The hotel was very clean and conveniently located. What truly touched us was that we had booked a king-sized bed room, but upon arrival, they saw we were a family of three and upgraded us to a family room. The service was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jinzhou; you should definitely stay here.

As usual, Home Inn Plus never disappoints me. The room was really clean, no odd smells and huge, one of my favourite/top hotel brands in China.

This time I took my children to Jinzhou for a trip, I chose the New World Hotel, and the experience was directly full. The hotel is in a good location, very close to Wanda, and it is very convenient to travel and shopping. The lobby design is light and luxurious, with high space and net red dream ladder, and the environment is high-end and beautiful. The rooms are cleaned, there is no dust in the corners, smart lighting, wireless charging are all available, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the city view of Jinzhou. The quality of the bedding is very good, the pillows can be replaced on demand, the room is soundproofed, and the day is tired, and the night is particularly stable. The front desk service was polite and efficient, and we also handled a late check-out intimately; the breakfast was full of sincerity, handmade noodles, local specialty snacks. The underground parking lot can be charged and is very friendly to self-driving passengers. From the environment, hardware to the service is completely worthy of the five-star level, I really recommend friends who come to Jinzhou to stay.

I was already looking forward to writing a review for this hotel before my trip even ended! It truly exceeded all my expectations! The front desk upgraded me, and I ended up with a huge room. Both the bathtub and the window view were absolutely superb, and I loved the small balcony in the room—it was great to get some fresh air without leaving. The Penhaligon's toiletries and the intangible cultural heritage exhibition in the lobby were also nice bonuses.

The front desk service is professional and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out efficiency is high, and the hotel is actively informed of the use of various supporting facilities, and the service awareness is particularly good. The layout of the rooms is reasonable, the tables and chairs are spacious and suitable for office work, the network signal is stable and smooth, and the office efficiency is very high. The room was cleaned spotlessly, the furniture and appliances were brand new and intact, the blackout curtains were very effective, the sound insulation and noise reduction were excellent, and the office was concentrated during the day, and the night could be rested and nourished. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the hot water is stable and sufficient, and the quality of toiletries is good. Especially friendly to people who travel frequently. The breakfast is balanced and the dishes are rich and delicious. The staff is serious and responsible, the service is meticulous, and the hotel is very cost-effective. I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers.

Booked this for my dad. Driving back in Jinzhou was a great way to experience the local culture. The hotel is a little far from the bustling area, but the quality of Jinjiang Inn is undeniable. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It was a great experience!

Hotel location is good, it is convenient to go anywhere! Good service, clean room, dry and wet separation of bathroom, it is recommended!

Our stay left a truly deep impression. The hotel's exterior is tall and magnificent, and its brand image is well-established. The lobby's decor is very distinctive, showcasing many artworks. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and professional, making us feel right at home. The room was very spacious, well-arranged, and the attention to detail was excellent. Breakfast was also good, and the transportation was convenient. Overall, both the service quality and facilities are top-notch. I highly recommend it to friends!

They don’t have reception on first floor. Feel worried when enter first floor nothing was there luckily i just enter the lift to go up and see. Check in take long time, the lady don’t know anything about foreigners. When she want to print my passport, the printer was not working. Later on she used another worse printer and printed all my passport pages. She even don’t know just to print last entry date page and information page. It takes almost 20-25 minutes to check in. In room amenities they mentioned there is a bathtub in bathroom, but very small bathroom, no bathtub. The television have just few channels working and even they use 2010 era television. Overall, I really feel unsatisfied.
