"The room was quite spacious with excellent natural light and a wide-open view from the window. The desk and seating areas were both generous in size, making it very convenient for placing items or relaxing. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was also very clean. The front desk proactively offered children's toothbrushes and slippers, and they were always ready to assist with any request – highly commendable! It's also conveniently located right next to a shopping mall and a night market, both within easy walking distance."

"Facilities: This stay was in a family suite, which is really great for those traveling with elderly parents and children. The two bedrooms are arranged on either side of the entrance, with the main bathroom and shower room in the middle. Each room has its own door, offering excellent privacy. Plus, the smaller room even has its own toilet, which is a really thoughtful touch – the designer put a lot of effort into this! The only minor drawback is that the smaller room doesn't have a window, but it does have an air conditioning vent, so it's not a major issue. Cleanliness: The hotel is relatively new and very clean. Environment: It's super convenient, just a 300-meter walk from two large night markets. It's a bit further from Shiqiaozi Morning Market, but a taxi ride is only 10 RMB, which is acceptable. Service: Since I only stayed one night, I didn't experience much in terms of service, but the front desk staff were very polite and accommodating. One slightly odd thing was the underground parking garage. The entrance was quite narrow, and both the entry and exit were at the same spot, yet there was an unnecessary separate door frame. Novice drivers, especially those with SUVs, should be careful. Overall, I'm quite satisfied and would choose to stay here again next time."

"Room: Service: Excellent! The front desk staff were super enthusiastic and even upgraded our room. My kids absolutely loved the tent room! Facilities: The room was fully equipped with smart controls – just say 'Hello Xiaoke' and you can adjust everything. The toilet even had disposable seat covers, and the shower had multiple settings which was really convenient. The large vanity mirror by the door was fantastic for a last-minute check before heading out. Environment: The hotel is incredibly close to Bijia Mountain, you can even see it from the room. To the left is the water park, and to the right is Bijia Mountain. Great value for money! Cleanliness: I'd give it four stars; there's definitely room for improvement. Also, the soundproofing in the room wasn't great, but I guess that's a common issue with many hotels."

"This time I took my children to Jinzhou for a trip, I chose the New World Hotel, and the experience was directly full. The hotel is in a good location, very close to Wanda, and it is very convenient to travel and shopping. The lobby design is light and luxurious, with high space and net red dream ladder, and the environment is high-end and beautiful. The rooms are cleaned, there is no dust in the corners, smart lighting, wireless charging are all available, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the city view of Jinzhou. The quality of the bedding is very good, the pillows can be replaced on demand, the room is soundproofed, and the day is tired, and the night is particularly stable. The front desk service was polite and efficient, and we also handled a late check-out intimately; the breakfast was full of sincerity, handmade noodles, local specialty snacks. The underground parking lot can be charged and is very friendly to self-driving passengers. From the environment, hardware to the service is completely worthy of the five-star level, I really recommend friends who come to Jinzhou to stay."

"The service was absolutely excellent, and the manager was incredibly warm and welcoming. They even recommended some delicious local barbecue. The front desk staff were also fantastic, so friendly and helpful. They provided kids' slippers and toothbrushes, just like a five-star hotel! The room itself was spacious and very clean, with a view of Jinzhou Station, which was a nice bonus. We were really satisfied. Plus, it's super close to both the morning and night markets. Overall, a very satisfying experience!"

The hotel was very clean and conveniently located. What truly touched us was that we had booked a king-sized bed room, but upon arrival, they saw we were a family of three and upgraded us to a family room. The service was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jinzhou; you should definitely stay here.

I was already looking forward to writing a review for this hotel before my trip even ended! It truly exceeded all my expectations! The front desk upgraded me, and I ended up with a huge room. Both the bathtub and the window view were absolutely superb, and I loved the small balcony in the room—it was great to get some fresh air without leaving. The Penhaligon's toiletries and the intangible cultural heritage exhibition in the lobby were also nice bonuses.

On my way to Shenyang, I stopped by Jincheng and was tempted to try some barbecue. I found Taikoo on Ctrip. Environment: Nice Facilities: Good Service: First-rate, very attentive. Highly recommended. The surrounding area is well-equipped with convenient parking, perfect for self-driving trips. The breakfast is excellent, with both local specialties and Western options. Highly recommended.

The room was spacious and bright with a great view, and you could even see the ancient pagoda in the distance. On the first floor, there's free hanfu available for trying on, perfect for photo ops. Before check-in, a staff member called to ask about our arrival time and reserved a parking space. They also assigned us a room close to the parking based on our estimated arrival. The hotel is conveniently located, with many attractions within a 3km radius. There's also free hanfu on the first floor for guests to try on and take pictures. Upon arrival, a parking attendant specifically helped us find a parking spot. Later that night, returning from the spa near midnight, the front desk arranged for the parking attendant to guide us to our car, which we greatly appreciated. A big thank you to both the parking attendant and the kind front desk lady on duty. Our room was very new and fully smart-enabled. We could control the curtains, lights, and TV with the 'Xiaodu' smart assistant. After connecting to the in-room Wi-Fi, we could scan a QR code on the TV screen to cast our devices, which was very convenient. The bedding was comfortable, and we woke up feeling refreshed. I used my Trip.com points to redeem complimentary fruit and a late check-out, and the hotel smoothly arranged both for us.

Booked this for my dad. Driving back in Jinzhou was a great way to experience the local culture. The hotel is a little far from the bustling area, but the quality of Jinjiang Inn is undeniable. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It was a great experience!

Passing through Jinzhou during our trip, we chose the Sheraton Jinzhou Hotel. The classic five-star quality truly shined. The front desk staff was excellent and arranged our room perfectly. With floor-to-ceiling windows on a high floor, we had a fantastic view of Jinzhou city. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. Highly recommended!

They don’t have reception on first floor. Feel worried when enter first floor nothing was there luckily i just enter the lift to go up and see. Check in take long time, the lady don’t know anything about foreigners. When she want to print my passport, the printer was not working. Later on she used another worse printer and printed all my passport pages. She even don’t know just to print last entry date page and information page. It takes almost 20-25 minutes to check in. In room amenities they mentioned there is a bathtub in bathroom, but very small bathroom, no bathtub. The television have just few channels working and even they use 2010 era television. Overall, I really feel unsatisfied.
