"This was, without a doubt, the best value-for-money hotel during our 30-day Europe trip. The location is superb, near Marseille train station, just a 6-7 minute walk. Although there are some steps leading up to the hotel entrance from the street, which might be a bit challenging for elderly guests or those with heavy luggage, you can easily take a flat route by going around the bridge, adding only about 100 meters to your walk. It's also close to bus stops and the airport shuttle, making getting around very convenient. The Old Port and city center are within walking distance. Nearby, there are excellent steak restaurants (closer to the train station), other eateries, pizza places, and small supermarkets, making shopping easy. The hotel has a very Japanese aesthetic, with a clean and bright facade. The interior is spotless and tidy. The front desk staff are warm and friendly, always smiling. One young lady was even learning Chinese and tried her best to communicate with us in Chinese. The room wasn't large but perfectly adequate, quiet, and comfortable. Bed linen changes and cleaning were prompt. The bathroom was typically Japanese – small and compact, with a bathtub and a bidet toilet seat. Breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but it covered all the essentials. The surrounding area can seem a bit chaotic, with many small shops on various narrow streets, which is great for shopping but might feel a little disorienting. However, I stayed for two nights and felt perfectly safe going out for dinner and shopping in the evening. It wasn't as scary as some rumors suggest; nobody paid particular attention to me after dark. Of course, it's always wise to be cautious. For a hotel in Europe with a similar location, room size, facilities, and service, its price was incredibly affordable. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance and will recommend it to friends."

"A wonderful hotel, just a 15-minute walk from the old port. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and responsive—every single employee was smiling and attentive. This is so important in hotels of any caliber! The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was not included. In the lobby, there's an area where you can grab water or make coffee 24/7. Nice little touches. I'd happily return to this hotel."

"EasyHotel, adı gibi easy bir hotel. Herşeyi minimal, yetecek kadarıyla düşünmeniz lazım. Ücretine göre ve sadece yatmak için düşünüldüğünde tercih edilebilecek bir hotel. Otobüs garına bir yarım saat uzaklıkta yürüyerek. Ve gara yürüyerek gitmek bana daha manlıklı geldi. Ama şehir merkezine tramvay ile 1,80 eur biletle rahatlıkla gidebilirsiniz. Tramvay sadece 5 dk uzaklıkta hotele. Yemek için 10 dk mesafede Best Grill benim için iyi bir lokantaydı. Sabah kahvaltı için yine 10 dk mesafede Good Time diye bir yer vardı, özellikle naneli çayına bayıldım. Kalanlara bol keyifli bir Marsilya seyahati dilerim."

"The first welcome was very friendly and helpful. Easy check-in, unfortunately there was a smell of humidity in the corridors. The room and bathroom were clean but a little more care was needed because there were hairs on the floor. The breakfast is not bad, a classic hotel breakfast, a complete F/P hotel, the location is good, there is a hospital next to it, a tram is 5 minutes away, you can go to the main train station in 15 minutes by walking. There is no hair dryer in the rooms, you have to request it from the reception, there is a vending machine downstairs from the reception for an iron member (paid), there is a market nearby"
