GGuest UserCame to Kashgar with friends on motorcycles and stayed at 'Guren Gui' – best decision ever! The landlady is an amazing cook, and you can join in for shared meals. Parking is super easy right outside the courtyard. Plus, there are mulberries and figs you can pick freely. There were also a lot of foreigners here, and chatting with them was really fun. The hostel common area is huge and super comfy on the first floor, not hot at all, and you can even sing and dance together.

LlunersonAn absolutely wonderful guesthouse right in Kashgar Old City! The location is superb, right at the intersection of the Food Festival Street and Hat Street. Our room came with a charming private courtyard, exuding the elegant ethnic style of southern Xinjiang, beautifully decorated, cozy, and peaceful. Throughout our stay, our attentive housekeepers, Xiao Ai and Aliya, provided warm and thoughtful service; they were incredibly kind and responsible. The biggest surprise was their amazing photography skills – they could take stunning photos effortlessly, so we didn't even need to hire a professional photographer to get beautiful shots. They also patiently explained things and took great care of my elderly family members, giving us a wonderful taste of the local customs and culture. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, and the service was exceptionally meticulous and thoughtful, exceeding all our expectations 👍 I'll definitely recommend it to colleagues and friends visiting Kashgar when I get back 😊 Hope to see you again someday!

FFubaoqingjiuI chose to stay at the Air Garden in the old city the night before leaving Kashgar to see the apricot blossoms in Southern Xinjiang. As soon as I completed my booking, the guesthouse manager contacted me to ask if I needed airport transfer and informed me about the local weather conditions. I felt a sense of warmth even before checking in. Since vehicles aren't allowed in the old city, the manager informed me of the drop-off point and picked me up the night before check-in. This service was fantastic and saved me the awkwardness of dragging my luggage around looking for the place. The hotel used to be the residence of a local 'Master Bayi' who was in the jade business. His eldest son later inherited the business and expanded it internationally. The original residence was very luxurious. Later, a boss from Hunan bought it and preserved the original four floors. The current third and fourth floors are replicas of the original residence, featuring exquisite wood carvings, making it a wood carving museum. Guests can visit for free. The fifth to seventh floors are the guesthouse, and the first floor sells jade. On the day of check-in, I received a complimentary jade 'peace buckle' from the guesthouse, which was a thoughtful touch 👍 The room decor had a distinct local flavor. Welcome fruits were already waiting in the room, and the mini-bar was free to enjoy. The super-large terrace offered a fantastic spot for enjoying the night view. On the day of check-in, I got to enjoy a complimentary afternoon tea. The pastries were exquisite, and sipping tea while admiring the beautiful scenery of the old city made all my worries disappear. This hotel boasts the highest vantage point in the entire old city, perfect for watching sunsets and sunrises. I didn't get to experience it this time, but I'll definitely try it next time. A big thank you to my manager, a handsome local guy, who was with me from the moment I booked until I left. He showed me around and explained the stories behind the wood carving museum, promptly resolved any requests I had during my stay, and patiently inquired about my airport transfer. Thumbs up! The guesthouse manager arranges breakfast for guests on the fifth floor according to their requested time. You can choose to dine indoors or outdoors. The breakfast spread was rich and well-balanced; I couldn't even finish it all by myself 😂 This guesthouse has only 10 rooms, offering a high degree of privacy. The elevator and entrances all use facial recognition. After checking in, I had a travel photoshoot with makeup on, and afterwards, the facial recognition surprisingly didn't work 😂 This only further convinced me of the guesthouse's excellent security! 👍 Although it's a guesthouse, it's very well-managed. Here, I truly experienced what 'customer-first' means. The guesthouse manager, Ms. Jin, an elegant lady, genuinely cares for guests, making everyone feel at home. I heard that after May 1st, the guesthouse will offer a service where managers take guests on tours of the old city. This is a brilliant idea, saving guests who are unfamiliar with the old city the hassle of getting lost. I look forward to the guesthouse getting better and better. The guesthouse's amenity kit is beautiful, and the manager said I could take it home, which is great! 😄 I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Kashgar. I highly recommend everyone to experience the charm of this guesthouse up close and hear its stories firsthand.

XXiangwangfeixiangI'm staying at the Orange Hotel again. There are separate ground-level and underground parking spaces. The upgraded room is quite large, though the lighting isn't quite right. However, it doesn't affect my stay. It's a bit far from the old town and downtown, but the environment in the new town is wonderful. The service is excellent: the front desk is friendly and proactive; the customer service staff are always there to greet us; and the laundry staff will help with washing, drying, and delivering our laundry to our rooms. The breakfast is a mix of Chinese and Western food, and the coffee is freshly ground. A bonus. I'd love to stay here again if I return to Tashi County.

GGuest UserI have stayed at other Campanile in China, Beijing and Shanghai and i love it so i choose this at Khasgar but i am disappointed with the amenities, breakfast, room and cleanliness. First they give us wrong type of room instead of superior room they given comfort room. I was asking what type of room on my room number, she just said it is correct room as staff given. When i show the room we got with the picture on the web, staff suddenly silent. There is no body lotion in the room, as i had experience at other Campanile. There is AC in the room but when we want to make room cold, staff said the AC only for warmer so what he offered was to open the window. Can you imagine? While we felt hot inside the room, but AC can only for warmer and at that time dust storm just happened so you can feel dust everywhere and can hear also people talking outside as window open. Along the corridor also dirty especially the area of lobby, restaurant, and lift. Breakfast only offered Chinese buffet, no coffee machine, no dessert, no yoghurt, no western food. I was really satisfied with breakfast at other Campanile.

KKP93I extended another night because everything here was so good. Do remember to check with the hostel manager or volunteer if you wanna extend another night. Sometimes they gave already check in guest priority to extend thus they might not release the room vacancy on online booking. Definitely worth the money.

GGuest UserThis stay at this guesthouse was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable. I love blue, so I booked a blue room. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room; it was fully equipped. I love taking photos, and there was even a full-length mirror in the room, which made for great pictures [grinning face emoji]. The rooms and lobby were also very stylish. The staff were incredibly helpful, carrying my luggage and even bringing it to my room. When I got hungry late at night and couldn't order takeout, they had instant noodles and drinks at the same prices as supermarkets. The guesthouse also had free parking, which was very convenient since I was driving. It's not far from the old town, and the owner was very kind, recommending good places to eat and things to do. In the morning, the whole street smelled of naan bread when I went shopping. They were also very polite when I checked out. I sincerely recommend this guesthouse to everyone. It's affordable and has a great value for money, so it's definitely worth choosing. I will definitely choose your Sicily Guesthouse again next time I come to the area.

Located right in Kashgar Old City, it's incredibly convenient for exploring the city, and the price is great. It's perfect for couples, groups of friends, or solo travelers. The room style was absolutely amazing, especially the Fig Tree Canopy Tea Villa room, which exudes a rich French romantic atmosphere. Every photo you take here is a masterpiece, and I felt completely soothed every day. The biggest surprise was the owners – they were incredibly nice, sincere, and welcoming. The owner's cooking was also super delicious, making me feel so warm and cared for. Throughout my stay, the service, environment, and comfort were impeccable. The rooms were comfortable, with attention to detail, and the overall atmosphere was chill and relaxing – truly a hidden gem for any Kashgar traveler. If you're visiting Kashgar, go for this guesthouse – you won't be disappointed! (By the way, it's also a filming location for the movie ”Kashgar Love Song”!)
