KKinogegeOur trip to Weihai was made even more enjoyable thanks to this hotel's excellent service. Since we were on a road trip, the hotel's proximity to Torch 8th Street was perfect. If you're planning to visit Torch 8th Street, book this place without hesitation – it won't disappoint!
**Cleanliness:** The room was clean and tidy, and all the bedding and amenities were neatly arranged.
**Ambiance:** The hotel's atmosphere was elegant. Even though it's by the road, the soundproofing was excellent.
**Facilities:** They offer free parking, a gym, and a laundry room, all free of charge. It was my first time using a hotel laundry room, and the staff's help was fantastic!
**Service:** A huge thank you to all the front desk staff, restaurant servers, and cleaning ladies! Every single person deserves praise! First and foremost, their 'smile service' – though a short phrase – was consistently delivered. Every staff member greeted us with a warm hello, and even though it sometimes felt a little awkward, it truly made us feel welcome. Any communication with the front desk was met with prompt and effective responses. I've been dealing with gout recently and asked the front desk for ice for my pain – can you believe they gave me a huge bag? I almost felt embarrassed! I stayed for two days, iced for two days, and each time it was a massive bag. While ice packs aren't expensive, their service truly makes a great impression! Oh, and upon check-in, they gave our child a sand-digging set and a shell bracelet, which our kid absolutely loved! The toiletries they provide also smell wonderful – truly commendable!
Of course, everyone has their own experience, and I can't dictate others' opinions, but my two-day stay here was truly excellent. Weihai's winds may be strong, but its people are incredibly warm and welcoming. Grateful for the encounter, and I wish the hotel continued success! Keep up the great work! ❤️

GGuest UserIt was my family member's birthday during our stay, and the service exceeded our expectations. Someone helped us with our luggage when we checked in and out, and fresh fruit was replenished daily. Our child even received a kite and beach toys. All the towels in the room were disinfected and sealed, which made us feel very at ease using them. I'd like to specially mention Hai Xia Jie and Jing Jing – their service attitude was superb. Hai Xia Jie decorated the room for the birthday, and the swan towel art was incredibly lifelike. Jing Jing thoughtfully sent us a guide to touring Weihai. The moment we checked out, we regretted not booking a few more days!

GGuest UserI didn't book a hotel near the sea during the peak holiday. This hotel is a little far away, across a street, but it's still close to the beach. You can see a little bit of the sea from the upper floors, but it's mainly blocked by high-rise buildings in front. The hotel rooms are large, clean and tidy, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, and although the facilities are a little old, it's still good overall, especially the thick door of the room with good sound insulation.

GGuest UserI loved this resort! I highly recommend staying here for an amazing and relaxing time! The hotel is excellent! It was clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The front desk even had a fantastic girl that spoke perfect English. I spent most of my time soaking in the numerous hot springs, and there are at least 20 of them. There is also an indoor pool and hot tubs, and the outdoor pool will be open in May. There was this darling worker who kept the tea coming all the time. I'd ask for a lake view the next time so I could sit in the room and enjoy the view. The restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was also really well stocked. The only thing I would add is yougart. I can overstate what a wonderful experience this weekend was. If you are wanting to go into the city and see the sights, it is a little far, around 75RMB for a DiDi. And the spa, although it was really nice, was on the expensive side. I will be back! 10/10

After one person showers, there is no hot water for the second person, which is inconvenient. The elevator is quite slow and it is difficult to wait. There is only one set of toothbrushes, but there are three combs... Parking is inconvenient

GGuest UserA once-in-a-lifetime romance, waking up in this room, outside the window is the sleeping 100-year-old Bruvis, if you ask me what the biggest surprise of this trip is, I will not hesitate to say that it is the location of this hotel. Originally, I came for the sea view here, but I didn't expect to move the ”history textbook” directly to my eyes. The moment I opened the curtains in the early morning, I was really shocked to the blue sea, lying quietly on the famous Bruvis shipwreck (MV Rena). This feeling is very wonderful. On one side is the sparkle of sunlight on the sea, and on the other is the wreckage of a rusty giant wheel, as if time and space are interlaced at the moment. It is no longer a word in the news, but the daily scenery outside your window.
This is not only a hotel, but also for this eye, it is worth a special trip. This room is the most memorable footnote on this trip.

Courtyard 1 is in a very good location, with trees downstairs and windows facing the sea, with statues and museums visible.
At night, after most tourists leave the island, it is very quiet and comfortable. Walking on the beach and touching a few cicada monkeys, I feel that the whole island is my own. It is comfortable.

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite remote. We were planning to go to a few less crowded beaches, but since the hotel has its own, we were tired so we didn't go out and just played here. There is an outdoor infinity pool with seawater, which is a bit dirty. Since we came from Xianghai, the beach here is not clean enough, but it is still OK to swim. The facilities in the hotel rooms are relatively old, but the sea view room is in a good location with a small balcony, which is very comfortable. Two tickets for the bathing at Yingzhiyu were given, mainly because the children wanted to go to the swimming pool, and the children had to pay extra, half-price tickets. The breakfast was very simple, with few varieties and average taste. We rested and played for a night, and the full moon was resurrected, and the children were also very happy. In addition, the service here is also average. The car will help take down the luggage when it arrives, but it is still up to you to do it yourself, including when you leave the hotel. If there is a problem in the middle, you will have to wait a long time before the things are brought over. Maybe there are too many guests and too few service staff, not timely enough, and you need to wait. It is not the most satisfactory, but it is much better than the Xianghai Howard Johnson where I stayed the day before. Xianghai Howard Johnson is garbage. I only want to talk about one question this time: my friend is visiting the beach and wants to have lunch nearby before returning to the hotel to check out. After consultation with our hotel, we want to extend the stay for 2 hours (for free), even 1 hour is fine, because the friend returns to the hotel after dinner Checking out is convenient and saves time. The hotel declined (late check-out) and said it was not allowed according to hotel regulations. Normally, check-out is at 12 o'clock. My friend had to rush back and check out first, and then rush to the beach (to have dinner). If you can't even meet the basic requirements of guests (many hotels in the industry have delayed check-out until 2 pm or even 3 pm), why should you open a hotel? At the same time, after several days of observation, the hotel occupancy rate is not too high. These are not issues of the quality of front desk staff, but management issues that should be reflected on. (no pictures)
