"During my stay at the Atour Hotel in Kashgar Old City Scenic Area, I casually asked the hotel management about a nearby pharmacy to buy erythromycin eye ointment for my child. The general manager informed me that the nearest pharmacy was about a kilometer away and immediately arranged for a staff member to go out and purchase it. Even though we had simultaneously placed a delivery order, the concierge still brought the eye ointment to our room, and she politely declined when we offered to pay for the medication. Later, when I mentioned my legs swelling from a long bus ride, the general manager, upon hearing this, arranged for staff to deliver ice daily for us to use for cold compresses. She also shared many practical travel tips with us. These small gestures clearly show how much the management values attention to detail, remembering guests' needs, and responding promptly. Whenever we met, it felt like chatting with family or friends. This hotel is no longer just a place to stay overnight; everywhere, there are people genuinely caring for guests. This warm service made our trip to Kashgar exceptionally heartwarming and complete. I must earnestly recommend this warm and inviting hotel in Kashgar to all my friends!"

"The hotel is located outside the ancient city, about a 20-minute walk away, in an alley off Awati Road. When navigating, make sure to set your destination to Awati Road and enter from that alley entrance, as it's much closer. If you try to enter from the carpet street alley, it's a long walk, which is what happened to me due to a navigation error. So, just a heads-up, and I hope everyone enjoys their stay here!"

"This Atour Hotel is pretty standard, similar to most others in the chain. Its location is super convenient, right across the street from the South Gate of Kashgar Old City. Being in a commercial area, it's easy to find shops and restaurants. The room amenities are comprehensive, but there's a weird issue with the pipes – they're right in the middle of the room and make a really loud gushing noise at night, like it's constantly raining. The hotel elevators are incredibly slow; if you're on the top floor, be prepared for a long wait. My Ctrip booking mentioned complimentary congee in the evenings, but I didn't receive any during my two-day stay. The parking lot is also a bit small, but luckily, I snagged a spot right outside the entrance."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Kashgar Old City, which is easily accessible on foot. The breakfast selection is vast, and the dishes are distinctive and delicious. The hotel staff provides warm and thoughtful service. The front desk lady was very efficient during check-in, and the front desk gentleman even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. All the staff we encountered, from check-in to check-out and during our stay, were incredibly friendly and helpful, and our requests were promptly addressed. The room was clean and spacious, with complete amenities. We arrived at night and could still enjoy the beautiful night view of the old city. The hygiene was also commendable."

"The service was excellent, and the room was clean. Breakfast had a good variety, and the complimentary snacks and fruits prepared the day before were a nice touch. The peaches were especially delicious, and the cookies were great too. Chain hotels really do offer superior service. I've already booked another GreenTree Inn for my next stop. I hope they'll consider giving loyal customers more discounts and perks."

"After a long and bumpy journey to beautiful Kashgar, checking into the Radisson Hotel was definitely the right choice – it's quiet and convenient. If I hadn't specifically asked, I never would have guessed this hotel has been operating for 12 years. Everything, from the cleanliness of the hallway carpets to the pristine condition of the furniture and appliances in the room, is maintained to a high standard. The service is superb, and both the late-night snacks and breakfast are reliably good. The hardware is well-maintained, and there are no overlooked spots when it comes to hygiene. I felt completely at ease during my stay and highly recommend it to anyone who values a great practical experience."

"This hotel is really great and highly recommended! First, its location is excellent. All the main attractions are about a ten-minute drive from the hotel. Especially for watching the Kashi Old City gate-opening show at the East Gate, it's just a few minutes' walk. After the show, you can easily return to the hotel to rest, which is perfect as it gets very hot in the afternoon. The main highlights of Kashi are the Old City and its surroundings. Second, the staff's attitude is fantastic. We viewed several room types on-site before deciding to book and check-in. The front desk lady was very welcoming and didn't mind our many requests. She even enthusiastically recommended a room with a great view. We ended up choosing a city-view room facing the Ferris wheel and stayed for two nights. We had initially considered a room facing the Old City, but after seeing it, the elders and children felt it wasn't necessary. They preferred the view of the Ferris wheel, finding it cleaner and more pleasant. Third, there are many food options nearby, and a bus stop right in front of the hotel. If you turn right when leaving the hotel, you'll find Yangcun Xiaoguan and Bahar Golden Lamb Hotpot. We ate at both twice, and the food was delicious. There were many other restaurants we didn't get a chance to try. To the left of the hotel, there's a chain supermarket with a good selection of popsicles, drinks, and snacks. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel. I really wanted to take the bus to experience the local culture, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time, and it was too hot, so we ended up taking Didi (ride-hailing) everywhere. There are also some downsides, like the poor soundproofing. In the morning, you could hear the TV in the next room, and at 10:30 PM, we heard several big men playing cards next door. As a woman, it was a bit frightening 😱. Maybe they could adjust this – if it were women talking that late, it would be more acceptable. Especially after staying at a terrible hotel in Kashi before this one, it made everything about this hotel seem even better! P.S.: The name of the terrible hotel is 'Youjianjiangnan Hotel (Kashi Old City Branch)'. It's supposedly ranked second for 'exotic style,' but it was truly awful. I have no idea how it got such a high ranking, it's baffling. I'm mentioning it specifically to help others avoid it!"

"My stay here was excellent. The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the East Gate of Kashgar Old City – you can easily walk there. The room was clean and tidy, with no strange smells, and the bed was really comfortable. The front desk staff were very welcoming and efficient with check-in, and they were patient in answering any questions I had. It's great value for money, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Kashgar. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel's ambiance is great; it's very modern, and the elevators are spacious and never crowded. You need to use your key card to access your floor, which makes it feel very secure. The rooms are incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bedding is excellent—I slept soundly. The staff are all very friendly, check-in was quick, and the room was spotlessly cleaned. The breakfast spread was also very rich… Many service details were handled exceptionally well, for instance, there were always plenty of bottled water bottles in the lobby every day, so you could grab one on your way out, which was very convenient. I give this hotel full marks and highly recommend staying here when visiting Kashgar!"
