"The hotel's location is excellent, just a 2-3 minute walk from the main train station. All the staff I encountered were professional, helpful, and very friendly. The hotel lobby has a small shop, and in the evenings, many guests would buy drinks and snacks to chat and relax in the restaurant area, which was very pleasant. The hotel WiFi was also very good. The room was well-equipped, the bed was comfortable, and it was very quiet. There's also a self-service laundry area; you need to buy a special token at the front desk for 6 Euros, which allows for a 180-minute wash. Drying also requires a token, providing 100 minutes of drying time. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. If I had to find a minor fault, it would be that the shower drain was a bit slow, causing some minor pooling."

"This isn't our first time staying at this chain of hotels. The staff is polite, the beds and mattresses are comfortable, and there's a kettle in the room, with one cup of tea and coffee in sticks, two glasses, and two cups. There's no refrigerator. During our two-night stay, we noticed that the towels weren't changed or the trash taken out, but I'm sure the staff would be happy to assist if you're concerned. The iron clothes racks at this particular hotel aren't very convenient: there's no closet, and the racks are located in the middle of the room, making it easy to accidentally hit your head. Sharing a blanket between two people is also inconvenient—I requested two separate blankets in my message, but apparently the staff doesn't always honor these requests, or doesn't read them. Please note that you will be required to pay an additional tourist tax of €3.50 per person per night upon check-in."

"We booked this for a short stop in Heidelberg after our flight from the US before further travel. We wanted to find accommodations that were more roomy than a standard hotel. What I didn’t realize when I booked the room was that it is not a full service hotel but rather more of a luxurious extended stay apartment ( in a beautifully refurbished former cigar factory!). And what a nice surprise: Gibreel contacted us ahead of time to inquire about any requests we’d have for stocking food; he greeted us promptly on arrival and was always available for help with anything we might need, day or night. He’d made a point not only to stock the fridge with our requested food, but to also make sure he left some freshly baked croissants from a local bakery! The 2 bedroom suite was modern, beautifully furnished, well equipped (full kitchen!) and perfectly maintained, in a very nice quiet neighborhood just about 1km from the Old Town. It’s a great apartment setup for anyone needing a room for an extended stay for business (great WiFi), medical or other reasons. A big thanks to Gibreel for making our stay so easy and comfortable!"

The biggest issue was that there was no elevator to our floor, so we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs, which was very inconvenient. The location is also not ideal. "The hotel itself is charming—clean, spacious, and comfortable. However, if your room is right next to a fully automatic coffee machine in the hallway, you'd better be an extreme early riser, even on Sundays. Unfortunately, I only got back at 4:00 a.m. after an event. It was no fun being jolted awake at irregular intervals from 7:00 a.m. onwards by the sound of a coffee machine on my pillow—the noise, that is. And the trainee at reception's suggestion that there was nothing she could do to make it up to me didn't console me at all during my tired, hours-long drive home. I found it outrageous that they even mentioned I had only booked a lower-priced room; my room would have been quieter in the higher price category. Had I known that €80/night without breakfast would only allow me to sleep until 7:00, I would have chosen a different establishment :-("

A young man with a very good service attitude in front of us told us that we can get a room at 1 o'clock. Later, when the shift changed, we were not allowed to check in until 4 o'clock anyway. The transportation is extremely convenient and it is quiet in the bustling city. I am very satisfied. For environmental awareness, the room is cleaned once every two days; there is no one at the front desk after 8 pm, and you need to use the room card to enter and exit the side door, which is understandable, but a bit inconvenient."
