"The hotel's location right next to Kowloon City Mall is super convenient for shopping and dining. You can even access the mall's food court and shops directly from the hotel's fifth-floor fire exit. Plus, there's a taxi stand right at the mall's ground floor entrance, making transportation in and out a breeze. The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, and the front desk staff are young, energetic, and very friendly. They proactively offered us water, and a hotel attendant helped us with our luggage and guided us to our room – excellent service all around. Security is top-notch. You need to swipe your room card to use the elevator, which provides a high sense of safety. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and the restaurant's dining environment is elegant with a great atmosphere. There are even chefs on-site preparing fresh noodles and omelets – very attentive service. The hotel parking is located on the ground floor plaza and is free of charge. If you're driving, it's easier to enter the hotel from Linhai Road, especially when unloading luggage. The room was very clean and bright. The bathroom features a spacious wet/dry separation and the facilities are very new. Mineral water is amply supplied. The cleaning staff are diligent, friendly, and very courteous. Every staff member we encountered in the hotel had a smile on their face and greeted us warmly. What sets this hotel's staff apart is their professionalism and thoughtfulness. They were able to immediately and effectively address any issues we raised. It's a highly recommended hotel, and if I ever return to Weihai, I would definitely choose to stay here again."

"Upon arrival, someone warmly greeted us and helped with our luggage. Emily at the front desk was also very patient and attentive. It was convenient to call a taxi whenever we wanted to go out. We had dinner on the third floor, and the food was delicious; they prepared the dishes exactly as we requested, which was great. The breakfast selection was a bit limited compared to a five-star hotel. Getting a taxi to Xiaoyao Bay cost only 10 yuan."

"This resort is amazing. I came here twice during April because I loved the experience so much! The area is beautiful. It's super relaxing to soak in the hot springs, and they are in a beautiful landscaped area. I loved the ladies that were outside handing out delicious ginger tea. They were so attentive. In fact, all the staff was super kind and friendly and went out of their way to make this a fantastic experience. The restaurant food is very good. The breakfast is well done with lots of options. If you are a westerner, you will not find any western food. I am, and I do love Chinese food, but on occasion, I would like to have food I'm familiar with. That's just me. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a lake in the back that is nice to walk around. The nearby village is also pleasant to walk to. This resort is far from the tourist attractions, but DiDi's are available, it's just a little pricey to travel into the city of Wehai. The nearest train station is Weihainanhai. It's closer to the resort. About 40 RMB to get there. Don't let the private drivers rip you off into paying 60RMB. ( I had that experience.) I would highly recommend this resort, and will be back again in the future."

The balcony door was stuck and couldn't be opened, and no complimentary bottled water was provided in the room. Environment: The location is quite isolated, with no amenities or conveniences in the surrounding area. Service: The route from the front desk to the room felt like a maze, and there was absolutely no staff guidance. I specifically booked this hotel for its hot springs/bathing facilities, only to be told during check-in that they incurred a separate charge, and what's worse, there was no option to even pay extra to access them!"

I found that the equipment was a little stuck at one o'clock in the morning. I tried to contact the front desk. I didn't expect the engineer to come up in slippers. While overhauling, he calmed our emotions. It was solved perfectly in less than ten minutes. More rare is that when they checked out the next day, they also apologized and presented a drink coupon. Although the problem was not big, this responsible attitude made people feel good. Room service is also on call, whether it is cleaning the room or renting peripherals, it is always a smile to trot to do.
