"The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the overall environment was clean and tidy, making for a very relaxing stay. The front desk staff were very friendly, spoke gently and patiently, and were helpful in answering any questions, which made us feel very at ease. The soundproofing was also good; we weren't really bothered by outside noise at night, allowing us to get a good rest. The location is convenient, and the surrounding amenities are excellent. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay, and I would choose to stay here again if I have the chance."

"For Tainan, this place offers great value for money. It has a sauna, pool, gym, and a super central location. If you have a reason to visit Tainan, this is a good option. The service attitude is better than other hotels in Tainan in the same price range, perhaps due to cultural influence; they are especially attentive to Japanese guests, which is fine."

"This hotel really added a bonus to my trip in Tainan. It was honestly comfortable till the stage when the day ended, we actually looked forward to return to the hotel (didn’t feel like a hotel anymore, but more like going home) The location is really good too. It’s in a pretty open area surrounded by residential places, markets, and sports areas, so everything is quite convenient. Places like Shennong Street and other attractions are about a 15-18 minute walk away. The whole area is nice for city walks, just casually walking around also feels interesting. The room itself is new, clean, and well designed. Bathroom has proper dry-wet separation feels really nice and relaxing. The bed is also super comfortable and clean (there was just a few tiny hole, but it didn’t really affect anything) Overall, the whole place has a really nice vibe. Good service, good room, good location, honestly very worth it for the price. My friend and I really liked it, and we didn’t really want to leave when we checked out."

"Fantastic hotel in a very strategic location. Easy access to Tainan's main attractions. Comfy beds and good air con. Overall outstanding value so I stayed here twice. Amazing views especially at night time from the upper floors. Sadly a pretty average brekky spread with cheap ingredients. Keeping the hot food hot would be a great start before they work on improving the dishes."

"Room 509 had an overwhelming bleach/disinfectant smell as soon as I opened the door, I almost thought I'd get chlorine poisoning. Please, when it comes to cleaning, can you think about the next guest? There are plenty of less pungent cleaning products on the market! Also, showering in the tub is fine, but the diverter valve to switch to the showerhead is incredibly hard to pull up. Every time you turn off the water and turn it back on, it reverts to the faucet. It's impossible to pull the diverter up to switch back to the showerhead when your hands are soapy, especially when you're in the middle of washing your hair, face, or body and need to turn the water off and on again. Try showering yourself and turning the water off mid-shower. Furthermore, the bottom of the tub is super slippery and there are no handrails. It's only a matter of time before a guest slips and gets seriously hurt."

"My first impression was that it was ”old school”, with a traditional sense of luxury that comes from an overwhelming Lobby & Reception, large comfortable Elevator lobbies etc. I also appreciate the great service from the staff who brought us extra coffee creamer, to housekeeping who straightened up my mess. Concierge was very attentive, she checked our taxi after we've alighted, to ensure that nothing was left behind. Its this attention to detail that I find rare these days, and therefore its left a deep impression on me. If I were to point out any shortcoming, it would be that the lighting design of the hotel needs a refresh. Some newer lights, aroma/scented corridors, and background music would help. (oops.. occupational hazard...)."

"I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed my overall experience. The single room with a private bathroom was surprisingly spacious, very clean, tidy, and most importantly extremely comfortable. One of my favorite features was definitely the shower — the water pressure was incredibly strong and refreshing after a long day. I also absolutely loved the smart toilet, which added a very modern and luxurious touch to the room. The reception staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The check-in and check-out process was also very smooth and efficient, which made everything even more convenient. I especially appreciate the hotel for accommodating my request for a lower-floor room. Since I was traveling with a very large suitcase, being assigned a room on the second floor saved me from the trouble of carrying it up to the higher levels. Thank you for being so thoughtful and considerate. Hotel’s location is another huge advantage. It is situated right in the city center, making it very convenient to get around. The surrounding streets are lively without being too noisy, which made me feel safer as a solo female traveler. There are also plenty of food options and convenience stores within walking distance, so finding something to eat was never a problem. This hotel is definitely a hidden gem. I do, however, have a few small suggestions for improvement. Only one set of towels was provided, which was slightly inconvenient for guests staying multiple nights. It became a little troublesome having to contact the reception every day to request fresh towels. I also hope the hotel can consider adding more in-room amenities, such as a kettle, so guests who do not carry their own water bottles would not need to keep going downstairs to refill water from the dispenser. Additionally, having a pen and some paper in the room would be a nice and useful touch. Overall, I genuinely feel that the room was well worth the price, and I would rate my stay 4.5/5. I would definitely return again in the future and highly recommend this hotel to others. Keep up the great work!"

"They assigned one of the best rooms I've stayed in in Tainan for my stay at the Hotel. The place was extremely clean and comfy. The room I was assigned was large and chic. Plenty of space and care with the details. The only downside for me was the breakfast, since the rooms gave the impression of a 5-star hotel I was expecting more variety and mostly a fast replenishment, the meat was finished and even though I waited for 30 min no one came to replace it. Another thing to note was the laundry room, the machines were a bit small and outdated But again for the price I paid was an excellant choice and the hotel staff specially through this app seems to care about my experience so therefore I will rate them 10/10 with a little room for improvement.
