"This hotel absolutely deserves a perfect score! The hygiene is impeccable; every corner of the room is spotless, and the bedding and towels are pristine white, making you feel incredibly comfortable and safe. The service is exceptionally thoughtful as well. The front desk attendant was gentle and patient, proactively helped with our luggage, and even kindly provided tips for exploring the local area. Housekeeping was prompt, and amenities were refilled regularly. The room had great natural light, and the facilities were complete and in excellent condition, with plenty of hot water at a stable temperature. The soundproofing was fantastic, ensuring a quiet and peaceful night's sleep. They even gave us a small gift when we checked out, which was such a warm touch! The experience far exceeded our expectations. A five-star rating is well-deserved, and I highly recommend everyone stay here!"

"Urcove hardly disappoints. It’s a superb hotel with great hardware. However, location wise it’s a bit far from the east gate where the opening ceremony is (15min walk ish). Although you can use the north gate (8min walk), you land in a weird spot in the ancient city. The hotels air condition also acted kinda weird when I was there. It stopped in the middle of the night even though I set it to heating mode of 24C, it dropped to 19C by itself. The room I booked supposedly has a balcony to it. But the thing is, it’s pretty much useless cuz the BBQ smoke from nearby restaurants will overwhelm you."

"The location is very close to the east gate of the ancient city, right inside the ancient city, very quiet, and the ancient city pedestrian street is right outside. The owner is also very friendly and there is an airport pick-up service and fruit delivery."

"The hotel receptionist was incredibly welcoming. The room was comfortable and well-ventilated, very clean, tidy, and odor-free. The location was excellent, with a bus stop right outside. Hot water was plentiful, very comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. There was 24-hour hot water and fast Wi-Fi. Bedding was changed after each guest and was exceptionally clean, making for a very comfortable sleep. Parking was convenient, and the security guards were very helpful, arranging parking spaces immediately upon arrival. Definitely a five-star review!"

"The location is excellent, very close to all the attractions. The room was clean and didn't have any strange smells. The service was outstandingly warm and friendly. Although the parking lot was a bit small, when a car blocked the driveway in the middle of the night, a staff member got up very early to help us move our vehicle. We accidentally left some local specialties we bought in Kashgar at the hotel, and the front desk even went out of their way to call us about it. We felt completely at ease during our stay and ended up staying for two consecutive nights!"

"Extremely well located, and great value for money. Happy staff who are very welcoming, and the room had everything it needed. My only concern was some extremely noisy guests in another room, which continued from midnight until 6am on one of the nights. Admittedly, I did not raise this to the staff as it felt too late to do so, so I cannot comment on how well it would've been handled. I'm sure they would have helped to stop it. It does mean that the soundproofing isn't totally perfect, but everything else was very good. Enjoyed my stay, will return if I come back to Kashgar."

"The location is fantastic, right near the Old City, making it super convenient for exploring. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed. While not huge, it's beautifully decorated with authentic Kashgar features and ethnic ornaments. Even the staff uniforms are distinctive – every detail is thoughtfully done. It felt like walking into a miniature exhibition of Western Regions culture, perfect for photos that look amazing without feeling cheap. I have to specially praise the Peet's Coffee on the first floor; their 'Naan Cup Coffee' is absolutely brilliant! The aroma of wheat blends with the coffee, and you get to tear off and eat the naan at the end – it's a full-on Kashgar experience. The coffee bean quality is excellent, and it's so therapeutic to come back for a cup after a tiring day exploring the Old City. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and I could even see the Kunlun Pagoda at night. I ordered breakfast separately and was surprised to find Da Pan Ji (Big Plate Chicken), which was very authentic. The service was incredibly attentive, comparable to high-end hotels in mainland China. Seriously, if you're staying in Kashgar, book this place without hesitation!"

"Stayed for 4 nights in total. Good breakfast at restaurant at L1. Had Chinese dinner once at restaurant at L1, quality food. Wanda shopping centre nearby. Easy for transport to airport as carpark is infront of hotel. Room was comfortable. However need to get cab to East gate (about cny 8). Walkable to west gate. Pleasant waiting area behind reception while waiting for transport to airport."

The unique round bed, the beautiful Hanging Gardens Woodcarving Museum, and the exquisite architecture all left a lasting impression. Even more unforgettable was the warm, attentive, and dedicated service provided by the two handsome waiters, Aikebaier and Yimamu! Under the guidance of the manager, they made us feel right at home. GGuest UserElla is a conscientious and gracious host who has cultivated a warm and fun environment. I had a great experience sleeping in the comfortable dorm which was a very fair price by China standards as well. Facilities are new and clean. I slept well on a comfy bed in a relatively quiet neighborhood that’s still very close to the ancient city. Also you can take a taxi directly to her Homestay whereas in the ancient city you have to carry your bags at least a few hundred meters from taxi drop off. Ella was patient and answered all of my touristic questions while caring for the other guests too. Also she often prepares a potluck meal for a fair price. I met many interesting travellers here too so if you are looking for a good base to rest that meets your social and touristic needs as well Ella’s home is the place for you. Probably my favorite hostel in my month in China. Shame I have to leave. The private rooms look quite cozy as well

GGuest UserThe hotel is excellently located near the tower and the Water Gate of the Ancient Town. The hotel is part of a Jiu Long (Nine Dragons) commercial space so some restaurants and convenience stores are close by. My room was comfortable and had everything I need. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. A few nicks to pick: Every time I put my key into the room slot both the semi shear curtain and the blackout curtain opened simultaneously, and I have to close the semi sheer curtain to preserve privacy since my room looked into another hotel room across the alley. The Xiao Kai automation didn't seem to actually do anything. I was told the breakfast buffet opened at 8:30, but some days it opened earlier. I went at 9 one day and we were actually out of white rice gruel - interesting for China. The dining area was too crowded when a tour group moves through and the kitchen can't seem to replace the food quickly enough.

GGuest UserAfter landing in Kashgar, I had a happy day of playing. At night, I suddenly developed acute gastritis. The Uyghur girl named Zuli at the front desk accompanied me to the hospital for examination and prescription until after three in the morning. I really felt the feeling of home. The strange city, strange people, and cold night made my heart feel warm. It turned out that more than 3,000 kilometers away from home, there were still people lighting flashlights for me. ”She could have just called a taxi for me, but she treated me, a stranger, as a family member.” Huazhu is highly recommended!

MM353299****As soon as I stepped into the hotel, I was shocked by the grandeur of the lobby. When I checked in, the staff was warm and considerate and quickly arranged everything for me. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and I had a good sleep. The gym and swimming pool are fully equipped to provide a satisfying experience. I will choose here again on my next business trip!

AANWhat can I say: awesome place, awesome room, awesome hosts. Alyx is speaks little English but WeChat translate and other translate apps, helps with the English-Chinese barrier. Along with the extremely warm hospitality with his wife who made an effort to make me breakfast before my early 2 day tour at 8 am which is not part of the expenses, made my stay in Kashgar worth wild. With my little Chinese, we exchanged cultural experiences and it was like we were old time friends. He even patiently helped with booking a tour to Lake Karakul and to Tashkurgan, along with getting a border permit (where the tour company was harrassing him for extra info since they never dealt with a foreigner before) and which was unknownly in the Lonely planet guide but under Karakoram Highway section. Thanks for making my stay feel like another home - with friends rather than another business in another city for a female solo traveller.

SSyed AnoshI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. They even provided a convenient pick-up and drop-off service from the airport, which made my travel experience much easier. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment after a long journey. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and thoughtful amenities.

SShakil AhmadFrom the airport the taxi driver did not know location of JinJiang Inn. After showing him the address we drove on Turman Road but still couldnt find it. We rang the hotel and the taxi drive droped me off in the vicinity. I walked around for a while asking but few people knew the whereabouts. Finally i saw a small signage and turned into the courtyard and there was JinJiang Inn. Later I found out there is a huge sign at ther top of the building but for padestrian traffic its difficult to notice. So perhaps a more conspicouse signage will be helpful. Rooms are brand new and towels clean and replinished every day. The bathroom facilities were great. Breakfast , If you are not a Chinese Traveller i recommend save your money by not buying the breakfast selection as nothing there caters for foriengers. But if you are Chinese the selection is sumptious. Some slices of bread and jam would cater for western taste buds. Location is great. Kunlun Tower is walking distance and so is the Ancient city of Ashgar. The front desk receptionist are really helpful for someone like me who doesn't speak Mandarin. I enjoyed my stay with very little complains. For the price its a value for money accomodation.

GGuest UserWe stayed in December when it was very cold and snowing. The room was cold and the heater is not very good. It’s actually the air conditioning unit and it is positioned by the front door to the room, which is a strange position as it’s far from the room itself. So we felt quite cold. The staff did all they can by providing extra blankets. In fact, the staff are very helpful. The location is good and convenient. I do think the owner should invest in an adequate heating system for the room.
