CcherylzcWhat a pleasant surprise, definitely five stars! Firstly, the facilities are excellent, probably because it was newly renovated last year. I really like the German-style decor! Secondly, the service is superb. They pay special attention to guests with children and ask for minor's information just in case, which is highly commendable. The staff are also very polite and make you feel welcome. The breakfast is great; the mackerel dumplings are delicious, and the fruit is very fresh. I particularly love their coffee; it's very aromatic, and there's also a coffee machine in the lobby, which is very convenient. If any friends come to Weihai, I highly recommend this hotel!

Everyday put complimentary fruits or vegetables, and come snacks. Minus is where's no safebox, and no hangers for towels in the bathroom.

SSaiwaiyundanfengqingIt was great to stay in this hotel in Weihai for three nights. The location is very good, just opposite the Weihai Campus of Shandong University. You can reach the No. 1 Beach and Torch 8th Street by crossing the campus. The most satisfying thing is the food and beverage in this hotel. The breakfast is super rich and delicious. By the way, the hotel also offers a set meal of sea intestines and rice. The price is acceptable and it is also very delicious. If I have the chance to go to Weihai, I will stay in this hotel again. When I left the hotel, I was given a gift bag of snacks that my children love to eat. It was full of sincerity.

GGuest UserI loved this resort! I highly recommend staying here for an amazing and relaxing time! The hotel is excellent! It was clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The front desk even had a fantastic girl that spoke perfect English. I spent most of my time soaking in the numerous hot springs, and there are at least 20 of them. There is also an indoor pool and hot tubs, and the outdoor pool will be open in May. There was this darling worker who kept the tea coming all the time. I'd ask for a lake view the next time so I could sit in the room and enjoy the view. The restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was also really well stocked. The only thing I would add is yougart. I can overstate what a wonderful experience this weekend was. If you are wanting to go into the city and see the sights, it is a little far, around 75RMB for a DiDi. And the spa, although it was really nice, was on the expensive side. I will be back! 10/10

KKittenMacMuffinThis stay was amazing. The room was very spacious and extremely clean, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The shower was large with strong water pressure, and the beds were very comfortable. The room was also nicely warm, which was especially important for us as we stayed during winter.
The absolute highlight was the huge panoramic window with a stunning view of the wrecked ship. The hotel is located right on the beach, making it easy to be among the first to take photos of the ship in the morning. Having a bathtub placed in front of the panoramic window created a truly unique and atmospheric experience.
The hotel also has a lovely café in the lobby with delicious food and drinks. While the breakfast was a bit simpler than a typical European buffet and required some waiting, it was still a nice addition to the stay.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, this hotel offers fantastic views, comfort, and a memorable atmosphere—I would definitely recommend it.

GGuest UserI asked for a non-smoking room, and I think that the hotel did give me one. But there is something everyone should know about who goes to China. Many still smoke indoors, even near kids. No room is truly free from smoke, I imagine. My room had a weak smell of smoke, and that scent was in all the places, from the lobby and lifts to the corridor. Still, the hotel staff were friendly and kind throughout my stay. Talking to them may be difficult if you do not speak Mandarin, as most staff know a little English, but a translation app helps a lot. They were all kind and happy to help. This was my first trip to Weihai, and the trip was for a friend’s wedding in one of the hotel’s halls. So, the spot was quite good for the event. If you go to Weihai just to see sites or other fun spots, you might want to look at other places to stay. That said, the hotel has a sweet sea view and parks by the sea, which is nice for a slow walk and some clean air.

It is very close to the beach. Disadvantages: 1. The check-in location is quite far from the accommodation; 2. The bedsheets feel bumpy and pilling; 3. There are mosquitoes in the room at night. After a night's sleep, my ten fingers and my family members' necks were bitten by something inexplicably. There were also small blisters, which were extremely itchy, especially at night when the itchiness made it hard to sleep. I hope you will pay more attention to hygiene in the future.

Later, it was confirmed that my choice was absolutely correct. The hotel is good in all aspects and must be given 100 points. 1. The hotel is in a good location. You can watch the sunrise while lying on the bed, face the sea, blow the sea breeze and listen to the sound of the waves. The hotel has a private beach. The elevator goes to the B1 floor and you can walk to the lighthouse, Lily Bay, Children's Palace, Sakura Lake, Seaside Park, etc. along the beach. You can also take the bus No. 117 or No. 289 in front of the door. Bus No. 117 goes directly to Huaxing Bridge, a popular check-in place. 2. The hotel lobby is magnificent and unique, with the most distinctive various bear toys, which are posed differently every day. In addition, you can watch the sea from the public platform on each floor of the hotel, and there is a children's playground on each floor, which is suitable for walking babies. 3. The hotel has a variety of breakfasts, roasted tobacco potatoes, meat sauce buns, and fried dough sticks must be tasted, and different fruits are served every day. Lunch and dinner can also be served at the hotel, the dishes taste good and the price is reasonable. 4. I only want to talk about one question this time: my friend is visiting the beach and wants to have lunch nearby before returning to the hotel to check out. After consultation with our hotel, we want to extend the stay for 2 hours (for free), even 1 hour is fine, because the friend returns to the hotel after dinner Checking out is convenient and saves time. The hotel declined (late check-out) and said it was not allowed according to hotel regulations. Normally, check-out is at 12 o'clock. My friend had to rush back and check out first, and then rush to the beach (to have dinner). If you can't even meet the basic requirements of guests (many hotels in the industry have delayed check-out until 2 pm or even 3 pm), why should you open a hotel? At the same time, after several days of observation, the hotel occupancy rate is not too high. These are not issues of the quality of front desk staff, but management issues that should be reflected on. (no pictures)
