"The service was excellent, especially the gentleman with glasses at the front desk – he was super friendly and always happy to help, whether it was checking in, borrowing an umbrella, or getting change for laundry. The hotel's location is great, right near Guohua Street, making it really convenient to walk out for food, and there are old shops nearby too. The room had a smart toilet and comfortable bedding. My only minor gripe was that the window was smaller than I expected and there was no natural light. I'd recommend paying a bit extra for a city view room, as the lighting would be much better. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Tainan."

"The hotel location was amazing! Just 10 to 15 walk away from many famous Tainan sites like Hayashi, Chikan tower. The room had a sati and a wet and dry bathroom. Ruru the receptionist also tried her best to accommodate to our requests (my dad didn't want rooms on 13th floor). House keeper, Kiki, did a great job in tidying up the room. Will definitely go for a lakeshore hotel when I am in taiwan!"

"Simply perfect... The overall quality and comfort were outstanding. The dorm room was spacious and airy, featuring a full-length mirror and a long table with benches in the center for guests to place their belongings. My bunk felt very comfortable and hassle-free, perhaps because I was assigned a lower bunk, which made getting in and out easy. The upper bunks might be a bit more inconvenient. A great plus was that even the lower bunks were quite high, unlike some hostels where the beds are so low you feel like you're almost lying on the floor. The shower facilities were very comfortable, and they even provided hair oil. The common areas were also delightful, cozy, and beautifully designed with excellent分区. Upon check-in, they gave me a small Tainan travel guide. I read it thoroughly and found it incredibly charming and useful. The memory of relaxing on the beanbag in the common area, reading and taking notes that evening, is still so vivid. All in all, I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Tainan."

"Fantastic hotel in a very strategic location. Easy access to Tainan's main attractions. Comfy beds and good air con. Overall outstanding value so I stayed here twice. Amazing views especially at night time from the upper floors. Sadly a pretty average brekky spread with cheap ingredients. Keeping the hot food hot would be a great start before they work on improving the dishes."

"Room 509 had an overwhelming bleach/disinfectant smell as soon as I opened the door, I almost thought I'd get chlorine poisoning. Please, when it comes to cleaning, can you think about the next guest? There are plenty of less pungent cleaning products on the market! Also, showering in the tub is fine, but the diverter valve to switch to the showerhead is incredibly hard to pull up. Every time you turn off the water and turn it back on, it reverts to the faucet. It's impossible to pull the diverter up to switch back to the showerhead when your hands are soapy, especially when you're in the middle of washing your hair, face, or body and need to turn the water off and on again. Try showering yourself and turning the water off mid-shower. Furthermore, the bottom of the tub is super slippery and there are no handrails. It's only a matter of time before a guest slips and gets seriously hurt."

"My first impression was that it was ”old school”, with a traditional sense of luxury that comes from an overwhelming Lobby & Reception, large comfortable Elevator lobbies etc. I also appreciate the great service from the staff who brought us extra coffee creamer, to housekeeping who straightened up my mess. Concierge was very attentive, she checked our taxi after we've alighted, to ensure that nothing was left behind. Its this attention to detail that I find rare these days, and therefore its left a deep impression on me. If I were to point out any shortcoming, it would be that the lighting design of the hotel needs a refresh. Some newer lights, aroma/scented corridors, and background music would help. (oops.. occupational hazard...)."

"I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed my overall experience. The single room with a private bathroom was surprisingly spacious, very clean, tidy, and most importantly extremely comfortable. One of my favorite features was definitely the shower — the water pressure was incredibly strong and refreshing after a long day. I also absolutely loved the smart toilet, which added a very modern and luxurious touch to the room. The reception staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The check-in and check-out process was also very smooth and efficient, which made everything even more convenient. I especially appreciate the hotel for accommodating my request for a lower-floor room. Since I was traveling with a very large suitcase, being assigned a room on the second floor saved me from the trouble of carrying it up to the higher levels. Thank you for being so thoughtful and considerate. Hotel’s location is another huge advantage. It is situated right in the city center, making it very convenient to get around. The surrounding streets are lively without being too noisy, which made me feel safer as a solo female traveler. There are also plenty of food options and convenience stores within walking distance, so finding something to eat was never a problem. This hotel is definitely a hidden gem. I do, however, have a few small suggestions for improvement. Only one set of towels was provided, which was slightly inconvenient for guests staying multiple nights. It became a little troublesome having to contact the reception every day to request fresh towels. I also hope the hotel can consider adding more in-room amenities, such as a kettle, so guests who do not carry their own water bottles would not need to keep going downstairs to refill water from the dispenser. Additionally, having a pen and some paper in the room would be a nice and useful touch. Overall, I genuinely feel that the room was well worth the price, and I would rate my stay 4.5/5. I would definitely return again in the future and highly recommend this hotel to others. Keep up the great work!"

"They assigned one of the best rooms I've stayed in in Tainan for my stay at the Hotel. The place was extremely clean and comfy. The room I was assigned was large and chic. Plenty of space and care with the details. The only downside for me was the breakfast, since the rooms gave the impression of a 5-star hotel I was expecting more variety and mostly a fast replenishment, the meat was finished and even though I waited for 30 min no one came to replace it. Another thing to note was the laundry room, the machines were a bit small and outdated But again for the price I paid was an excellant choice and the hotel staff specially through this app seems to care about my experience so therefore I will rate them 10/10 with a little room for improvement. "This business hotel is conveniently located near Yongle Market. The facilities are new and overall it's pretty good. The only minor issue is with the shower head's twist knob; when your hands are covered in shower gel, it's too slippery to turn the knob to start the water. That's a small problem, otherwise everything else is OK."
