"The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the overall environment was clean and tidy, making for a very relaxing stay. The front desk staff were very friendly, spoke gently and patiently, and were helpful in answering any questions, which made us feel very at ease. The soundproofing was also good; we weren't really bothered by outside noise at night, allowing us to get a good rest. The location is convenient, and the surrounding amenities are excellent. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay, and I would choose to stay here again if I have the chance."

"This hotel really added a bonus to my trip in Tainan. It was honestly comfortable till the stage when the day ended, we actually looked forward to return to the hotel (didn’t feel like a hotel anymore, but more like going home)
The location is really good too. It’s in a pretty open area surrounded by residential places, markets, and sports areas, so everything is quite convenient. Places like Shennong Street and other attractions are about a 15-18 minute walk away. The whole area is nice for city walks, just casually walking around also feels interesting.
The room itself is new, clean, and well designed. Bathroom has proper dry-wet separation feels really nice and relaxing. The bed is also super comfortable and clean (there was just a few tiny hole, but it didn’t really affect anything)
Overall, the whole place has a really nice vibe. Good service, good room, good location, honestly very worth it for the price. My friend and I really liked it, and we didn’t really want to leave when we checked out."

"Room 509 had an overwhelming bleach/disinfectant smell as soon as I opened the door, I almost thought I'd get chlorine poisoning. Please, when it comes to cleaning, can you think about the next guest? There are plenty of less pungent cleaning products on the market! Also, showering in the tub is fine, but the diverter valve to switch to the showerhead is incredibly hard to pull up. Every time you turn off the water and turn it back on, it reverts to the faucet. It's impossible to pull the diverter up to switch back to the showerhead when your hands are soapy, especially when you're in the middle of washing your hair, face, or body and need to turn the water off and on again. Try showering yourself and turning the water off mid-shower. Furthermore, the bottom of the tub is super slippery and there are no handrails. It's only a matter of time before a guest slips and gets seriously hurt."

"My first impression was that it was ”old school”, with a traditional sense of luxury that comes from an overwhelming Lobby & Reception, large comfortable Elevator lobbies etc. I also appreciate the great service from the staff who brought us extra coffee creamer, to housekeeping who straightened up my mess. Concierge was very attentive, she checked our taxi after we've alighted, to ensure that nothing was left behind. Its this attention to detail that I find rare these days, and therefore its left a deep impression on me. If I were to point out any shortcoming, it would be that the lighting design of the hotel needs a refresh. Some newer lights, aroma/scented corridors, and background music would help. (oops.. occupational hazard...)."

"After traveling around Taiwan for a few days, I switched to a different hotel on my last night. The travel adapter I brought didn't work, my phone was almost dead, and it was too late to find an electronics store. The convenience store adapters were too expensive, so I decided to try my luck at the front desk. To my surprise, the staff lent me an adapter and even gave me a bag of popcorn and a drink! I really felt the warmth and friendliness of the ********* people. They truly came to my rescue when I was in a helpless situation, and I'm incredibly grateful. As for the room itself, I found it very clean. My previous hotel had a lot of foot traffic and poor soundproofing, so if you've had a similar experience, this guesthouse is an excellent choice, and it has good security too."

"They assigned one of the best rooms I've stayed in in Tainan for my stay at the Hotel. The place was extremely clean and comfy. The room I was assigned was large and chic. Plenty of space and care with the details.
The only downside for me was the breakfast, since the rooms gave the impression of a 5-star hotel I was expecting more variety and mostly a fast replenishment, the meat was finished and even though I waited for 30 min no one came to replace it.
Another thing to note was the laundry room, the machines were a bit small and outdated
But again for the price I paid was an excellant choice and the hotel staff specially through this app seems to care about my experience so therefore I will rate them 10/10 with a little room for improvement. Thank you for the stay"

The location is quite convenient, situated right next to a well-known bakery, which made it easy to grab fresh bread and snacks anytime. Had some issue with our hotel room key. The staff were very proactive trying to resolve the issue, but it was only till the 2nd day of our stay that was resolved.
There was no compensation for the incovenience caused as we only had 1 phisical key for 4 ppl.
Having said that, the rest of the service was very nice, would be happy to go back again.

GGuest UserImportant: Please bring ear plugs! the sound from street traffic is kind of echoey and loud. I went to buy some after my first night.
Location is hard to beat. I got to try quite a few good eateries just by staying here. And there are street markets of different types within short walking distance.
I was staying in a room on 2nd level and using the shared bathroom, but it looked like i was the the only one using it.
Everything is clean and spotless, as if the place is very new. The hot/cold water dispenser at ground level is very useful. More hooks/hangers in the room for hanging clothes would be nice. The light feature above the bed and the full-length glass windows that allow natural light are very aesthetically pleasing.
What was perhaps unusual and a bit unnerving - a first for me - was that i didn't see ANY person around the whole of my 4-day stay. I arrived late and had to do a self check-in on the first day so that was to be expected, but on subsequent days no staff were at reception, nor did i see any guests (though i could faintly hear them in their rooms on certain days). Is this a low season thing? Having said that, i found the self-check in and check-out is quite convenient and if you have connected with them over Whatsapp, they send clear instructions beforehand. They will also answer any questions over Whataspp, so i guess it's like a virtual receptionist?

One of the highlights was definitely the onsen — it was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. The environment was peaceful and relaxing, and it felt incredibly comfortable soaking there. It really helped us unwind and made the whole experience even more memorable.

JJoshua_changThe hotel lobby appeared to be undergoing renovations. The elevator was making strange noises due to a malfunction and wasn't even shut down, which was quite unsettling. The facilities were a major letdown. Considering this hotel is already one of the pricier options in Guanzi Ridge, the quality really shouldn't be this low.
However, the room itself was truly impeccable. It boasted large floor-to-ceiling windows, and both the hot spring water and the shower heated up quickly. Overall, it was quite good.
Breakfast was the most pleasant part of my stay. Dining amidst the forest was a fantastic experience.

GGuest UserYou get what you paid for. 16 minutes walk from the train station. Got a room without window so it's a little stuffy. The aircond temperature is centralized so you can only control to have stronger or weaker blast.
The toilet ceiling is quite low so basically our head could almost reach the top. Made it feel a little small in space.
But otherwise the room is fine.
