"The Hyatt brand is always a safe bet, and choosing to stay here for our two nights in Kashgar was a smart decision. It's very close to the East Gate of Kashgar Old City, easily walkable, and they even offer late-night congee for when you're tired from exploring. The one-on-one butler service was excellent – they answered all our questions and met all our requests. My only complaint is that I feel the F&B department needs more training. On our first night, when we went for dinner, no one came to pour water; the staff were all busy cleaning up, and a staff member in a white shirt was just engrossed in their phone. At breakfast, after 11 AM, they stopped replenishing the fruit, and staff started cleaning up and wiping windows, even though breakfast isn't supposed to end until 11:30 AM."

"Booked this guesthouse last minute and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise! Not only was it clean, but the room facilities were also excellent, and it even came with a humidifier! What I loved most was that there were so many power outlets in the room, perfect for charging multiple devices at once. Another unique feature, which I think other hotels don't have, is the guesthouse's rooftop terrace where you can naturally air-dry your clothes!"

Downstairs, you'll find the Xinjiang Department Store, and the whole area is bustling with activity. The three ladies at the front desk were incredibly attentive and welcoming. The hotel also offers complimentary airport and train station pick-up/drop-off, which is a great added service. The breakfast spread is varied and delicious, and both the rooms and restaurant are spacious and comfortable! Definitely recommend this place to friends! I'll be sure to stay at Baiman again next time I'm in Kashgar ❤️"

"The hotel's ambiance is great; it's very modern, and the elevators are spacious and never crowded. You need to use your key card to access your floor, which makes it feel very secure. The rooms are incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bedding is excellent—I slept soundly. The staff are all very friendly, check-in was quick, and the room was spotlessly cleaned. The breakfast spread was also very rich… Many service details were handled exceptionally well, for instance, there were always plenty of bottled water bottles in the lobby every day, so you could grab one on your way out, which was very convenient. I give this hotel full marks and highly recommend staying here when visiting Kashgar!"

The rooms feature automatic iPad controls for air conditioning and music. They even provide delicious raisins and almonds. I slept incredibly well. There are Xinjiang restaurants, pigeon soup, and coffee shops all around the hotel. The Old City is right across the street, making it super convenient to walk there. I highly recommend this place if you're visiting Kashgar."
