"The Sylvia Hotel Weihai is definitely the top choice for anyone visiting Weihai! The location is superb – you can go downstairs and walk straight into Hanlefang Night Market, making it incredibly convenient for dining and exploring. It's also a very short drive to Weihai Station. The room is spacious, and the high-floor, floor-to-ceiling windows offer expansive views of both the sea and the city, which are both stunning. The bathroom is well-equipped with a bathtub and a separate wet/dry area. The bedding was super comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean. The breakfast selection is rich, offering both Korean and local Jiaodong specialties. Both the front desk staff and housekeeping provided incredibly attentive and thoughtful service. Parking is free, which makes getting around and sightseeing very easy. The value for money is exceptional, highly recommended!"

"Weihai is such a clean city. This time, I learned that Liugong Island requires reservations. When I was checking in, I asked the front desk staff, Tonia, about it. She was incredibly patient and thorough, explaining the official reservation channels, the need to book in advance, and the real-name ticketing requirements. She also thoughtfully reminded me about the ferry terminal location and boat times. Her explanation was clear and comprehensive, and her attitude was friendly and warm. She instantly solved our travel dilemma! The next day, she even kindly checked in with us about our sightseeing experience, informed us about the weather, and reminded us about breakfast times. This kind of service when you're away from home is so heartwarming. The hotel service experience was exceptional, and I'll definitely bring my family back next time."

"This stay exceeded our expectations! The shuttle service was very prompt. Both the pick-up driver and Mr. Liang, who drove us to the station, provided excellent service, actively helping with our luggage and giving directions. Upon check-in, considering we were a family, the staff thoughtfully arranged our two rooms on the same floor and even gave us a free room upgrade, which was incredibly considerate. Manager Ren, in particular, consistently checked in on our stay, showing great attention to detail. The hotel cleaning was also excellent, with items in our room replaced promptly every day. All staff maintained a smiling and high-quality service attitude. The breakfast buffet also deserves praise; there was a wide variety of delicious options."

"This was my first time visiting Weihai, and I chose the Crowne Plaza Weihai Binhai, near Xiaoyao Bay, for easy access to attractions along the eastern route by car. Overall, my stay was excellent. The hotel is new, comfortable, and the service was very attentive. The room had a nice view overlooking Xiaoyao Lake, where I could see people fishing – a very relaxed atmosphere. It's about a 3 km drive to Xiaoyao Bay beach, and parking fees weren't expensive. We even caught a beautiful sunset in the evening. I highly recommend the hotel's indoor pool. It’s clean and comfortable, and besides the standard pool, there are two shallower splash pools, which are great for kids. The pool is connected to the main building by an indoor walkway, so if you enjoy swimming, you can go directly from your room and easily return for a shower and rest afterward. For dining, the breakfast was generally good. When I was hungry in the evening, I tried ordering a pizza from the all-day dining restaurant for room service, and it was surprisingly delicious. We also had two lunches at the Chinese restaurant, and both the noodles and pig trotters were excellent. During our two-night stay, all the staff we encountered were incredibly warm and friendly. A special thank you to Molly, who promptly answered all our questions and handled our requests during check-in, making the entire experience smooth and reassuring."

"Overall, a really great hotel. As a visitor from the south, I honestly didn't have high expectations for hotel cleanliness in popular tourist cities here, and other places indeed left a lot to be desired (no need to name names). However, this hotel far exceeded my expectations. From its prime location to its impeccable cleanliness, and the excellent service attitude of the staff, everything was top-notch. Yufei and Xiao Wang at the front desk were incredibly patient, and the uncle directing parking at the entrance was very responsible. When I arrived, there were no parking spots, so he helped me find a safe place and guided me on how to park, all with a constant smile. The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite Weigao Plaza. It's just a 5-minute walk through the food street to Haigangwan, where the sea football field is quite spectacular. I later learned that Banner Ritine is highly regarded in Shandong, and for my trip next year to the Shandong Peninsula (Yantai, Weihai, Qingdao), this hotel will definitely be my first choice."

"I came here for a relaxing seaside getaway and chose this guesthouse because I wanted to watch the sunrise from my room. The room is very spacious and incredibly well-equipped, with a fridge, projector, and washing machine. The fridge, in particular, was a huge plus for me! Thumbs up! The balcony offers direct sea views, so you can literally lie in bed and gaze at the ocean. I set my alarm to catch the sunrise, and it was pure bliss to wake up and just draw back the curtains to see it! So happy!! The service was also excellent. On the day I checked in, they called me just as I was looking for the front desk's coffee shop, and guided me there. After adding the housekeeper on WeChat, it was super easy to communicate any needs I had. It's also very close to the beach, just a few minutes' walk. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and ordering takeout is convenient. I guess it's off-season right now? The price was incredibly affordable. Highly recommend!"

The room was clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. The entire hotel smelled lovely. Breakfast was abundant and hygienic. I especially want to commend the service; it's the best I've experienced in any hotel. Every staff member, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping, had a great attitude. Super Convenient Location! This place is in a prime spot! It’s incredibly close to both the bus station (coming from Yantai) and the high-speed railway station (coming from Qingdao). You can easily walk there in less than 10 minutes, which made traveling so hassle-free. Smooth Check-In & Lovely Room The property is inside a condo-style building that hosts multiple hotels. For this one, just head up to the 12th floor to check in. I arrived early around 11:00 AM, and they kindly let me check in right away! The room itself was very spacious, clean, and fully equipped with amenities. It has a nice window, and you can adjust the AC yourself, which was great. Great Amenities & Helpful Staff The staff were wonderful and super helpful via WeChat, making communication so easy. The location is also fantastic—it’s right near the Hanlefang Pedestrian Street. There are about 3 convenience stores right underneath the building and 3–4 restaurants nearby, so finding food or snacks is never an issue. Plus, getting to other tourist attractions by taxi from here is super convenient! Summary: Perfect location, great facilities, and wonderful service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Weihai! 💖

Staying at this hotel: The front desk staff were warm and attentive, the hotel was clean and hygienic, and it was very quiet at night. Parking was convenient. The hotel is located in the city center, with a park right outside the door. The surrounding environment is elegant, making it a great place for morning exercise. It's less than 300 meters from the beach, and the sports center and beach are just across the pedestrian street and Weigao Plaza. Dining is very convenient, with food stalls everywhere along the pedestrian street and Weigao Plaza!

It was great to stay in this hotel in Weihai for three nights. The location is very good, just opposite the Weihai Campus of Shandong University. You can reach the No. 1 Beach and Torch 8th Street by crossing the campus. The most satisfying thing is the food and beverage in this hotel. The breakfast is super rich and delicious. By the way, the hotel also offers a set meal of sea intestines and rice. The price is acceptable and it is also very delicious. If I have the chance to go to Weihai, I will stay in this hotel again. When I left the hotel, I was given a gift bag of snacks that my children love to eat. It was full of sincerity.

I loved this resort! I highly recommend staying here for an amazing and relaxing time! The hotel is excellent! It was clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The front desk even had a fantastic girl that spoke perfect English. I spent most of my time soaking in the numerous hot springs, and there are at least 20 of them. There is also an indoor pool and hot tubs, and the outdoor pool will be open in May. There was this darling worker who kept the tea coming all the time. I'd ask for a lake view the next time so I could sit in the room and enjoy the view. The restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was also really well stocked. The only thing I would add is yougart. I can overstate what a wonderful experience this weekend was. If you are wanting to go into the city and see the sights, it is a little far, around 75RMB for a DiDi. And the spa, although it was really nice, was on the expensive side. I will be back! 10/10

This stay was amazing. The room was very spacious and extremely clean, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The shower was large with strong water pressure, and the beds were very comfortable. The room was also nicely warm, which was especially important for us as we stayed during winter. The absolute highlight was the huge panoramic window with a stunning view of the wrecked ship. The hotel is located right on the beach, making it easy to be among the first to take photos of the ship in the morning. Having a bathtub placed in front of the panoramic window created a truly unique and atmospheric experience. The hotel also has a lovely café in the lobby with delicious food and drinks. While the breakfast was a bit simpler than a typical European buffet and required some waiting, it was still a nice addition to the stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, this hotel offers fantastic views, comfort, and a memorable atmosphere—I would definitely recommend it.

Before leaving Beijing, I booked the Nishi Haitai Resort Hotel on Ctrip. Although the online review was only 4.1, I still firmly chose this hotel. You can watch the sunrise while lying on the bed, face the sea, blow the sea breeze and listen to the sound of the waves. The hotel has a private beach. The elevator goes to the B1 floor and you can walk to the lighthouse, Lily Bay, Children's Palace, Sakura Lake, Seaside Park, etc. along the beach. You can also take the bus No. 117 or No. 289 in front of the door. Bus No. 117 goes directly to Huaxing Bridge, a popular check-in place. 2. The hotel lobby is magnificent and unique, with the most distinctive various bear toys, which are posed differently every day. In addition, you can watch the sea from the public platform on each floor of the hotel, and there is a children's playground on each floor, which is suitable for walking babies. 3.
