025The location is perfect as it is located ***** the Ganges River! You can see the Ganges River from the attached restaurant, and the food there was delicious! However, since it is located ***** the Ganges River, you cannot reach the hotel by rickshaw or taxi, so you will have to walk for a few minutes, but the journey is also exciting! The problem was that there were a lot of small insects like mosquitoes (?) in the room, but I was given an insect repellent machine at the reception.

Check out cleared but nobody come to help with the luggage even though it was mentioned they will send the support person in 5-10mins n until second reminder reception did not bother to send the guy.
After the breakfast nobody there to respond what we need even mentioned they were little reluctant the 2 ladies( one in white shirt n other in red shirt) in the breakfast section. After couple of reminders we got what we need .
Thanq for the guys in breakfast session for their prompt response n attention for what is required for my 78years old mom n made her comfortable for her choice of food .
Food is good with all sorts of breakfast choices
