The room was clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. The entire hotel smelled lovely. Breakfast was abundant and hygienic. I especially want to commend the service; it's the best I've experienced in any hotel. Every staff member, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping, had a great attitude. Thumbs up, perfect! Thank you all for your hard work and dedication!

I booked a room like the one shown in the picture for 2 nights. It stated that check-in was available after 2:00 PM. I arrived to check in after 2:00 PM, but when I called, the staff informed me that the room I had booked had already been given to someone else because they couldn’t reach me by phone. My phone number is a Thailand number, and I did not receive any missed calls from the staff at all. I did not cancel the booking, and I had only made the reservation one day before my stay because I saw that there was availability. The app no longer allowed me to request a refund, and they also refused to offer any discount. As a result, I had to stay in a different room that was completely different from the one shown in the pictures, because I didn’t want to waste time looking for a new place and ruin my travel plans. It was only on the second day that I was finally moved to the room I had originally booked. However, I did not receive any compensation at all. The staff also asked me to cancel the booking in the app and book directly with them instead, even though the app no longer allowed me to request a refund. Ps. I booked the white room shown in the picture, but on the first night I was given a different room with green walls like the one in the picture instead.

I stayed in Weihai for 3 days, and unfortunately, the weather was bad for about a day and a half. For a coastal city, the weather is crucial; when it's bad, the sea looks murky. This hotel offers great value for money, and it's very clean. They use disposable towels, and the bath towels come sealed in bags, which gives a comforting impression. The hotel is also conveniently located, about a 10-minute walk from Hanlefang.

Personally, I feel that the check-in procedure is formal, the front desk lady is very nice, the room is quite large, there is a washing machine and clothes hanger, you can see the sea, and the view is wide, but the sewer in the bathroom smells bad, the decoration style of the rooms on high floors is different from the pictures, and the facilities are really average. You need to carefully confirm what room it is when booking. In addition, there was really someone turning the door handle back and forth outside. I don’t know if it was turning my room or the opposite room. The sound was very loud, which was definitely different from the sound of the wind blowing the door. It could also be someone else’s door. In the end, it was around 9 o’clock in the morning, and I heard the sound of the door opening. Anyway, I was scared awake two or three times. Finally, you really have to be more careful when traveling in the off-season.

I loved this resort! I highly recommend staying here for an amazing and relaxing time! The hotel is excellent! It was clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The front desk even had a fantastic girl that spoke perfect English. I spent most of my time soaking in the numerous hot springs, and there are at least 20 of them. There is also an indoor pool and hot tubs, and the outdoor pool will be open in May. There was this darling worker who kept the tea coming all the time. I'd ask for a lake view the next time so I could sit in the room and enjoy the view. The restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was also really well stocked. The only thing I would add is yougart. I can overstate what a wonderful experience this weekend was. If you are wanting to go into the city and see the sights, it is a little far, around 75RMB for a DiDi. And the spa, although it was really nice, was on the expensive side. I will be back! 10/10

The hotel is very close to Gumo Morning Market, about 200 meters. The room is new, but the hot water for showering is not enough. After one person showers, there is no hot water for the second person, which is inconvenient. The elevator is quite slow and it is difficult to wait. There is only one set of toothbrushes, but there are three combs... Parking is inconvenient

I asked for a non-smoking room, and I think that the hotel did give me one. But there is something everyone should know about who goes to China. Many still smoke indoors, even near kids. No room is truly free from smoke, I imagine. My room had a weak smell of smoke, and that scent was in all the places, from the lobby and lifts to the corridor. Still, the hotel staff were friendly and kind throughout my stay. Talking to them may be difficult if you do not speak Mandarin, as most staff know a little English, but a translation app helps a lot. They were all kind and happy to help. This was my first trip to Weihai, and the trip was for a friend’s wedding in one of the hotel’s halls. So, the spot was quite good for the event. If you go to Weihai just to see sites or other fun spots, you might want to look at other places to stay. That said, the hotel has a sweet sea view and parks by the sea, which is nice for a slow walk and some clean air.

You can see Bloubergstrand right when you wake up, and the beach is super close, just a short walk away. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, the environment and hygiene here are much cleaner, and there are no strange smells. Plus, the front desk lady was very helpful and accommodating; we arrived quite late at night, and she was still very attentive and responsible.

This was my first time staying in a deluxe sea view king room at Rongcheng Nishi Haitai, and I was absolutely thrilled with the experience! Stepping onto the balcony, you're greeted by the stunning blue ocean – a panorama of sky blue and sea blue that really amplifies the sense of vastness. The room was spacious and clean, the king-size bed was just the right firmness, and the hygiene was meticulously done. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the hotel facilities were comprehensive, with a private beach right outside. It’s a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The forest scenery is incredibly healing, and it offers great value for money. I decisively extended my stay!

The price is not expensive in Weihai, the sanitation of the accommodation is much better than the same price of the hotel, it is recommended, the decoration is very beautiful and odorless.
