"The hotel is located right by the Fuchun River, with just a road separating them. Upon check-in, we were given a room on the highest floor, offering an unobstructed view of the Fuchun River, Tongjun Mountain across the way, and the East Gate Pier. The room was clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff promptly attended to all our requests. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the restaurant staff were very attentive to guests' needs; sometimes, they'd approach us to ask if we needed anything even before we'd thought to ask. We stayed in Tonglu for 4 days and were extremely satisfied with our experience at the Hilton Garden Inn. Although it's rated 4-star on Ctrip, it's better than many 5-star hotels and offers incredible value for money. We will definitely choose the Hilton brand again in the future."

Any issues we had during our stay were addressed promptly. The resort grounds are beautiful, and it's lovely to walk around and enjoy the scenery. There's even a dedicated play area for pets. "This boutique hotel truly deserves every excellent review it has received. It is conveniently located very close to OMG and exceeded all of our expectations. The hotel was spotlessly clean—honestly even cleaner and better organized than a four-star hotel we stayed at in Shanghai. Every corner of the property was well maintained, making our stay very comfortable. What really makes this hotel exceptional is Mr. Jiang. He is one of the kindest and most helpful hotel staff members I have ever met. He went above and beyond to assist us with booking theme park tickets, explaining the entry procedures, and making both our check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. When he learned that we are a Muslim family with halal dietary requirements, he generously allowed us to use the hotel’s kitchen to warm up our food, which meant a lot to us. His kindness, hospitality, and unlimited generosity made our stay truly memorable. Thank you, Mr. Jiang, for everything. We will always remember your exceptional service and hope to visit again in the future."

"We stayed at the hotel for three nights last Thursday with our little one, and overall, we were extremely satisfied. The hotel is beautifully situated on the Fuchun River, nestled by mountains and water. Opening the window reveals stunning river views and distant mountains, offering a wide and open panorama. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The family-friendly facilities were thoughtfully designed, featuring an indoor heated pool, a children's splash pool, and a small kids' play area – our child didn't want to leave! The breakfast selection was rich and varied, including local Tonglu specialties. We especially want to commend our butler, Lingli, for her meticulous and thoughtful service. Upon check-in, we received fresh fruit, and when we checked out, she even prepared a small souvenir gift for us to take home, which our child absolutely adored. This was a fantastic family vacation experience, highly recommended!"

"This time in Tonglu, I chose a hotel with a local vibe, close to Daqishan Scenic Area, with a sign right at the intersection pointing to the park. The hotel is designed in a courtyard-style, folk-house aesthetic, blending with the backdrop of Daqishan to create a picturesque scene reminiscent of the 'Dwelling in the Fuchun Mountains' painting. It's very atmospheric and perfect for travel photography, a service the hotel offers for free. I booked an open-plan room, which was quite spacious and minimally decorated. The large balcony overlooked the courtyard architecture. The bathroom was also big, with a separate wet and dry area, double sinks, and a bathtub. Even the hairdryer was a Dyson. There's no coffee machine, but they provide pour-over drip coffee bags. The fridge drinks are free but limited. Welcome fruit was provided, as was a complimentary afternoon tea with a drink and a piece of cake – though the basement where it's served had a strong damp smell, making it not ideal for lingering. Breakfast is served in the ground-floor restaurant, with a good variety and quality of food. Service was excellent, prompt, and welcoming. However, the TV's screen-casting function, the cleanliness of the fabric sofa, and the damp smell in the basement (where the gym and pool are located) are areas that need improvement."

"You can feel the ultimate vacation vibe just by looking at the pictures. The entire mountain belongs to Conrad Hangzhou Tonglu, surrounded by a lake on three sides. Staying here feels like stepping into a traditional Chinese landscape painting, with absolutely stunning scenery! On the way there, we had a minor mishap—a flat tire. My mood was initially quite low. But as soon as we arrived at the hotel, the concierge's thoughtful care instantly swept away the gloom. They truly empathized with our anxiety and enthusiastically recommended a partnered chain repair shop, even reminding me to compare prices. In the end, we got the car fixed in the mountains and could finally start our vacation. During our stay, we felt the hotel's genuine attention to detail in every aspect. The welcome fruit platter featured over a dozen premium selections, along with pastries, pistachios, and the first round of the mini-bar was complimentary. Upon learning it was our anniversary, they even placed a huge, freshly made cream cake in the fridge – no perfunctory gestures here. What's even more impressive is that the service was attentive without being intrusive, striking the perfect balance. From the front desk to the guest rooms and the restaurant, everyone we encountered demonstrated excellent and elegant service. I'm now a huge fan of Conrad Hangzhou Tonglu! The hardware is also top-notch. With only 79 guest rooms, all are suites and incredibly spacious. The shower pressure is amazing, the bedding is comfortable, making for an excellent stay. The public areas also offer a lot to do; both the outdoor infinity pool and indoor pool are aesthetically pleasing. The concierge will even recommend taking a buggy to the viewing platform in the villa area – definitely go, the mountain and lake views are breathtakingly speechless. The dining is also exceptionally good. Breakfast offers a moderate variety, but excels in its daily rotation of freshly made featured noodles, with the freshly fried dough sticks being particularly amazing—it's all about the exquisite quality. The Chinese restaurant for dinner is outstanding, with high-quality ingredients. Although the prices are a bit on the high side, the dining vouchers provided for hotel guests make it quite reasonable. This two-day vacation was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable, elevating Conrad Hangzhou Tonglu to my personal Top 3 hotels in the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region! Highly recommended!"

"The stay experience is very good! The boss and the proprietress were very enthusiastic, contacted in advance to inform the route, and helped carry the luggage after arriving. The room was very warmly furnished, the sanitation was spotless, and the bedding was very comfortable. The most amazing thing is that the breakfast is rich in variety, fresh ingredients, and the taste is superb, completely exceeding expectations! "I wholeheartedly recommend the Tonglu Junyue Hotel! The first-rate Fuchun River view is absolutely stunning. The room was spacious and clean, and the facilities were well-equipped. The front desk service was attentive and warm; they even upgraded our room type. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for a stroll along the riverside. The check-in experience was great, and it offers good value for money. "I was genuinely impressed by the Lijing Hotel. Even though it's 10 years old, the luxurious and tasteful decor still looks brand new. The shower had excellent water pressure with no drainage issues whatsoever, which speaks to the quality of their plumbing. It's a shame I only stayed one night and had to leave so soon. I'll definitely choose Lijing again if I get the chance."
