"The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Heidelberg train station. It's also not too far from the main tourist area, about a 20-minute walk. The hotel has parking available for 25 euros a day, and the restaurant is on the top floor. Overall, it's pretty good."

"Rooms are cozy and tidy. Amenities and facilities are sufficient I would say. Breakfast was definitely delightful, with the glass ceiling and amazing service, what a way to stay the day!
Location wise, it’s okay convenient. It depends on how you are travelling. It is very close to the bus and tram station and of course the Christmas markets and shopping streets. But it is a bit far to the Train Station."

"First off, the apartment is very spacious. The bedroom is separate from the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom is large, and while it doesn't have a separate shower and dry area, it's fully equipped with everything you need, and the hot water is fast and plentiful. The soundproofing for sleeping is also excellent.
Secondly, the amenities are comprehensive. It has all the pots, pans, dishcloths, brushes, knives, forks, and cutting boards you could ask for. There's also a kettle, coffee machine, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, range hood, iron, and hairdryer. A quick tip: you must turn on the range hood before using the induction hob – just pull it out, and it starts automatically.
Lastly, the bedroom is large with plenty of tables, and the bed is a good size too, with a comfortable mattress and lots of pillows for a great night's sleep. Everything feels very new and in excellent condition!
There are a few drawbacks: The laundry room costs extra, though the gym is free. Check-in is strictly at 3 PM, which might be due to high demand on weekends, but you can store your luggage and explore beforehand. Oh, and check-out is at 11 AM! It's right next to Heidelberg's main train station, which is super convenient for catching trains. We checked out half an hour early and still ended up waiting 25 minutes at the station!"

"It is very convenient to drive by yourself, there is a free parking space, and it only takes more than ten minutes to drive from Heidelberg.

"Traveling for business. A better choice than my previous stay at a hotel behind the Heidelberg bahnof station. It was out of my expectation that the room includes a bathtub. Very nice and smiley staff makes one feel truly welcomed. Ample parking space. Fair selection of foods for breakfast. "The whole hotel looks old, and the bathroom door in the room can't be closed. The air conditioning has problems—it's constantly cold, and there is no heating. However, the front desk staff and restaurant service personnel are relatively friendly. The breakfast selection is also quite rich. However, compared to four-star hotels in Taiwan, the facilities here seem outdated. Taiwan’s hotels are newer and cleaner, and the food selection is also more abundant."

TTuduben_Hands down, this was the best hostel I've stayed at in Europe. While the facilities were excellent, the staff's incredible kindness truly made this place special. I arrived early after a night train, intending just to drop off my luggage, but was immediately met with a warm welcome. They even prepared a spot for me to rest well before the official check-in time, which was incredibly thoughtful and much-needed. The facilities are top-notch; they offer complimentary cereal, coffee, and tea in the kitchen. The location is also unbeatable, right at the foot of Heidelberg Castle, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. I would absolutely choose this hostel again on my next visit. Highly recommended! ☺️

GGuest UserWe stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience overall. The hotel is very clean and feels almost brand new. We were booked into an apartment, which was excellently equipped with almost everything we needed, including a full kitchen setup with glasses, mugs, knives, dishes, and utensils. To our delight, the hotel surprised us with an upgrade to a full suite, which was a very pleasant gesture!
The only downside to our stay was that the air conditioning was not functioning. This seems to be a general issue we have encountered with many hotels across different cities in Germany over the last 3 years. However, the management handled it professionally; they tried to compensate us for the inconvenience and proactively provided us with two stand fans to keep the room cool.
Because of the excellent service, cleanliness, and great amenities, I am definitely looking forward to staying at this hotel again in the future if I pass through Heidelberg.

It has two rooms, one inside and one outside, and the sofa bed in the outer room is incredibly comfortable and high-quality. The window overlooks the street, and the sound of church bells drifts in the breeze, evoking a sense of ethereal peace and tranquility... It's a style my children and I absolutely adore. The room also comes with a generous selection of food and beverages, all included in the room rate. The service charge accepts both credit and cash, which is very flexible. The bathroom sink plug was broken, so I called customer service. Upon opening the door, the handsome front desk guy came to fix it. Without a word, he took off his suit and quickly fixed it. This multi-person experience isn't limited to domestic use. My children said they probably waited for the repairman to arrive, and they didn't know when.

GGuest UserThe location is very good, there are many foods nearby, very close to the shopping street pedestrian street. Self-driving parking for 19 euros a day, and after checking out the next day, we agreed to let us continue to park for a while. When I left, my friend's car hit, and the hotel staff was very patient to accompany the problem. Very friendly, a beautiful young lady, thank you!
Recommend this hotel to all my fellow travelers.

AAnonymous UserSpacious, bright and hygienic, without the smell of old houses. The location is very good. It is located at the corner of the old city center, opposite the square transportation hub. There is a large department store in front and a supermarket in the back. There are many restaurants around and there are many restaurants on the pedestrian street opposite, which is full of style. The two large windows have great views, and most attractions can be covered on foot. Note that there is only Wi-Fi in public areas; there is no air conditioning, but there are fans and heaters; the private parking lot is diagonally across the road, and the parking garage driveway is very narrow, so you need to go to the front desk to get the garage key first. Overall, the price-performance ratio is super high, very satisfied👍

GGuest UserHeidelberg is worth visiting, it is a very comfortable city. First of all, the hotel is very close to the highway exit. Although it is on the side, it is very convenient to go to the central square. Parking on the roadside is free. The front desk guy is very humorous and street free. Of course, if you want to be safe, you can also park in the parking lot next to it for 10 euros. Secondly, although the room is small, it has everything. The bathroom is still OK and not crowded. The family room for three people is enough and feels quite warm. Finally, Heidelberg is beautiful in the morning. Walking on the Philosopher's Trail and overlooking the entire old town of Heidelberg is still very impressive. In addition, Heidelberg Castle is also worth going up. Looking at the old town from here, you can take pictures of the red bricks and white walls on the postcard.

MMichaelOverall we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is close to the train and bus station so good for those arriving after a long journey. It’s also not too far from the downtown area and has easy access to public transportation. The room was a little small but very comfortable. We didn’t have too many interactions with staff but we were fortunate that the check in desk was open when we arrived as they are only open a few hours a day and the self check in machine could not recognise my booking.

Reception: allowed early check in; they don’t always have someone at the counter so just give them a call and they will open the door for you (met some other guests, really nice people who helped me make the call!)
Lift: old and small but it works!
Room: double bed = 2 single bed merge together. had some flies initially because they left the window open to air it, service staff helped to get the flies out.
Toilet: small but manageable if you are petite, may not be suitable for big size people as the bathing area is small.
Transport: took RNV20 to and fro to the furnicular (which led to other tourist areas), super convenient!
