"Quality Inn Varanasi The hotel has a great location - ***** the main roads through the markets you can get to one of the main ghats of Varanasi, Dashashwamedh Ghat. I easily walked there. Direct distance from the ghats is a big plus: the area is clean, there are no extraneous odors, but at the same time there is the necessary infrastructure. There are several cafes with good coffee nearby, and opposite there is a supermarket where you can find almost everything you need, and, importantly, it accepts Visa. The hotel itself is new, the service at the reception is excellent. We checked in an hour early, but had to wait a little. Fortunately, there is a nice restaurant on the roof where you can while away the time. I really liked the room, especially its atmosphere and design. Lots of lighting schemes, which I always appreciate. Mirrors with backlighting are a separate plus! The shower room is clean and tidy, the water is hot and with good pressure. The bathroom has everything you need: shaving kit, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer (!!), hair conditioner, comb, dental kit. The bed is just incredible! Very comfortable mattress, you can sleep 100%. The window has a view of the wall - and this is rather a plus: silence is guaranteed, extraneous noise from the street does not disturb. The room has a tea set, coffee, cream, as well as inverter air conditioning and TV. Breakfast is rather formal, but it is nice to have a cup of coffee in the morning. For Europeans, the choice of food is very limited. The price per room is about $ 40, and this is more than an excellent value for money. I recommend this hotel, especially if you want to live in Varanasi in comfortable conditions, not far from the ghats, but at the same time in a clean and civilized area."

"(Good point) Lobby is clean and nice Good staff, good ***ners and good service I checked in at 15:00, but I was able to check in normally even if I went to 12:00. the restaurant is beautiful The bed is soft and comfortable Good laundry service The pool is pretty clean. Not at a level where you can't swim. Is there a breakfast buffet menu every day? change. I stayed 2 nights but it was nice to have a change. (bad place) I lost my friend's earphones in the room, but I couldn't find them. 2 hours after check out... old hair dryer Heavy construction noise during the day Occasional power outages (recovers in about 1 minute, but often...) Hotel facilities (rooftop, lounge, etc.) are lacking in some places It feels old and deserted. The view from the window is not good (surrounding ruins, etc.) The breakfast bread is bad (croissants, donuts, etc.) and should be improved."

"While the location is pretty far from central Varanasi, that can also be a plus. Varanasi can be overwhelming and retreating to the garden settings of this hotel is refreshing. The breakfast and dinners were wonderful.  The staff were very helpful.  Special thanks to Sumana for Ashutosh for helping with our train tickets. The pool and fitness center are also great."

"Hotel is good with all amenities near by But service very very bad or did not expect this from this hotel Very very very slow service n does not respond until 2 nd call Check out cleared but nobody come to help with the luggage even though it was mentioned they will send the support person in 5-10mins n until second reminder reception did not bother to send the guy. After the breakfast nobody there to respond what we need even mentioned they were little reluctant the 2 ladies( one in white shirt n other in red shirt) in the breakfast section. After couple of reminders we got what we need . Thanq for the guys in breakfast session for their prompt response n attention for what is required for my 78years old mom n made her comfortable for her choice of food . Food is good with all sorts of breakfast choices Strange thing which I noticed first time is during check out reception place nobody bothered to ask how was the stay 😃  Finally guys ( red)"

" The location of the hotel is excellent, super close to the Ganges River, and to the Ghat where the celebration of gratitude of the day takes place daily at 19:00 hrs. Room ta***ho good, service very cordial, Breakfast very weak. The highlight is really the location."
