"The location is okay, about a 15-minute walk from Heidelberg Central Station. The room was very spacious. I really liked the pantry area – it had everything we needed: a small fridge, dishwasher, induction cooker, coffee maker, and full kitchenware. Very convenient. The bathroom was also large and suitable for elderly people or anyone needing extra care. It had heated floors, good hot water, and strong water pressure. The only downside was no toiletries like toothbrush or comb, but they do provide basic items like tissues and toilet paper. The bed, pillows, and blanket were comfortable. The room light was a bit dim when the curtains were closed. It would be nice if slippers were provided. The air conditioning and heating worked very well. The price was fair for Germany. Breakfast costs £17 if you book in advance, or £19 if you walk in. The breakfast had a wide variety of standard European options."

"The train station is about a ten-minute walk away, and the bus is also very convenient, just two or three stops away. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the room is well-planned and clean, the air conditioning is very good, and it is very close to Heidelberg Old Town, making it very convenient for travel. "The location is unique! Go out and turn right 20 meters is the copper monkey! The waiter is very good, there are apples in the elevator room to take. There is a hot water bottle without slippers. Breakfast also has cheese cake! good. However, the hotel sent an email at 1 pm on the day of check-in, there was no hot water, either could not take a bath or change the hotel. Very affecting the mood! However, Trip.com communication was very fast and compensation was given. We later decided to stay at this hotel and did not take a bath. People who book this hotel have to be careful about hot water system problems."

"The room is quite unique, with inner and outer suites, both with 1.2-meter single beds, and the inner room has two single beds put together. This is the first time I have done a purely self-service check-in. A little noisy near the aisle. Luggage can be stored, but it's on the second floor of the elevator. It's the first time I saw an elevator door that needs to be opened manually, haha. A nice little hotel. It's a 10-15 minute walk from the city of Heidelberg. It's recommended to take an Uber for $6-7 to the castle."

"We booked a room with kingsize bed, unfortunately when we entered the room it was a twin bed. Highest compliment to check in staff who handled the matter nicely. No room exchange was possible as the hotel was fully booked, but house keeping will put the bed together and on top double topper. We had a great time at Atlantic, in sauna as well as restaurant and hotel bar. From the balcony of the bar we were able to enjoy the fireworks at Heidelberg‘s old bridge. We will always come back."

"A very friendly welcome. The rooms are large and spacious. The suite was equipped with a kitchenette and two induction hobs. Despite the lively residential area, it was quiet. Sleeping with the window slightly open was possible. Unfortunately, breakfast is not offered. I had to go to the Rewe supermarket or the bakery – a three-minute walk away."

"Spent 2 nights. Location is excellent, close to the main train station, and short walking distance to most attractions and eateries. Breakfast spread is wide. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful."

"All in all, not a terrible stay. When we first got there to check in the front desk was closed even though it was 5pm and check in was until 10, and the automatic check in machine was broken with a note on it to pick up our room keys at the hotel across the street. We went there and they had no idea what we were talking about so we had to carry our luggage back across the street after contacting trip.com who replied IMMEDIATELY (thank you guys so much your customer service is incredible!) we got the number to call the hotel after hours and it turns out they forgot to leave our keys so they sent someone back over to let us into our room. We got into our room and it wasn’t the room we booked, it was a room in the attic that on one side I couldn’t even stand up without hitting my head (I’m 5”3) but it had AC and it was a place to rest our heads so it could wait until morning. The next day when we came down we mentioned the room error and the look the first guy gave me was full of contempt, so his customer service was awful. I know I don’t look like a conventional woman with my hair and tattoos and I understand different cultures can collide but that’s fine, though when the manager came to talk to my fiancé his attitude perked up a bit and he found a smile. They got us in the correct room and this room was a normal size but the ac unit for that room is a portable roll about one that the hose wasn’t sticking out the window with the netting correctly and they tried to come fix it (duct tape) but then the hose broke but my fiancé found a way to shove it out the window and it took awhile to get the room cooled down but then it was great. After that the rest of the trip went well, the woman with the copper/red hair was super nice and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was a really good breakfast and the hotel is in a great location with secure parking. Check out Lino’s around the corner for fantastic drinks and the döner place downstairs is killer. It’s most important that most Germans don’t approve of AC so keep that in mind if that’s important to you that you double verify where you book. All the trouble aside we would definitely stay here again, just don’t count on the blow dryer in the room or the AC to work and room service may need to be requested multiple times."
