"Location: across the street, ~5 mins from the hbf.
Reception: allowed early check in; they don’t always have someone at the counter so just give them a call and they will open the door for you (met some other guests, really nice people who helped me make the call!)
Lift: old and small but it works!
Room: double bed = 2 single bed merge together. had some flies initially because they left the window open to air it, service staff helped to get the flies out.
Toilet: small but manageable if you are petite, may not be suitable for big size people as the bathing area is small.
Transport: took RNV20 to and fro to the furnicular (which led to other tourist areas), super convenient!"

"The location is unique! Go out and turn right 20 meters is the copper monkey! The waiter is very good, there are apples in the elevator room to take. There is a hot water bottle without slippers. Breakfast also has cheese cake! good. However, the hotel sent an email at 1 pm on the day of check-in, there was no hot water, either could not take a bath or change the hotel. Very affecting the mood! However, Trip.com communication was very fast and compensation was given. We later decided to stay at this hotel and did not take a bath. People who book this hotel have to be careful about hot water system problems."

"The advantage is that it is a quiet neighborhood, not crowded, and there is a large supermarket nearby, so shopping is easy.
Parking was free in front of the hotel and smart TV was available.

The downside was that the soundproofing wasn't good, so there was a lot of noise between floors, and the hallway was a bit noisy. There were a lot of bugs and mosquitoes."

This is one of the few privately owned five-star hotels in Europe. It is indeed a five-star hotel in terms of rooms, services, breakfast, etc. The room is European style, simple and comfortable, and it is worth experiencing. A room for 3 people can have an extra bed, which is a wall bed, which is relatively rare. It was a surprise on this trip to Europe.

I have two rooms in December before Christmas and it was one of the most comfortable bed I had for the two weeks trip. Two nights here and my baby son loves their breakfast. It comes with hot food and cold cuts, cheese and on table side orders for eggs. I tried the shashouka but I don’t really like it because the cumin was too strong. I had lovely champagne for my breakfast and can’t complaint more. Coffee normal, tea selections are great! I would come back again to this chain hotel. The only bad things is the location is slight far from train station, we pulled 2 big luggages, 1 medium size luggage, 1 stroller all the way to the hotel and decided to call for taxi when we depart.
Afterall good stay and safe and quiet neighbourhood.

杨The location of the hotel is very good. The Lake Lucerne capel bridge is just outside the balcony. It’s easy to walk to the city center. It’s just hard to find the road to the hotel by car. The parking fee of 33 Swiss francs a night is also staggering

The staff at the reception (in the main house) was very friendly and polite. The room in the Guesthouse was very large, very well equipped, King-Size bed, large window with large balcony. The rest of the night and Sunday morning was unexpectedly very good despite the dense construction!
The price-performance ratio is TOP!

青草叶Right on the Neckar River, on the other side of the river is Heidelberg, a good location.
The breakfast is good, there are free parking spaces on the street, and the hotel has paid parking spaces.

韦Maintenance is underway near the railway station. In the past, the hotel had to cross a small bridge;
The room is more spacious. Compared with the hotels in Frankfurt, the heating in the room is sufficient. The front desk of the hotel has bread and coffee every day, which can be taken for free. The croissants are delicious;
The hotel breakfast is 10EUR/person, which is not suitable for the Chinese stomach and the variety is barren; there is a dining cart on the road in front of the hotel, and the roasted chicken legs are not bad, 2 euros apiece.
Overall recommendation.
