"The hotel's location is pretty good, backing onto Hanlefang and close to Weihai Station. However, the heating in the room was really poor; it ran for several hours with no noticeable effect. They don't even have a food delivery robot, so you have to go down to the first floor to pick up your takeout. Losing your room card costs 20 yuan to replace. For a 600 yuan hotel, they're really nitpicking over small things like that. The front desk service was quite mediocre. Overall, the experience was just average, though the hotel's hygiene was decent."

I'd like to specially mention Hai Xia Jie and Jing Jing – their service attitude was superb. Hai Xia Jie decorated the room for the birthday, and the swan towel art was incredibly lifelike. Jing Jing thoughtfully sent us a guide to touring Weihai. The moment we checked out, we regretted not booking a few more days!"

Then I stumbled upon a comment suggesting that in Weihai, one should choose local brands, so I booked this one. Honestly, I was a bit nervous because of the low price, but it turned out to be amazing value for money! For a 400-yuan hotel, the service was exceptional, comparable to a five-star hotel. Special thanks to Sister Zhang Li and security guard Xiao Wang for their warm and thoughtful service; they even let us borrow sand-digging tools. The breakfast was incredibly rich and diverse. The hotel has three restaurants, making it a top choice for families with kids who don't want to venture out. Plus, it's right opposite Weigao Plaza, within walking distance to the beach football field, and convenient for getting to other places. "I specifically want to commend the front desk staff, D and T. Their service was absolutely excellent. They were warm and generous, and their service was meticulous and thoughtful. Check-in and check-out were efficient throughout, and they even proactively explained hotel注意事项 (hotel guidelines/important information). Whenever I had questions about sightseeing, they both took the time to carefully help me plan my routes. Even with a large flow of guests and a busy schedule, they remained incredibly patient and always maintained a gentle demeanor. They were proactive in helping to coordinate and resolve any issues, and their service was never perfunctory. "Coming during the off-season meant fewer people and a peaceful atmosphere. The ocean-view room had huge floor-to-ceiling windows, so I could watch the sunrise and sunset right from bed. There was also a big bathtub, and they even provided disposable bath liners, which was a real treat. I brought my dog along this time, and he loved it too, constantly sitting by the bed staring at the sea – he was so happy! But more than the room, I absolutely adored the hostess! She's like a walking encyclopedia of Weihai! Every day, I'd just bug her for recommendations, skipping all the planning and getting to try all sorts of delicious food. It was perfect for a lazy person like me; I just arrived, relaxed, and enjoyed the food and sights! Absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend it!"

"The room was spacious and bright, with a full-wall window offering stunning sea views. I could sit and watch the ocean for hours each day, feeling completely rejuvenated. Weihai in winter wasn't even that cold; I could enjoy the sea breeze and watch the sunrise from the balcony. The guesthouse manager and cleaning staff were incredibly helpful; I could contact them directly without needing to go to a front desk, which I really appreciated. Downstairs was also very convenient, with a 30-year-old local restaurant serving delicious, home-style food – it was a really comfortable dining experience. The staff there were so warm and welcoming, always smiling. Along the coast, there were also coffee shops, a supermarket, and even a KFC for breakfast. As for the sea itself, haha, I won't even try to describe it; some things are just meant to be kept in your heart. Happy New Year 2026!"

AAnonymous UserI booked a room like the one shown in the picture for 2 nights. It stated that check-in was available after 2:00 PM. I arrived to check in after 2:00 PM, but when I called, the staff informed me that the room I had booked had already been given to someone else because they couldn’t reach me by phone. My phone number is a Thailand number, and I did not receive any missed calls from the staff at all.
I did not cancel the booking, and I had only made the reservation one day before my stay because I saw that there was availability. The app no longer allowed me to request a refund, and they also refused to offer any discount.
As a result, I had to stay in a different room that was completely different from the one shown in the pictures, because I didn’t want to waste time looking for a new place and ruin my travel plans. It was only on the second day that I was finally moved to the room I had originally booked. However, I did not receive any compensation at all.
The staff also asked me to cancel the booking in the app and book directly with them instead, even though the app no longer allowed me to request a refund.
Ps. I booked the white room shown in the picture, but on the first night I was given a different room with green walls like the one in the picture instead.

KKinogegeOur trip to Weihai was made even more enjoyable thanks to this hotel's excellent service. Since we were on a road trip, the hotel's proximity to Torch 8th Street was perfect. If you're planning to visit Torch 8th Street, book this place without hesitation – it won't disappoint!
**Cleanliness:** The room was clean and tidy, and all the bedding and amenities were neatly arranged.
**Ambiance:** The hotel's atmosphere was elegant. Even though it's by the road, the soundproofing was excellent.
**Facilities:** They offer free parking, a gym, and a laundry room, all free of charge. It was my first time using a hotel laundry room, and the staff's help was fantastic!
**Service:** A huge thank you to all the front desk staff, restaurant servers, and cleaning ladies! Every single person deserves praise! First and foremost, their 'smile service' – though a short phrase – was consistently delivered. Every staff member greeted us with a warm hello, and even though it sometimes felt a little awkward, it truly made us feel welcome. Any communication with the front desk was met with prompt and effective responses. I've been dealing with gout recently and asked the front desk for ice for my pain – can you believe they gave me a huge bag? I almost felt embarrassed! I stayed for two days, iced for two days, and each time it was a massive bag. While ice packs aren't expensive, their service truly makes a great impression! Oh, and upon check-in, they gave our child a sand-digging set and a shell bracelet, which our kid absolutely loved! The toiletries they provide also smell wonderful – truly commendable!
Of course, everyone has their own experience, and I can't dictate others' opinions, but my two-day stay here was truly excellent. Weihai's winds may be strong, but its people are incredibly warm and welcoming. Grateful for the encounter, and I wish the hotel continued success! Keep up the great work! ❤️

This place is in a prime spot! It’s incredibly close to both the bus station (coming from Yantai) and the high-speed railway station (coming from Qingdao). You can easily walk there in less than 10 minutes, which made traveling so hassle-free.
Smooth Check-In & Lovely Room
The property is inside a condo-style building that hosts multiple hotels. For this one, just head up to the 12th floor to check in. I arrived early around 11:00 AM, and they kindly let me check in right away! The room itself was very spacious, clean, and fully equipped with amenities. It has a nice window, and you can adjust the AC yourself, which was great.
Great Amenities & Helpful Staff
The staff were wonderful and super helpful via WeChat, making communication so easy. The location is also fantastic—it’s right near the Hanlefang Pedestrian Street. There are about 3 convenience stores right underneath the building and 3–4 restaurants nearby, so finding food or snacks is never an issue. Plus, getting to other tourist attractions by taxi from here is super convenient!
Summary: Perfect location, great facilities, and wonderful service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Weihai! 💖

GGuest UserI didn't book a hotel near the sea during the peak holiday. This hotel is a little far away, across a street, but it's still close to the beach. You can see a little bit of the sea from the upper floors, but it's mainly blocked by high-rise buildings in front. The hotel rooms are large, clean and tidy, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, and although the facilities are a little old, it's still good overall, especially the thick door of the room with good sound insulation.

GGuest UserI loved this resort! I highly recommend staying here for an amazing and relaxing time! The hotel is excellent! It was clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The front desk even had a fantastic girl that spoke perfect English. I spent most of my time soaking in the numerous hot springs, and there are at least 20 of them. There is also an indoor pool and hot tubs, and the outdoor pool will be open in May. There was this darling worker who kept the tea coming all the time. I'd ask for a lake view the next time so I could sit in the room and enjoy the view. The restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was also really well stocked. The only thing I would add is yougart. I can overstate what a wonderful experience this weekend was. If you are wanting to go into the city and see the sights, it is a little far, around 75RMB for a DiDi. And the spa, although it was really nice, was on the expensive side. I will be back! 10/10

After one person showers, there is no hot water for the second person, which is inconvenient. The elevator is quite slow and it is difficult to wait. GGuest UserA once-in-a-lifetime romance, waking up in this room, outside the window is the sleeping 100-year-old Bruvis, if you ask me what the biggest surprise of this trip is, I will not hesitate to say that it is the location of this hotel. Originally, I came for the sea view here, but I didn't expect to move the ”history textbook” directly to my eyes. The moment I opened the curtains in the early morning, I was really shocked to the blue sea, lying quietly on the famous Bruvis shipwreck (MV Rena). This feeling is very wonderful. On one side is the sparkle of sunlight on the sea, and on the other is the wreckage of a rusty giant wheel, as if time and space are interlaced at the moment. It is no longer a word in the news, but the daily scenery outside your window.
This is not only a hotel, but also for this eye, it is worth a special trip. This room is the most memorable footnote on this trip.

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite remote. We were planning to go to a few less crowded beaches, but since the hotel has its own, we were tired so we didn't go out and just played here. There is an outdoor infinity pool with seawater, which is a bit dirty. Since we came from Xianghai, the beach here is not clean enough, but it is still OK to swim. The facilities in the hotel rooms are relatively old, but the sea view room is in a good location with a small balcony, which is very comfortable. Two tickets for the bathing at Yingzhiyu were given, mainly because the children wanted to go to the swimming pool, and the children had to pay extra, half-price tickets. The breakfast was very simple, with few varieties and average taste. We rested and played for a night, and the full moon was resurrected, and the children were also very happy. In addition, the service here is also average. The car will help take down the luggage when it arrives, but it is still up to you to do it yourself, including when you leave the hotel. If there is a problem in the middle, you will have to wait a long time before the things are brought over. Maybe there are too many guests and too few service staff, not timely enough, and you need to wait. It is not the most satisfactory, but it is much better than the Xianghai Howard Johnson where I stayed the day before. Xianghai Howard Johnson is garbage. I only want to talk about one question this time: my friend is visiting the beach and wants to have lunch nearby before returning to the hotel to check out. After consultation with our hotel, we want to extend the stay for 2 hours (for free), even 1 hour is fine, because the friend returns to the hotel after dinner Checking out is convenient and saves time. The hotel declined (late check-out) and said it was not allowed according to hotel regulations. Normally, check-out is at 12 o'clock. My friend had to rush back and check out first, and then rush to the beach (to have dinner). If you can't even meet the basic requirements of guests (many hotels in the industry have delayed check-out until 2 pm or even 3 pm), why should you open a hotel? At the same time, after several days of observation, the hotel occupancy rate is not too high. These are not issues of the quality of front desk staff, but management issues that should be reflected on. (no pictures)
