Even on weekdays, there are quite a few guests. The service is enthusiastic and friendly. The lobby is very comfortable. Booking through Trip.com made the price a little cheaper. The only downsides are that parking nearby is very difficult, and the soundproofing is a bit lacking.

The space was very comfortable, the lobby was huge, and the hotel itself felt very new. The room was clean, no strange odors, and very spacious and comfy. The price was incredibly affordable, only $800 for a night, which is fantastic value for money. The staff were all very friendly. I'll definitely come back next time, plus there are lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

Great room, very comfortable. Overall, excellent value for money. The staff were also very enthusiastic. On holidays, there's even popcorn available, and you can use the self-service washing machine and dryer.

The front desk staff are friendly, and the space is simple and comfortable. You can park scooters under the arcade, and there's an open common area on the first floor.

The service was excellent, especially the gentleman with glasses at the front desk – he was super friendly and always happy to help, whether it was checking in, borrowing an umbrella, or getting change for laundry. The hotel's location is great, right near Guohua Street, making it really convenient to walk out for food, and there are old shops nearby too. The room had a smart toilet and comfortable bedding. My only minor gripe was that the window was smaller than I expected and there was no natural light. I'd recommend paying a bit extra for a city view room, as the lighting would be much better. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Tainan.

The room was very clean, and the air conditioning and hot water worked great! The location isn't too far from the station, making it perfect for solo travelers. There are also a few bars nearby to check out. I'll definitely come back next time!

This hotel is only two years old, so everything inside is brand new and very practical. It has a self-catering kitchen, and the coffee from the provided coffee machine is quite good. There are plenty of great food options nearby. It's only a 5-minute walk to Chikan Tower, and bus #5 right in front of Chikan Tower goes to Tainan Main Station. There's also a YouBike station if you want to explore by bike. Check-in at the front desk was simple and quick. This will definitely be my top choice for my next visit to Tainan.

It was raining heavily on the day we arrived, so I was really happy to see an air purifier and a dehumidifier in the room. The room had enough space for luggage, and the bathroom was a wet and dry separation, which I was very satisfied with. If you need to do laundry but forgot your laundry detergent, you can ask the front desk staff, and for just 10 NTD, you get one laundry pod. The total cost for washing and drying is 90 NTD. The mini-fridge in the room wasn't very cold, but if you buy anything that needs refrigeration, you can ask the front desk and store it in the large public refrigerator.

The room facilities are relatively complete, but there isn't a kettle in every room. You have to go to the water dispenser on each floor to get water, which is a bit inconvenient but acceptable. There's a self-service kitchen and a mini-bar on the first floor, and the environment is pretty good. There are many restaurants and cafes downstairs from the hotel, and it's not far from Tainan Station.
