HHim&YingRooms are cozy and tidy. Amenities and facilities are sufficient I would say. Breakfast was definitely delightful, with the glass ceiling and amazing service, what a way to stay the day!
Location wise, it’s okay convenient. It depends on how you are travelling. It is very close to the bus and tram station and of course the Christmas markets and shopping streets. But it is a bit far to the Train Station.

ZZhiailansedemaoThis is a truly perfect hotel, spacious and bright, with a striking design. It has two rooms, one inside and one outside, and the sofa bed in the outer room is incredibly comfortable and high-quality. The window overlooks the street, and the sound of church bells drifts in the breeze, evoking a sense of ethereal peace and tranquility... It's a style my children and I absolutely adore. The room also comes with a generous selection of food and beverages, all included in the room rate. The service charge accepts both credit and cash, which is very flexible. The bathroom sink plug was broken, so I called customer service. Upon opening the door, the handsome front desk guy came to fix it. Without a word, he took off his suit and quickly fixed it. This multi-person experience isn't limited to domestic use. My children said they probably waited for the repairman to arrive, and they didn't know when.

GGuest UserAn sich ein zauberhaftes Hotel, sauber, geräumig, komfortabel. Allerdings wennman das Zimmer direkt nebe/vor einem Kaffeevolautomaten auf dem Flur hat, sollte man besser auch sonntags zu den extremen Frhaufstehern zählen. Leider bin ich nur früh um 4:00, nach einer Veranstaltung erst zurück gekommen. Es hat keinen Spaß gemacht in unregelmässigen Abständen ab 7:00 Uhr morgens aus dem Tiefschlaf gerissen zu werden, durch das Gefühl eines Kaffevollautamten auf dem Kopfkissen neben einen - also akustisch.
Und der Vorschlag der Auszubildenden am Empfang, dass sie da nichts für einen tun könnte zur Wiedergutmachung hat mich auch bei meiner müden, stundenlangen Heimfahrt nicht trösten können. Unverschämt fand ich, dass noch erwähnt wurde, dass ich ja nur ein Zimmer der unteren Preiskategorie gebucht hätte, bei den höherpreisigen Zimmern, wäre mein Zimmer ruhiger gewesen. Hätte ich geahnt, das 80€/Nacht ohne Frühstück mich nur mit Schlaf bis um 7:00 bemächtigen, hätte ich ich für ein anderes Etablissement entscheiden :-(

CcclantianHotel front desk service is very good. It is a very old hotel, the key we used feels like the 18th century. Most rooms have terraces. It feels like a typical German country-style hotel with a good view around. It is about 10 minutes drive from the King Lake boat ride and about 30-40 minutes walk.
The bed is soft and the bathroom is small.

杨杨The location of the hotel is very good. The Lake Lucerne capel bridge is just outside the balcony. It’s easy to walk to the city center. It’s just hard to find the road to the hotel by car. The parking fee of 33 Swiss francs a night is also staggering

GGuest UserBefore I went, I learned from the evaluation that the room smelled and was mentally prepared, but in addition, the wifi was completely unreceived. The room is on the top floor and there is no elevator. Shared toilets are clean.
