Hotels with Breakfast in Jinzhou

My first experience in Jinzhou was fantastic! The cleanliness was impeccable; the room was spotless with no unpleasant odors, the toilet was sparkling clean, and the bedding was free of hair. The service was also very professional, with the receptionists being incredibly welcoming and efficient – ​​very thoughtful indeed. The hotel facilities were comprehensive; the first floor even had a coffee machine, a water bar, and a mini-fridge, which was incredibly convenient. In short, this is my top choice for any trip!

We had to scramble to Jinzhou due to medical emergency from overseas. We happened to book this hotel in a great hurry and it was truly the only thing that helped us preserve our sanity at a very fraught time. It was also our first time using trip.com as I could not find much options in Jinzhou on ***********, my long time app of choice. I was worried about how things would turn out since I didn't know if I could trust trip.com or fully research my options as we had to rush to pack as well. As it turned out, I'm 100% sure that no other hotel in 4th tier Jinzhou city could have given us the experience, comfort and ambience that Manxin Hotel did. I don't say that lightly as a seasoned international traveller who's stayed at many types of hotels/guesthouses/motels over the years, it takes *a lot* to impress us enough to earn my praise and endorsement in a review. Manxin Hotel felt like a small boutique hotel feel with 3 floors of rooms. It was only opened in Jan 2024, so it really feels nice and new with a high ceiling foyer /lounge area. The rooms are huge with huge floor to ceiling windows. Although it's next to a train station, the triple glazed windows amazingly cut out most of the noise. The beds were very comfortable, with great toiletries, great Laifun hairdryer and free drinks replenished daily. Even the tea bags they provided were of great quality. We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks so we were very happy to be able to use the complimentary washing machine service which saved me the hassle of having to hand wash my clothes daily in my room! There were some drainage issues in the shower but the hotel staff did try to sort out the problem. There's also a spacious gym available for those who are fitness fanatics. The hotel breakfast had great variety with quality coffee (not easy to find good coffee in China). They even had a singer in the foyer 3 nights a week. Though I usually love listening to live music, the singers were students who were not quite able to deliver a performance befitting the old world charm and ambience of the hotel foyer. Any hotel can have the best of facilities but often fall short on the service front. Since we were staying there for 2 weeks, we often had to deal with the hotel staff on a daily basis. We found them to be very competent, sincere, friendly, understanding and helpful for the most part, willing to do all that they could to assist us during our time of considerable distress and strain due to our family emergency. Even the housekeeping staff and the lady clearing plates in the breakfast area were warm and helpful! As foreigners , we would sometimes need help with paperwork, scanning, photocopying, and other assistantance communicating with the outside world to make arrangements for international medical evacuation, WeChat/Alipay tutorials etc. We will always be grateful to the staff for all their efforts to assist in our time of need. In particular, we would like to thank Sales manager XY Yang and duty manager Hong for their tireless assistance and consideration. If we were to go to Jinzhou again, Manxin hotel would absolutely be our only choice.

The service is excellent and the amenities are perfect I can say is the best hotel I have lodged since I came to China Very neat and conducive I must confess

first! Full marks for service go to all the staff, especially the two pretty ladies at the front desk, who were warm and thoughtful! However, other parts of the hotel are indeed more or less insufficient because it has just opened. The first is that the room smells a bit strong, which is inevitable as a new hotel has just opened, but the hotel should take some corresponding measures, such as providing fragrance for customers in need. Currently, the room only relies on a small purifier to relieve physical discomfort; secondly, the refrigerator in the room does not cool but heats, and the yogurt I bought became warm after being left overnight, which is very puzzling; thirdly, the room price is not very different from that of Shenyang New World, but the richness of breakfast categories is quite different. Although the meal standards are different, as a newly opened benchmark hotel in Jinzhou, the quality of breakfast should be appropriately improved. I hope the above reasonable suggestions will be adopted as soon as possible.

We had an incredible stay with our family of 5. The rooms were very big and accommodating, clean and well serviced. The rooms were stunning and the staff were beyond helpful and very caring to our needs. Will definitely return. Liu Liu and Ting Ting were very helpful at reception answering questions and speaking with us in English which was lovely. Highly recommend if visiting Jinzhou.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The check-in process was quick and effortless. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable — especially the bed, which made it hard to get up in the morning! The amenities were top-notch: strong Wi-Fi, great air conditioning, and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and transport, yet still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the staff’s genuine care for guests. They truly made me feel at home. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area — and I’ll definitely be coming back!

In fact, the overall facilities of the hotel are good, and it feels like they have been decorated with great care. After discovering that the TV could not cast the screen, I communicated with the front desk, and the housekeeper quickly came over to help communicate. But when I entered, I was really shocked to find a big woodlouse. It was understandable that the weather was humid and raining. So I gave them all five points. However, I feel that the decoration and facilities of the hotel are very thoughtful, but it lacks a sense of high-end. After thinking about it, I feel that the overall aroma of the hotel is lacking. I don't know if this is useful advice. I wish the hotel will get better and better. I will stay here again next time I come to Jinzhou.

我們一家三口是除夕入住的酒店，老闆人非常好，給我們房間免費升級至套房，而且在大堂準備了花生，瓜子和水果，初一早上給我們準備了手工包的水餃，讓我們感到了家的温暖，必須贊一下。

Overall, my stay was excellent. The hotel facilities were comprehensive, and the front desk staff was very enthusiastic and efficient, quickly resolving any issues I had. The surrounding area offers convenient access to dining, shopping, and entertainment. My room was very clean, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provided a fantastic view. The bedding was soft and comfortable. I will definitely choose Sheraton again on my next visit to Jinzhou!

They don’t have reception on first floor. Feel worried when enter first floor nothing was there luckily i just enter the lift to go up and see. Check in take long time, the lady don’t know anything about foreigners. When she want to print my passport, the printer was not working. Later on she used another worse printer and printed all my passport pages. She even don’t know just to print last entry date page and information page. It takes almost 20-25 minutes to check in. In room amenities they mentioned there is a bathtub in bathroom, but very small bathroom, no bathtub. The television have just few channels working and even they use 2010 era television. Overall, I really feel unsatisfied.
